发明内容
本发明创造的目的是为了发明发绒高为 0.6~1.5cm,具备直立蓬松回弹性能高的弹性功能特种纺材低绒雪尼尔地垫产品,并采用数码印花技术,除了具备通常雪尼尔地毯的特性外,还因其绒低毛粗,地毯上雪尼尔绒毛之间相互支撑,绒毛直立,使雪尼尔绒毛达到颗粒立体感和地垫整体厚实感效果,同时还因其绒毛蓬松,直立,大大增加了地毯的吸尘效果;另外独特的印染墨水能产生丰富的印花图案,进一步配合凸版印花工艺和气相转移印花工艺组合在一起进一步开发出来的雪尼尔地垫的无水凸版印花转移印花工艺分散染料墨水,并提出了结构合理的制配和使用方法。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种超强吸水矮毛真色雪尼尔地垫的制配方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1制作单“S 捻”纺材采用超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材和“左捻+右捻”纺纱技术,纺成的纱线纱支为 0.4支~0.8 支的螺旋线捻,所述为超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材为聚丙烯酸酯涤纶混合短纤维,同时竹纤维长绒和棉长绒混纺为螺旋棒状蓬松型纱捻线,纺材将装纱线上架→分纱入导管→导导管内的纱捻过导线板→继续导入纱捻过过上导纱轮→纱捻过过下导纱轮→过上、中、下导线板→按分纱顺序打针眼→上底布→按工艺要求调整克重/绒高(针距、针高)→开机织造制作成胚布,所述,以纺材毛绒面涤纶混纺涤锦布为基布,再将“左捻+右捻”纱的胚布植绒在基布上,然后进行提绒处理经过植绒和提绒簇绒形成提花区的立体印花簇绒和散簇绒形成背景区的基布毛绒;由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排立体印花簇绒的高度不一致,由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排基底毛绒的高度不一致, 基底毛绒高度为0.6cm~1.5cm,并且在提花区,立体印花簇绒的高度大于基底毛绒的高度;在背景区,立体印花簇绒的高度小于基底毛绒的高度,形成凹凸立体矮毛雪尼尔地垫胚体;

克服了在调浆剂、分散染料墨水的分散液、去离子水总含量比较高的情况谁,染料的固色度会降低的情况,加入了螯合剂在使用的时候进行调和一旦进入蒸汽印染工序的时候会增加整个染料离子的吸附能力,克服在竭染法染色过程中涤纶色牢度低的缺点,增加色牢度,匀染性能好;增色剂和增亮剂需求少,配合本身就是涤纶光亮度比较高的情况,能达到其他化纤亮化度更高,黯淡褪色时间更长;
色彩有提升,以往分散染料墨水在多种添加剂的添加后,亲水性会越来越差,几乎不溶于水。只能借助于阴离子分散剂大幅度的添加将染料微粒包复后,分散在水中,这种控制度调配非常复杂,生产工艺和制作成本非常高,以至于我国高级印染分散染料墨水都是进口,本染料在匀染剂和螯合剂以及离子水的多重因素的作用下,分散剂分子与染料微粒之间的“包复能”会降低,不会因为温度会重新聚集成更大的染料颗粒,在蒸汽工序的情况下一般地毯毛胚料温度表面会达到100度的先喷墨印染所包复的染料微粒游离出来贴服在印染品上的效果更好,色彩更鲜艳,脱色现象更少;
不堵喷头,本染料的在喷墨过程中与以往积累的低聚物、油剂不会造成过多的焦油化物,染液的分散均匀性要求很高,所以不会堵塞喷墨印染机的喷头;在升温或降温过程中染液产生不会造成重聚集现,象其热凝聚性小,进一步的缓解了色花乱码和色渍;
防菌作用更好,地毯的绝大部分菌种是皮炎菌和真菌,这些地毯的毛绒结构还会附带滋生螨虫,染料中含有抗菌性无机氧化物源溶液具有一定的杀菌和抑菌作用,
本发明制作出来的凸版印花工艺及其制品印花雪尼尔地垫,必将具有极其美好的广泛的应用前景,制备优良品质凸版花雪尼尔地垫的具体方法,填补了目前尚处于空白的关键技术,印染上色更快,色感更好,色彩寿命能比较长,有特殊的再次去化学残留和添彩处理织物进行后处理加工后,形成丰富多彩、层次丰富、色彩斑斓的图案。

一种超强吸水矮毛真色雪尼尔地垫的制配方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1制作单“S 捻”纺材采用超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材和“左捻+右捻”纺纱技术,纺成的纱线纱支为 0.4支~0.8 支的螺旋线捻,所述为超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材为聚丙烯酸酯涤纶混合短纤维,同时竹纤维长绒和棉长绒混纺为螺旋棒状蓬松型纱捻线,纺材将装纱线上架→分纱入导管→导导管内的纱捻过导线板→继续导入纱捻过过上导纱轮→纱捻过过下导纱轮→过上、中、下导线板→按分纱顺序打针眼→上底布→按工艺要求调整克重/绒高(针距、针高)→开机织造制作成胚布,所述,以纺材毛绒面涤纶混纺涤锦布为基布,再将“左捻+右捻”纱的胚布植绒在基布上,然后进行提绒处理经过植绒和提绒簇绒形成提花区的立体印花簇绒和散簇绒形成背景区的基布毛绒;由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排立体印花簇绒的高度不一致,由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排基底毛绒的高度不一致, 基底毛绒高度为0.6cm~1.5cm,排阵过程调整簇绒机针距 10~14 针/10cm,针高 0.8~1.8cm,针宽 0.95~1cm,针速 1.2~1.8m/min,幅宽 100~120cm,以此制得的本色地毯坯布验证毛高0.8~1.8cm,克重 1600~2000g/㎡参数进行簇绒制作,并且在提花区,立体印花簇绒的高度大于基底毛绒的高度;在背景区,立体印花簇绒的高度小于基底毛绒的高度,形成凹凸立体矮毛雪尼尔地垫胚体;
