Abstract
The invention discloses a double-reading head automatic alignment system and an alignment method for an SCP machine, comprising the SCP machine, wherein a coke pushing rod and a coke pushing alignment reading head for detecting the alignment state of the coke pushing rod and a carbonization chamber are arranged on the central line of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine, a coal loading bottom plate and a coal loading alignment reading head for detecting the alignment state of the coal loading bottom plate and the carbonization chamber are arranged on the coal loading center line of the SCP machine. The automatic alignment system and the alignment method of the double reading heads for the SCP machine can respectively and accurately judge the coal loading and coke pushing alignment conditions of the SCP machine, thereby achieving the advantages of improving the production efficiency and avoiding the possibility of accidents caused by the alignment error due to the width change of the carbonization chamber.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-reading-head automatic alignment system and an alignment method for an SCP machine.
Background
SCP machine is the English abbreviation of tamping, coal charging and coke pushing integrated machine, and is a mechanical device for large-scale side-charging coke oven. As embodied in its name, the most important functions of the SCP machine are the three parts of tamping, coal charging and coke pushing, the specific working contents are as follows:
1. tamping: the tamping motor of the SCP machine drives the tamping hammer to reciprocate to stamp loose coal in the coal box to form a coal cake with certain strength so as to facilitate coal loading;
2. and (3) coal charging: the coal charging motor of the SCP machine drives the coal charging bottom plate to charge the coal cake formed by tamping into the carbonization chamber, and when the coal charging task is executed, the center line of the coal charging bottom plate is required to be aligned with the center line of the carbonization chamber;
3. pushing coke: the coke pushing motor of SCP machine drives the coke pushing rod to push out mature coke from the coking chamber, and the center line of the coke pushing rod is aligned with the center line of the coking chamber when the coke pushing task is executed.
The general sequence of operations is:
(1) moving to a coke pushing position (aligning the coke pushing rod with the center line of the carbonization chamber);
(2) the door taking mechanism takes down the furnace door of the carbonization chamber;
(3) starting a coke pushing motor to finish the coke pushing action;
(4) the tamping machine is used for tamping the coal cake;
(5) moving to a coal loading position (aligning the coal loading bottom plate with the central line of the carbonization chamber);
(6) starting a coal charging motor to finish the coal charging action;
(7) then moving to a coke pushing position;
(8) closing the door of the carbonization chamber.
The three operation processes (1), (5) and (7) have high requirements on the alignment precision of the SCP machine, the precision is in millimeter level, the prior art is to detect the corresponding code card of the carbonization chamber by means of a reading head, and when the reading head is aligned with the Nth code card, the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine is considered to be aligned with the central line of the Nth carbonization chamber, and then the furnace door taking and coke pushing tasks can be performed.
When the coal charging position is aligned, because the distance between the coke pushing center line and the coal charging center line of the SCP machine is exactly 4 furnace distances, when the reading head is aligned with the N+4 number plate, the center lines of the coal charging bottom plate and the N number carbonization chamber of the SCP machine are considered to be in an aligned state.
However, through actual use, the width of each carbonization chamber can change along with the time, and the relative distance between the centers of the carbonization chambers can change, so that the center line distance between the N carbonization chamber and the N+4 carbonization chamber can change, and when the reading head of the SCP machine is aligned with the card number of the N+4 carbonization chamber, the coal loading bottom plate and the N carbonization chamber cannot be ensured to be in an aligned state, so that the one-time alignment cannot be successful, the production efficiency is reduced, and even the hidden danger of production accidents is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the technical problem, the double-reading-head automatic alignment system and the alignment method for the SCP machine are provided, and are used for solving the defects that after the conventional SCP machine is used for a long time, the width of each carbonization chamber can be changed, the relative distance between the centers of the carbonization chambers can be changed, so that one-time alignment cannot be successfully performed, the production efficiency is reduced, and even hidden danger of production accidents is caused. The invention adopts the following technical means:
a double-reading-head automatic alignment system for an SCP machine comprises the SCP machine, wherein a coke pushing rod and a coke pushing alignment reading head for detecting the alignment state of the coke pushing rod and a carbonization chamber are arranged on the central line of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine, and a coal charging bottom plate and a coal charging alignment reading head for detecting the alignment state of the coal charging bottom plate and the carbonization chamber are arranged on the central line of the coal charging of the SCP machine.
