本发明涉及一种含α‑磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉及其制备方法。该含α‑磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉包含以下质量百分比的原料:1.0~20.0%α‑磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐、1.0~12.0%非离子表面活性剂、1.0~30.0%阴离子表面活性剂、1.0~10.0%抗结块剂、10.0~85.0%洗涤助剂、0.5~20.0%pH调节剂。本发明洗衣粉料浆为中性配方,通过控制料浆配制及喷雾干燥过程的配料温度、加料顺序、料浆pH及喷雾干燥过程进、出塔温度,使本发明含α‑磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉生产工艺简单、抗结块性能好,α‑磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐在洗衣粉中的稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤产品技术领域,特别是涉及一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着石油资源的快速消耗和人们环保意识的日益提高,可再生及绿色健康型表面活性剂在洗涤产品中越来越受青睐。α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐(MES)是采用天然可再生原料,如椰子油、棕榈油等油脂原料经磺化、中和后得到的产品,是一种性能良好的表面活性剂,具有优异的钙皂分散能力、低刺激性和良好的生物降解性,与目前使用的表面活性剂相比在性价比上具备相当的优势,并具有环保意义,用来替代石油副产物烷基苯磺酸在洗涤剂的开发应用,解决本行业长期依赖石油的共性问题具有重要意义,在洗涤行业应用具有广泛的前景。
目前市场上在售的MES产品有膏状、片状或粉状等类型。片状或粉状MES产品普遍存在易结块、难溶解的问题,难于直接应用于洗衣粉生产。在传统洗衣粉生产过程中,配方中均会添加硅酸钠、碳酸钠等碱性助剂。如果将市售的MES产品直接与其他物料配制料浆并喷雾干燥,MES在碱性的洗衣粉料浆中,经高温干燥,容易发生分解变成二钠盐,并且MES在碱性存储过程中也会继续分解而影响产品性能。
为了解决MES在洗衣粉中的应用难题,近年来工程师们在不断研究改进。中国专利CN102994258A公开了一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐洗涤剂组合物,将非离子表面活性剂喷洒在MES上,边喷洒边搅拌形成复合物后再加入沸石,然后混合均匀成洗涤剂组合物;这种方法虽然改善了MES的抗结块性及流动性,但MES与非离子、沸石形成组合物后,溶解速度将进一步变慢,从而影响添加该组合物洗衣粉的溶解性能。中国专利CN101812386A公开了一种含pH敏感原料的洗衣粉的生产方法,将pH敏感原料和其他洗衣粉原料分开配制料浆并经过各自的喷雾干燥系统同时进行喷雾干燥,经过喷粉塔内逆流的热空气将两种基粉混合;该方法不仅工艺复杂、设备投入较大,而且由于喷粉堵料等情况容易造成流量波动,两种基粉不能均匀分布。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐洗涤剂中α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐易分解,且洗涤剂流动性能、抗结块性能差的问题,提供一种新的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉及其制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:

具体的技术方案如下:
一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的水,加热至55-70℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂及各种洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,然后加入pH调节剂调节料浆pH至7.0~8.5,最后加入α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐,搅拌均匀后,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥,得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、抗结块剂、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
在其中一个实施例中,所述料浆配置中料浆质量浓度控制在60~75%。
在其中一个实施例中,所述喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为280~350℃,出口温度为80~120℃。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:
1、本发明洗衣粉料浆为中性配方,通过控制配料pH、配料温度、配料时间及喷雾干燥温度,能有效防止α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的分解;α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐与其他物料一起配制料浆并喷雾干燥,工艺简单,制造成本低;
2、在前述工艺的基础上,通过加入中性抗结块剂,解决了不含碱性助剂洗衣粉流动性差、抗结块性能差的难题,具有良好的市场应用前景。

(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的工艺水,加热至60℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂及各种洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,然后加入pH调节剂调节料浆pH至7.5,最后加入α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐,搅拌均匀后,料浆质量浓度控制在60~75%,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥(喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为280~350℃,出口温度为80~120℃),得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、抗结块剂、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
对比例1(不添加pH调节剂)
本对比例配方组成如表2所示:

对比例3(含碱性助剂的常规洗衣粉)
本对比例为含碱性助剂的常规洗衣粉,其配方组成如表4所示:

