本发明公开了一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,采用的8710防腐涂料;该防腐工艺的方法是:将配置好的8710防腐涂料采用刷涂、浸涂或喷涂等方式,涂覆在表面干净、干燥的球墨铸铁管件的内表面;对于堆积的8710防腐涂料要及时修平;通过多次刷涂、浸涂或喷涂,增加8710防腐涂料的涂层厚度,以达到规定的涂层厚度要求。采用上述技术方案,操作简便;相比环氧粉末、聚氨酯等原材料使用成本更低,降低制造和使用成本;卫生、环保性能更好;涂层附着力强,铸件的防腐性能更好,提高产品质量。

一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺
技术领域
本发明属于钢铁产品的制造工艺的技术领域,涉及球墨铸铁管的产品制造技术。更具体地,本发明涉及一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺。
背景技术
在现有技术中,对于球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐有以下几种技术方案:
1、水泥内衬涂层防腐:这是一种传统的防腐工艺,该工艺操作繁琐,水泥内衬涂层容易产生离鼓、开裂等质量缺陷,该防腐工艺常使用于球墨铸铁管道内防腐。
2、环氧树脂、聚氨酯:该工艺操作繁琐,使用该涂料喷涂之前需要对产品进行抛丸、表面处理、加热、喷涂及固化等工艺环节;原材料使用率较低,成本较高;成品涂层韧性较差,磕碰时涂层易损坏。
3、防腐沥青漆:该防腐工艺虽然成本较低,但不符合环保和卫生的要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其目的是提高铸管内衬的防腐效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,采用的8710防腐涂料;该防腐工艺的方法是:
将配置好的8710防腐涂料采用刷涂、浸涂或喷涂等方式,涂覆在表面干净、干燥的球墨铸铁管件的内表面;
对于堆积的8710防腐涂料要及时修平;
通过多次刷涂、浸涂或喷涂,增加8710防腐涂料的涂层厚度,以达到规定的涂层厚度要求。
在涂覆所述的8710防腐涂料之前,对球墨铸铁管件进行预热处理。
所述的8710防腐涂料分为IPN8710-1防腐涂料和IPN8710-3防腐涂料两种。
所述的IPN8710-1防腐涂料应用于供水管道的内层,即防腐底漆。
所述的IPN8710-3防腐涂料应用于给水管道的外层,即防腐面漆。
本发明采用上述技术方案,操作简便;相比环氧粉末、聚氨酯等原材料使用成本更低,降低制造和使用成本;卫生、环保性能更好;涂层附着力强,铸件的防腐性能更好,提高产品质量。

本发明是一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,主要是8710涂料对于球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐应用。为了克服现有技术的缺陷,实现提高铸管内衬的防腐效果的发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,采用的8710防腐涂料;该防腐工艺的方法是:
将配置好的8710防腐涂料采用刷涂、浸涂或喷涂等方式,涂覆在表面干净、干燥的球墨铸铁管件的内表面;
对于堆积的8710防腐涂料要及时修平;
通过多次刷涂、浸涂或喷涂,增加8710防腐涂料的涂层厚度。
8710防腐涂料(即IPN8710防腐涂料)是一种有着化学惰性、耐酸、碱、盐腐蚀且涂膜结构致密,防水渗透性好,附着力强且坚韧丰满的一种供水管道防腐涂料。
为了提高涂层固化速度,在涂覆所述的8710防腐涂料之前,可以对球墨铸铁管件进行预热处理。
所述的8710防腐涂料分为IPN8710-1防腐涂料和IPN8710-3防腐涂料两种。
所述的IPN8710-1防腐涂料应用于供水管道的内层,即防腐底漆。IPN8710-1防腐涂料有着涂膜结构致密,而酸、碱、盐、防锈性能优异、附着力强等特点,所以IPN8710-1防腐涂料一般会应用于供水管道的内层,也就是底漆。
所述的IPN8710-3防腐涂料应用于给水管道的外层,即防腐面漆。而IPN8710-3防腐涂料具有着无毒、抗微生物分包等特点,所以此种IPN8710防腐涂料常应用于给水管道的面漆使用。
使用8710防腐涂料的工艺技术,其操作简便,卫生环保性能好,相比环氧粉末、聚氨酯等原材料使用成本更低,涂层附着力基本能达到6兆帕以上,提高管件内衬的质量,是一种较好的环保卫的防腐涂层。

1.一种球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其特征在于:所述的防腐工艺采用的8710防腐涂料;
该防腐工艺的方法是:
将配置好的8710防腐涂料采用刷涂、浸涂或喷涂等方式,涂覆在表面干净、干燥的球墨铸铁管件的内表面;
对于堆积的8710防腐涂料要及时修平;
通过多次刷涂、浸涂或喷涂,增加8710防腐涂料的涂层厚度,以达到规定的涂层厚度要求。
2.按照权利要求1所述的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其特征在于:在涂覆所述的8710防腐涂料之前,对球墨铸铁管件进行预热处理。
3.按照权利要求1所述的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其特征在于:所述的8710防腐涂料分为IPN8710-1防腐涂料和IPN8710-3防腐涂料两种。
4.按照权利要求3所述的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其特征在于:所述的IPN8710-1防腐涂料应用于供水管道的内层,即防腐底漆。
5.按照权利要求3所述的球墨铸铁管件内衬的防腐工艺,其特征在于:所述的IPN8710-3防腐涂料应用于给水管道的外层,即防腐面漆。
