Abstract
一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,涉及座椅面料技术领域,包括以下步骤,备料、选择棉纱、仿毛型涤纶作为原料;预处理、将棉纱和仿毛型涤纶分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液聚乙烯醇3~4份、聚丙烯酸5~6份、烷基苯磺酸1~3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份;染色;干燥定形;织造、剖布、码布和验针;复合;气蒸;清洗干燥。本发明阻燃效果好,环保性好,价格便宜,弹性好,手感好,韧性强,折弯不容易。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及座椅面料技术领域,特别是涉及一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺。
背景技术:
汽车座椅面料需要具有舒适性、安全性和装饰性的特点,面料对于性能要求较高,汽车座椅的面料一般为纺织布料、人造皮革和真皮等,然而现有的汽车座椅面料中的纺织面料一般使用普通的纺织面料,纺织面料的原料较为单一,一般使用较为类似的材料组合进行编织,现有的纺织面料阻燃效果较差,在高温或者燃烧下容易产生有害物质,现有的一些纺织面料在柔软度较差,硬度高,韧性低,弹性差,手感差,折弯容易变形且不容易恢复。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种环保性好,弹性好,手感好,韧性强,折弯不容易变形的汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)、备料、选择棉纱、仿毛型涤纶作为原料,棉纱、仿毛型涤纶重量的比例为10:1~10;
(2)、预处理、将棉纱和仿毛型涤纶分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液聚乙烯醇3~4份、聚丙烯酸5~6份、烷基苯磺酸1~3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,所述的第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡时的温度为60~80℃,经过两次浸泡后捞出晾干;
(3)、染色,分别对棉纱和仿毛型涤纶进行染色处理,所述的染色处理时在染色颜料也中加入抗紫外线整理剂;
(4)、干燥定形,在温度为-1~-10℃下冷冻,再进行烘干处理,烘干时的温度为50~60℃;
(7)、织造、剖布、码布和验针;
(8)、复合,使用海绵和底布通过胶粘剂与剪毛好的布料进行复合;
(9)、气蒸、将复合好的布料进行气蒸,气蒸的时间为2~3小时;
(10)、清洗干燥。
所述的抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括纳米氧化锌3~5份、纳米二氧化钛1~2份,粘合剂1~2份和氨基磺酸0.5~1份。
所述的粘结剂按重量份包括淀粉100份,硼砂6份、硫代硫酸钠0.5份和水100份。
所述的清洗干燥为使用26~30g/L的防水剂进行浸渍,然后烘干定形。
本发明步骤(4)能够增加颜料的稳定性,使用的过程中不容易掉色。气蒸能大大改善面料的绒软度,使得面料具有更好的手感。
本发明中在预处理第一次浸泡使用了聚乙烯醇3~4份、聚丙烯酸5~6份、烷基苯磺酸1~3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份具有增加纺织物弹性和韧性,从而使得座椅面料手感好,折弯不容易变形。
本发明中在预处理第一次浸泡使用了阻燃效果好的多种化学物质组合使用的阻燃剂,氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份具有更好的阻燃效果,在高温下或者燃烧下产生的有害物质较少。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明阻燃效果好,环保性好,价格便宜,弹性好,手感好,韧性强,折弯不容易。
具体实施方式:
下面通过实施例来进一步说明本发明。
一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤,
(1)、备料、选择棉纱、仿毛型涤纶作为原料,棉纱、仿毛型涤纶重量的比例为10:1~10;
(2)、预处理、将棉纱和仿毛型涤纶分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液聚乙烯醇3~4份、聚丙烯酸5~6份、烷基苯磺酸1~3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡时的温度为60~80℃,经过两次浸泡后捞出晾干;
(3)、染色,分别对棉纱和仿毛型涤纶进行染色处理,所述的染色处理时在染色颜料也中加入抗紫外线整理剂;
(4)、干燥定形,在温度为-1~-10℃下冷冻,再进行烘干处理,烘干时的温度为50~60℃;
(7)、织造、剖布、码布和验针;
(8)、复合,使用海绵和底布通过胶粘剂与剪毛好的布料进行复合;
(9)、气蒸、将复合好的布料进行气蒸,气蒸的时间为2~3小时;
(10)、清洗干燥。
抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括纳米氧化锌3~5份、纳米二氧化钛1~2份,粘合剂1~2份和氨基磺酸0.5~1份。
粘结剂按重量份包括淀粉100份,硼砂6份、硫代硫酸钠0.5份和水100份。
清洗干燥为使用26~30g/L的防水剂进行浸渍,然后烘干定形。

1.一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
(1)、备料、选择棉纱、仿毛型涤纶作为原料,棉纱、仿毛型涤纶重量的比例为10:1~10;
(2)、预处理、将棉纱和仿毛型涤纶分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液聚乙烯醇3~4份、聚丙烯酸5~6份、烷基苯磺酸1~3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,所述的第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡时的温度为60~80℃,经过两次浸泡后捞出晾干;
(3)、染色,分别对棉纱和仿毛型涤纶进行染色处理,所述的染色处理时在染色颜料也中加入抗紫外线整理剂;
(4)、干燥定形,在温度为-1~-10℃下冷冻,再进行烘干处理,烘干时的温度为50~60℃;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的抗紫外线整理剂按重量份包括纳米氧化锌3~5份、纳米二氧化钛1~2份,粘合剂1~2份和氨基磺酸0.5~1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂按重量份包括淀粉100份,硼砂6份、硫代硫酸钠0.5份和水100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅机织复合面料的生产工艺的,其特征在于:所述的清洗干燥为使用26~30g/L的防水剂进行浸渍,然后烘干定形。