When the center line of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine is aligned with the center line of the carbonization chamber, coke pushing alignment is performed, and when the coal charging center line of the SCP machine is aligned with the center line of the carbonization chamber, coal charging alignment is performed; when the SCP machine carries out coke pushing alignment on the N-numbered carbonization chambers, the SCP machine can carry out coal loading alignment on the N+4-numbered carbonization chambers at the same time.
Preferably, the coke pushing alignment reading head is arranged on one side, far away from the carbonization chamber, of the center line of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine, and the coal charging alignment reading head is arranged on one side, far away from the carbonization chamber, of the coal charging center line of the SCP machine.
An alignment method of a double-reading head automatic alignment system for an SCP machine is used, when the SCP machine performs coke pushing alignment on an N-number carbonization chamber, a coke pushing alignment reading head detects the alignment state of a coke pushing rod and the N-number carbonization chamber; after the coke pushing task is completed, the SCP machine starts to carry out coal loading alignment on the N-numbered carbonization chambers, and at the moment, the alignment state of the coal loading bottom plate and the N-numbered carbonization chambers is detected by the coal loading alignment reading head.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic dual-reading-head alignment system and the alignment method for the SCP machine can accurately judge the coal loading and coke pushing alignment conditions of the SCP machine respectively, thereby achieving the advantages of improving the production efficiency and avoiding the possibility of accidents caused by alignment errors due to the change of the width of the carbonization chamber.

When the center line 2 of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine is aligned with the center line of the carbonization chamber, coke pushing alignment is performed, and when the coal charging center line 3 of the SCP machine is aligned with the center line of the carbonization chamber, coal charging alignment is performed; when the SCP machine 1 performs coke pushing alignment on the N-numbered carbonization chambers 7, the SCP machine 1 can simultaneously perform coal charging alignment on the N+4-numbered carbonization chambers 6.
Two reading heads (alignment detection devices) are arranged, so that the alignment states of the coal loading position and the coke pushing position of the SCP machine can be detected, and the alignment is accurate and reliable. SCP machine alignment errors caused by the width change of the carbonization chamber are avoided, and production accidents and production efficiency reduction caused by the errors are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, in an alignment method using the dual-reading-head automatic alignment system for an SCP machine, when the SCP machine 1 performs coke pushing alignment on the N-number carbonization chamber 7, the coke pushing alignment reading head 8 detects the alignment state of the coke pushing rod 4 and the N-number carbonization chamber 7; after the coke pushing task is completed, the SCP machine 1 starts to carry out coal loading alignment on the N-number carbonization chamber 7, and at the moment, the alignment state of the coal loading bottom plate 5 and the N-number carbonization chamber 7 is detected by the coal loading alignment reading head 9.
The invention relates to an automatic alignment system with double reading heads for an SCP machine and an alignment method, wherein the number of reading heads is increased from 1 to 2, namely a coke pushing alignment reading head 8 and a coal charging alignment reading head 9, so that the two reading heads are respectively responsible for detecting a coke pushing alignment state and a coal charging alignment state, the influence of the width change of a carbonization chamber on the alignment effect of the SCP machine is completely eliminated, the production efficiency of the SCP machine is greatly improved, and the production accidents caused by alignment errors caused by the width change of the carbonization chamber are avoided.
The automatic alignment system and the automatic alignment method for the double reading heads of the SCP machine greatly improve the automatic alignment success rate of the SCP machine, save the wasted production operation time caused by the alignment error, improve the production efficiency and avoid the possibility of accidents caused by the alignment error due to the change of the width of the carbonization chamber. The reliability of the SCP machine automatic alignment system can be improved, and powerful support is provided for the implementation of full-automatic intelligent operation of the SCP machine.

when the SCP machine performs coke pushing alignment on the N-numbered carbonization chambers, the SCP machine can perform coal loading alignment on the N+4-numbered carbonization chambers at the same time;
the coke pushing alignment reading head is arranged on the central line of the coke pushing rod of the SCP machine and is far away from one side of the carbonization chamber, and the coal charging alignment reading head is arranged on the central line of the coal charging of the SCP machine and is far away from one side of the carbonization chamber.
