技术领域
本发明涉及一种给水管道,特别是一种涂塑复合钢管。
背景技术
给水管道是给水工程中用于向用户输水和配水的重要部件,常用的给水管材料有铸铁管、钢管和预应力混凝土管,小口径可用白铁管和塑料管。对于金属管而言,其长期与饮用水接触容易被腐蚀,缩短其使用寿命,并且管壁上锈渣脱落后混入到饮用水中还会影响饮用水的品质。目前,为了防止金属管被腐蚀,人们采用在金属管的内壁上涂衬水泥砂浆的办法,该方法虽然延长了金属管的使用寿命,但是因为水泥砂浆壁表面粗糙,增加了饮用水在输送时的阻力,并且泥沙的脱落也会影响用水的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有设计科学合理、抗腐蚀、使用寿命长、输送阻力小、能够保障饮用水品质的涂塑复合钢管。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管,其特征在于:还包括内涂塑层及外涂塑层,在所述钢管的内壁及两端面上均匀的打磨有磨砂面,所述钢管的外壁光滑,在钢管的内壁及两端的磨砂面上均匀的喷涂有内涂塑层,在钢管的外壁上均匀的喷涂有外涂塑层。
而且,所述的内涂塑层为环氧树脂层。
而且,所述的外涂塑层为环氧树脂层或镀锌层。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1.本涂塑复合钢管,通过将过去结构、功能单一的给水钢管设计为经粉末熔融喷涂技术在钢管的内壁或外壁喷涂环氧树脂(EP)粉末的复合钢管,因为该粉末自身的优越性能以及其在钢管内壁上极强的附着力,从而使该复合钢管拥有抗腐蚀性强、不结垢、使用寿命长、能够抵抗冲击和温度的变化、输送阻力小、能够保障饮用水品质的优点。
2.本涂塑复合钢管,通过钢管内壁及端面上磨砂面的设置,增强了钢管与涂层间的附着力,延长涂层的耐久性,并且利于复合时的流平工作。
3.本涂塑复合钢管,通过在钢管的外壁上喷涂环氧树脂(EP)粉末或镀锌粉末,避免了钢管因外部环境的潮湿或者微生物的腐蚀而缩短其使用寿命的问题,为该复合管的长期使用提供了双重保障。
4.本发明结构设计科学合理,具有抗腐蚀性强、不结垢、使用寿命长、能够抵抗冲击和温度的变化、输送阻力小、能够保障饮用水品质优点,是一种具有较高创新性的涂塑复合钢管。

下面结合附图、通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种涂塑复合钢管,包括钢管2,其创新之处在于:还包括内涂塑层3及外涂塑层1,在所述钢管的内壁及两端面上均匀的打磨有磨砂面,所述钢管的外壁光滑,在钢管的内壁及两端的磨砂面上均匀的喷涂有内涂塑层,在钢管的外壁上均匀的喷涂有外涂塑层。
所述的内涂塑层为环氧树脂层。
所述的外涂塑层为环氧树脂层或镀锌层。
本发明通过在钢管的内外表面及端面完全喷涂涂塑层,大大提高了钢管的抗腐蚀能力,使其无锈蚀残渣产生的可能,从而保证了给水的品质。
本涂塑复合钢管能够输送-40℃—60℃的流体,其生产工艺为:
1.钢管复合前预处理⑴将钢管通过拉筋机去焊筋做平整处理;⑵利用喷砂机将钢管内壁喷砂,制出磨砂面,以增加钢管与涂层间的附着力,延长涂层的耐久性,并且利于复合时的流平工作;⑶通过抛丸机将钢管的外表面进行打磨。
2.钢管的复合处理⑴需要将预处理好的钢管进行加热;⑵在钢管内外壁涂塑机上进行钢管的内壁喷、吸涂环氧树脂粉末以及在钢管的外壁喷、吸涂环氧树脂粉末或者镀锌粉末;⑶流平、冷却。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。
