技术领域
本发明涉及织造领域,特别是防霉阻燃抗静电家居用遮光窗帘布的制造方法。
背景技术
市场上现有的窗帘容易发霉,冬天时产生的静电可能使使用者在触碰时被静电电击产生不适。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的是提供一种防霉阻燃抗静电家居用遮光窗帘布的制造方法,以此法制造的窗帘布抑菌性、防霉性高,抗静电能力强。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:防霉阻燃抗静电家居用遮光窗帘布的制造方法,包含下述步骤,使用对织物进行松弛退浆处理;使用碱减量一浴法处理织物;配合使用抗静电剂对织物进行防霉抗静电剂整理浴处理;对织物进行防霉抗静电剂整理浴处理后在织物表面涂覆乳胶层,乳胶层厚度小于0.01mm;所述的织物经纱使用75D/72F阻燃涤纶网络丝,织物纱使用300D/96F阻燃涤纶低弹丝,织物由经二重组织机构交织成坯布,即所述织物为八枚五飞经面,经纱为重叠状配置,织物表面设有仿麂皮绒面料。
织物前处理的松弛退浆、碱减量一浴法,使织物得到了手感柔软滑腻、悬垂性和透气性得到大大的提高,相比传统工艺,更能符合节能、减排的国家产业政策,抗静电剂具有较强的阳离子性,能显著提高涤纶织物的抗静电性能;同时,抗静电剂中大量的反应官能团在涤纶织物整理焙烘过程中发生交联作用,能有效提高整理后织物的抗静电的耐水洗性能,抗静电剂对织物的手感影响小,防霉整理剂,具有无卤、环保的特点。
进一步的,所述织物的上机密度为800根*320根/10cm,从而增加织物的紧度,提高织物的遮光性能。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
对黑曲霉菌的抑菌率:水洗20次,培养时间24h抑菌率>95%;防黑曲霉1级,防青霉1级;抗静电性能,半衰期/s:原布>60,抗静电整理后0.00,水洗15次后1.50,感应静电压/kv:原布2.09,抗静电整理后0.03,水洗15次后0.65。

(A)使用对织物进行松弛退浆处理;
(B)使用碱减量一浴法处理织物;
(C)配合使用抗静电剂对织物进行防霉抗静电剂整理浴处理;
(D)对织物进行防霉抗静电剂整理浴处理后在织物表面涂覆乳胶层,乳胶层厚度小于0.01mm;
所述的织物经纱使用75D/72F阻燃涤纶网络丝,织物纱使用300D/96F阻燃涤纶低弹丝,织物由经二重组织机构交织成坯布,即所述织物为八枚五飞经面,经纱为重叠状配置,织物表面设有仿麂皮绒面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家居用遮光窗帘布的制造方法,其特征在于:所述织物的上机密度为800根*320根/10cm。