步骤2地垫胚体进行染色,在染色前进行预处理浸泡,使用前加入涤纶化纤地垫原染体先提前浸入预软水中进行预泡处理,预软水包括蒸馏水、硫酸铵0.4~0.8g/L,保险粉1g/L以下,元明粉1g/L以下,在预热蒸汽室中先保持60度蒸汽室常温下每2℃/分钟升温到90℃,温度稳定在90度左右后继续蒸汽蒸泡10分钟→1℃/分钟升温到110℃,蒸汽蒸泡10分钟→3℃/分钟,降温到60℃→取出进行上架预备染色;
步骤制作专用墨水吸水矮毛雪尼尔地垫凸版印花分散染料墨水散染料墨水,成分包括:
分散染料含量 22~35%,
纤维渗透膨化剂1~6%,纤维渗透膨化剂为月桂基氮酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、双丙酮醇、水杨酸异丙酯、fevegaiDTE,冬青油;
调浆剂含量2~6%,
匀染剂含量2~6%,
吸湿剂含量1~3%;
润滑剂含量%,
软化剂含量1~3%,
整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%;
去离子水 28~40%,
螯合剂0.5%;
分散染料墨水的分散液至少包括以下颜色:
C.I.分散黄 7、54、64、70、71、100、242;
C.I.分散橙 25、37、119;
C.I.分散红 50、60、65、146、239;
C.I.分散蓝 26、35、55、56、81:1、91、366;
C.I.分散紫 26、27、57、106、;
调浆剂包括硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液;
匀染剂为三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯磺酸铵、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物中的至少一种并混合7-12%的硫酸铵或磷酸铵混合剂;
吸湿剂包括聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇中;
润滑剂包括脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
软化剂包括六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇;
作为优选所述分散液的悬浮颗粒不超过1~1.3μm。
作为优选所述整理剂中还含有%0.3~0.4的抗菌性无机氧化物源于溶液,包括甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、氢化可的松丁酸酯。
按照重量百分比包括以下组分制作:
1.加入分散黄或分散红或分散篮染料微粒或染料稠剂,
2.再加入聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇,
3.加入硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液其中一种或多种,
加入匀染剂三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯磺酸铵、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物中的至少一种;
4.加入六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇,
5.上组分在温度为 45℃,转速为 150 转 /min 条件下充分搅拌 2 小时,得混合溶液,
单独加入去离子水、脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%,纤维渗透膨化剂1~6%,纤维渗透膨化剂为月桂基氮酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、双丙酮醇、水杨酸异丙酯、fevegaiDTE,冬青油,进行搅拌得到混合悬浮液;
6.将步骤7的混合混合悬浮液导入步骤1-6混合液;
7.加入离子水和螯合剂。
8.导入整理剂,继续进行搅拌混合,最后得到稠度Tack值小于17~5mps,流动度36~70mm;
10.将以步骤得到的混合溶液通过冷却器冷却至常温,将冷却后的混合溶液依次经过孔径为 0.45μm 和0.20μm 的微孔过滤器过滤,可制得涤纶地毯黄色无水印花真彩喷墨分散染料墨水。
