涂塑钢管是通过在钢管内壁上以涂塑工艺热熔一层塑料层起到保护钢管内壁的一种管道,一般在涂塑之前需要对钢管的内壁进行处理,如抛丸、除锈等作业,使钢管的内壁尽量光洁,增加涂塑层与钢管内壁的结合牢固性,但涂塑钢管在正常使用时却往往出现涂塑层破裂的现象,这是由于钢管与涂塑层的热膨胀系数差距太大造成的,在相同的温差下,涂塑层的热膨胀体积要远远大于钢管本身的热膨胀体积,所以在温差变化较大的情况下,涂塑层极易产生伸缩性剥离,严重时与钢管分离脱落,失去涂塑层的保护作用,而且这种延伸率差异随着温度升高而加大,尤其是在管径较大时,大的衬层面积相对累积性变形量大,涂层更容易产生收缩、开裂、分离脱落,这在长时间使用后钢管容易被腐蚀产生渗漏,降低了使用的可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于,包括:
钢管,钢管包括内管,在内管的外侧套接外管,内管和套接外管之间通过一组成螺旋形的缓冲板连接固定,缓冲板圆周均布在内管和套接外管之间的环形腔体内,在环形腔体内还填充弹性材料层;
在内管内通过内黏胶层连接内耐腐蚀塑料层,在内耐腐蚀塑料层内侧喷涂内环氧树脂粉末层,在外管的外侧通过外黏胶层连接外耐腐蚀塑料层,在外耐腐蚀塑料层的外侧喷涂外环氧树脂粉末层;
所述钢管采用以下方法处理:
a、酸洗,在室温下,将钢管浸入在酸洗液中,去除表层的氧化层;
b、助镀,以液态助镀剂薄膜层覆盖于钢管表面;
c、干燥,保持待镀工件表面的干燥;
d、浸锌;
e、表面处理,在内管的内壁和外管的外壁均进行喷砂处理;
所述内耐腐蚀塑料层10和外环氧树脂粉末层8原料相同,它们的原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂80~100份,纳米二氧化硅50~60份,酚类固化剂4~6份,功能助剂3~4份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物20~30份,流平剂1~1.5份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物5-8份,碳酸钙5~8份,磷酸钙3~6份。
优选地,在所述内管的内壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的内凸条,在任意两个内凸条之间的内管内壁上均设有一组内凸起。
优选地,在所述外管的外壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的外凸条,在任意两个外凸条之间的外管外壁上均设有一组外凸起。
优选地,所述内耐腐蚀塑料层10和外环氧树脂粉末层8的原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂90份,纳米二氧化硅55份,酚类固化剂5份,功能助剂3.5份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物25份,流平剂1.2份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物6份,碳酸钙6份,磷酸钙5份。
优选地,所述硝酸镧12份,所述硝酸钐13份。
优选地,所述氧化锆1份,氧化钛2份,氧化锌三者3份。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的钢管设置为双层结构,在两层钢管之间设置圆周分布的螺旋形的缓冲板,能够有效的分散和减轻应力,同时钢管采用防腐蚀处理,钢体和塑管的热胀冷缩一致,塑管的变形稳定,结合牢固,不会松脱,钢管的防腐性能好,有效的解决了现有的涂塑钢管因腐蚀而产生渗漏的技术问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,包括:
钢管1,钢管1包括内管2,在内管2的外侧套接外管3,内管2和套接外管3之间通过一组成螺旋形的缓冲板4连接固定,缓冲板4圆周均布在内管2和套接外管3之间的环形腔体内,在环形腔体内还填充弹性材料层5。在内管2的内壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的内凸条14,在任意两个内凸条14之间的内管2内壁上均设有一组内凸起15。
在内管2内通过内黏胶层9连接内耐腐蚀塑料层10,在内耐腐蚀塑料层10内侧喷涂内环氧树脂粉末层11,在外管3的外侧通过外黏胶层6连接外耐腐蚀塑料层7,在外耐腐蚀塑料层7的外侧喷涂外环氧树脂粉末层8。在外管3的外壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的外凸条12,在任意两个外凸条12之间的外管3外壁上均设有一组外凸起13。