对比例3的制备步骤如下:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的工艺水,加热至60℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂及各种洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,搅拌均匀后,进行喷雾干燥(喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为280~350℃,出口温度为80~120℃),得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、沸石、纯碱、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
对比例4(料浆配制加料顺序变化)
对比例4提供一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉及其制备方法,本对比例配方组成同实施例1,只是料浆配制物料加料顺序变化,具体制作步骤如下:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的工艺水,加热至80℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂、α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐及各种洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,然后加入pH调节剂调节料浆pH至7.5,搅拌均匀后,料浆质量浓度控制在60~75%,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥(喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为280~350℃,出口温度为80~120℃),得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、抗结块剂、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
对比例5(料浆配制温度及喷雾干燥温度变化)
对比例5提供一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉及其制备方法,本对比例配方组成同实施例1,只是料浆配制物料加料顺序变化,具体制作步骤如下:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的工艺水,加热至80℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂及各种洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,然后加入pH调节剂调节料浆pH至7.5,最后加入α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐,搅拌均匀后,料浆质量浓度控制在60~75%,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥(喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为380~420℃,出口温度为110~140℃),得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、抗结块剂、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
试验例1去污力评价
为了验证本发明所述的一种含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉的去污力,进行去污力测试。参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》标准,采用国标炭黑JB-01、国标蛋白JB-02、国标皮脂JB-03三种污布进行测试。
实验条件为:采用250ppm硬水、洗涤浓度为2g/L、洗涤时间20分钟、温度为30℃、采用国标规定的RQHL型立式去污机、转速为60转/分。
实验结果如下表(以下结果为相对于标准洗衣粉的去污值)

表5的数据中,对比例3为普通的含碱性助剂的洗衣粉,其代表普通洗衣粉的去污力水平,可以看出本发明实施例1-5的洗衣粉去污力和对比例3处于同一水平,均符合洗衣粉国家标准的要求。
试验例2洗衣粉中MES的稳定性测试
稳定性测试按照中国专利申请200810163705.X的方法进行,测定本申请中的实施例及对比例样品置于45℃烘箱中不同时间后的二钠盐含量,具体结果如下表所示:

由上表数据可以看出,本发明实施例样品中MES分解成二钠盐的分解率非常低,说明本发明实施例样品的MES稳定性好;对比例1由于未添加pH调节剂,料浆体系pH较高,所得洗衣粉二钠盐含量较高,同时产品在45℃稳定性测试过程中水解较快;对比例4由于料浆配制加料顺序调整,MES在生产过程中水解量较大,对比例5由于料浆配制温度及喷雾干燥温度较高,MES在生产过程中水解量较大。
试验例3流动性及抗结块测试
洗衣粉流动性的测试方法:将洗衣粉把长50cm、内径3.5cm的玻璃管灌满,测试玻璃管内所有洗衣粉流出来所需的时间,然后计算洗衣粉的流速,以ml/s计算;
洗衣粉抗结块的测试方法:用10公斤的砝码将洗衣粉压成圆柱体,然后测试使粉块破碎所需要的重量,以g表示。

流动性的数据值越大,表示其粉体的流动性就越好;抗结块的数据值越小,表示洗衣粉越不容易结块。从表7的数据可以看出,实施例1-5的流动性及抗结块性能都非常优秀,对比例2为不含纯碱泡花碱的中性洗衣粉,不含有本发明所述的抗结块剂,其流动性和抗结块性比较差,对比例3为含纯碱、泡花碱的常规洗衣粉,其流动性和抗结块性能良好。
由上述评价可以看出,本发明实施例的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉去污性能、流动性及抗结块与常规碱性洗衣粉相当,MES稳定性良好。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自C12~C14烷基糖苷、C12~C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、C12~C18醇与环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物的缩合物、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自C12~C18烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠、C12~C18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自酒石酸、柠檬酸、氨基磺酸、富马酸中的至少一种;所述洗涤助剂选自硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、4A沸石、丙烯酸聚合物、柠檬酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、酶制剂、增白剂、香精中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉,其特征在于,所述抗结块剂选自无定型硅铝酸钠、蒙脱土中的至少一种。
8.一种权利要求1~7任一项所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)料浆配制及喷雾干燥:在配料釜中加入设定量的水,加热至55-70℃,然后依次加入阴离子表面活性剂及洗涤助剂,边加料边搅拌溶解,然后加入pH调节剂调节料浆pH至7.0~8.5,最后加入α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐,搅拌均匀后,在20分钟内完成料浆的喷雾干燥,得到洗衣粉基粉;
(2)后配混合:通过后配系统向上述基粉中加入非离子表面活性剂、抗结块剂、酶制剂、香精,混合均匀即得到所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述料浆配置中料浆质量浓度控制在60~75%。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的含α-磺基脂肪酸烷基酯盐的洗衣粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥过程中喷雾干燥塔的热风进口温度为280~350℃,出口温度为80~120℃。