11.将墨水上架灌入喷墨机,喷墨机为印花真彩 SD-1800-导带式数码印花机采用压电脉冲式喷墨机,边喷墨印刷边利用额外加装的电传感器冲击油墨,当电压变化时,油墨体积也会随着收缩和膨胀。压电材料的构造以及样式决定了油墨体积变化的方向。压电传感器收缩时会给油墨施加高压以便墨滴从喷嘴处迅速喷出,压电式按需喷墨印花机每秒钟大约喷出 14000 个墨滴,稍多于热脉冲式印花机。它既能应用水性油墨,也可以使用溶剂型油墨,但对油
墨性能有一定的适用性要求,粒径应小于 0.5μm,最大不可超过 1um,表面张力不小于32mN/m,粘度大约 8-12mPa·s。
12.印染完成取出物料,静置降温脱水,完成后上述步骤后进入残余非标化学物步骤,放入去离子水调节总质量浓度为10±1Wt.%的水中湿润后进行热熨,热烫过程中加入无水乙醇10~14份, 冰醋酸或元明粉悬浮液20份,乳化剂3~8份,防尘剂6~8份加纯碱1g/L,精炼剂0.5g/L,保险粉1g/L,放入蒸汽机以1-2℃/min的速率升温到70-98℃处理30-45min,晾干降温30-60min后水洗。

Claims (2)

1.一种超强吸水矮毛真色雪尼尔地垫的制配方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
步骤1制作单“S 捻”纺材采用超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材和“左捻+右捻”纺纱技术,纺成的纱线纱支为 0.4支~0.8 支的螺旋线捻,所述为超细纤维超强吸水导湿特种纺材为聚丙烯酸酯涤纶混合短纤维,同时竹纤维长绒和棉长绒混纺为螺旋棒状蓬松型纱捻线,纺材将装纱线上架→分纱入导管→导导管内的纱捻过导线板→继续导入纱捻过过上导纱轮→纱捻过过下导纱轮→过上、中、下导线板→按分纱顺序打针眼→上底布→按工艺要求调整克重/绒高(针距、针高)→开机织造制作成胚布,所述,以纺材毛绒面涤纶混纺涤锦布为基布,再将“左捻+右捻”纱的胚布植绒在基布上,然后进行提绒处理经过植绒和提绒簇绒形成提花区的立体印花簇绒和散簇绒形成背景区的基布毛绒;由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排立体印花簇绒的高度不一致,由同一根排针簇绒而成的同一排基底毛绒的高度不一致, 基底毛绒高度为0.6cm~1.5cm,并且在提花区,立体印花簇绒的高度大于基底毛绒的高度;在背景区,立体印花簇绒的高度小于基底毛绒的高度,形成凹凸立体矮毛雪尼尔地垫胚体;
步骤2地垫胚体进行染色,在染色前进行预处理浸泡,使用前加入涤纶化纤地垫原染体先提前浸入预软水中进行预泡处理,预软水包括蒸馏水、硫酸铵0.4~0.8g/L,保险粉1g/L以下,元明粉1g/L以下,在预热蒸汽室中先保持60度蒸汽室常温下每2℃/分钟升温到90℃,温度稳定在90度左右后继续蒸汽蒸泡10分钟→1℃/分钟升温到110℃,蒸汽蒸泡10分钟→3℃/分钟,降温到60℃→取出进行上架预备染色;
步骤3制作吸水矮毛雪尼尔地垫凸版印花分散染料墨水,成分包括:
分散染料含量 22~35%,
纤维渗透膨化剂1~6%,纤维渗透膨化剂为月桂基氮酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、双丙酮醇、水杨酸异丙酯、fevegaiDTE,冬青油;
调浆剂含量2~6%,
匀染剂含量2~6%,
吸湿剂含量1~3%;
润滑剂含量%,
软化剂含量1~3%,
整理剂含量1~3%,包括增亮理助剂0.7~1.2%、固色助剂1~1.2%、印花助剂1.3~1.6%,还原剂0.7~0.9%,还原剂包括分散剂DAM、分散剂NNO、分散剂 MF、阴离子型氧化剂,另搭配还原防止剂PHC;
去离子水 28~40%,
螯合剂0.5%;
分散染料墨水的分散液至少包括以下颜色:
C.I.分散黄 7、54、64、70、71、100、242;
C.I.分散红 50、60、65、146、239;
C.I.分散蓝 26、35、55、56、81:1、91、366;
C.I.分散紫 26、27、57、106、;
调浆剂包括硫二甘醇液、乙二醇液、甘二醇液;
匀染剂为三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯磺酸铵、丙三醇聚氧乙烯醚油酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物中的至少一种;
吸湿剂包括聚乙二醇液、乙二醇、氧代二乙二醇、丁内酰胺、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-吡喃酮,4-丁二醇1,5-戊二醇中;
润滑剂包括脂肪酸失水山梨醇酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;
软化剂包括六偏磷酸钠、异丙醇;
根据权利要求1所述的一种超强吸水矮毛真色雪尼尔地垫的制配方法,其特征是:所述分散液的悬浮颗粒不超过1~1.3μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超强吸水矮毛真色雪尼尔地垫的制配方法,其特征是:所述整理剂中还含有%0.3~0.4的抗菌性无机氧化物源溶液,包括甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、氢化可的松丁酸酯。