通过内凸条14、内凸起15、外凸条12和外凸起13,钢保证了体和塑管的热胀冷缩一致,塑管的变形稳定,结合牢固,不会松脱。
所述钢管1采用以下方法处理:
a、酸洗,在室温下,将钢管1浸入在酸洗液中,去除表层的氧化层;
b、助镀,助镀工艺采用现有技术,以液态助镀剂薄膜层覆盖于钢管1表面;
c、干燥,保持待镀工件表面的干燥;
d、浸锌,浸锌工艺采用现有技术;
e、表面处理,在内管2的内壁和外管3的外壁均进行喷砂处理;
所述内耐腐蚀塑料层10和外环氧树脂粉末层8原料相同,它们的原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂80~100份,纳米二氧化硅50~60份,酚类固化剂4~6份,功能助剂3~4份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物20~30份,流平剂1~1.5份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物5-8份,碳酸钙5~8份,磷酸钙3~6份。
对于上述原料按重量份采用以下配方:酚醛环氧树脂90份,纳米二氧化硅55份,酚类固化剂5份,功能助剂3.5份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物25份,流平剂1.2份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物6份,碳酸钙6份,磷酸钙5份。其中硝酸镧12份,所述硝酸钐13份,氧化锆1份,氧化钛2份,氧化锌三者3份。
Claims (6)
1.一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于,包括:
钢管(1),钢管(1)包括内管(2),在内管(2)的外侧套接外管(3),内管(2)和套接外管(3)之间通过一组成螺旋形的缓冲板(4)连接固定,缓冲板(4)圆周均布在内管(2)和套接外管(3)之间的环形腔体内,在环形腔体内还填充弹性材料层(5);
在内管(2)内通过内黏胶层(9)连接内耐腐蚀塑料层(10),在内耐腐蚀塑料层(10)内侧喷涂内环氧树脂粉末层(11),在外管(3)的外侧通过外黏胶层(6)连接外耐腐蚀塑料层(7),在外耐腐蚀塑料层(7)的外侧喷涂外环氧树脂粉末层(8);
所述钢管(1)采用以下方法处理:
a、酸洗,在室温下,将钢管(1)浸入在酸洗液中,去除表层的氧化层;
b、助镀,以液态助镀剂薄膜层覆盖于钢管(1)表面;
c、干燥,保持待镀工件表面的干燥;
d、浸锌;
e、表面处理,在内管(2)的内壁和外管(3)的外壁均进行喷砂处理;
所述内耐腐蚀塑料层(10)和外环氧树脂粉末层(8)原料相同,它们的原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂80~100份,纳米二氧化硅50~60份,酚类固化剂4~6份,功能助剂3~4份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物20~30份,流平剂1~1.5份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物5-8份,碳酸钙5~8份,磷酸钙3~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于:在所述内管(2)的内壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的内凸条(14),在任意两个内凸条(14)之间的内管(2)内壁上均设有一组内凸起(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于:在所述外管(3)的外壁圆周均布一组纵向设置的外凸条(12),在任意两个外凸条(12)之间的外管(3)外壁上均设有一组外凸起(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于:所述内耐腐蚀塑料层(10)和外环氧树脂粉末层(8)的原料按重量份包括:酚醛环氧树脂90份,纳米二氧化硅55份,酚类固化剂5份,功能助剂3.5份,硝酸镧和硝酸钐的混合物25份,流平剂1.2份,氧化锆、氧化钛和氧化锌三者的混合物6份,碳酸钙6份,磷酸钙5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于:所述硝酸镧12份,所述硝酸钐13份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种高强度耐腐蚀涂塑钢管,其特征在于:所述氧化锆1份,氧化钛2份,氧化锌三者3份。
