Abstract

本发明公开了一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其结构包括支架、轴承组件、轴端密封装置、橡胶平板、橡胶弧板、驱动电机和搅拌螺旋，所述支架的一端设有轴承组件和轴端密封装置，支架的另一端设有驱动电机，支架内部设有搅拌螺旋，所述搅拌螺旋的顶部设有橡胶平板，搅拌螺旋的下部设有橡胶弧板，所述橡胶弧板的一端设有卸料口。本装置在支架的上部一端设有进料口，支架下部的另一端设有卸料口，可以实现混凝土的连续搅拌，物料进入搅拌装置和搅拌装置卸料是同时进行的，大大提高了混凝土的搅拌效率，降低搅拌时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌设备，具体地说是一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前，国内搅拌设备均为非连续式搅拌，即物料送入搅拌装置，待其搅拌完成之后再一起卸出搅拌装置，适合于大批量的混凝土搅拌，如果搅拌需要的混凝土量比较少，采用此种方式比较浪费资源。
另外，此种工作效率较低，加上投料和卸料的时间，整个生产周期较长。而且搅拌的量不容易随机的控制，往往以此搅拌大量的混凝土，不适用于小批量的项目。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，该搅拌设备可根据混凝土的需求量灵活调整生产量，大大降低原材料、能源的浪费，提高了设备的性价比。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其结构包括支架、轴承组件、轴端密封装置、橡胶平板、橡胶弧板、驱动电机和搅拌螺旋，所述支架的一端设有轴承组件和轴端密封装置，支架的另一端设有驱动电机，支架内部设有搅拌螺旋，所述搅拌螺旋的顶部设有橡胶平板，搅拌螺旋的下部设有橡胶弧板，所述橡胶弧板的一端设有卸料口。
进一步，所述支架是由主支架、轴承组件连接板、进料口、轴端密封连接板和驱动电机连接板组成，所述的轴端密封连接板和驱动电机连接板分别设于主支架的两端，所述轴承组件连接板设于轴端密封连接板的非主框架焊接侧，所述进料口设于支架的轴端密封连接板侧的上部。
进一步，所述的轴端密封装置设于轴端密封连接板上，轴端密封装置是由挡板、支座、盘根、第一隔套、压紧环和第二隔套组成，所述的挡板和支座分别固定在轴端密封连接板的左右两侧，所述的盘根和第一隔套设于支座的内部，所述的压紧环通过螺栓固定在支座左侧，压紧盘根,所述的第二隔套安装在盘根内部。
进一步，所述的搅拌螺旋包括螺旋轴和螺旋叶片，所述螺旋轴右端与驱动电机连接，螺旋轴左端穿过轴端密封装置固定在轴承组件上。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、本装置在支架的上部一端设有进料口，支架下部的另一端设有卸料口，可以实现混凝土的连续搅拌，物料进入搅拌装置和搅拌装置卸料是同时进行的，大大提高了混凝土的搅拌效率，降低搅拌时间。
2、可根据混凝土的需求量灵活调整生产量，大大降低原材料、能源的浪费。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置作以下详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示，本发明的一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，包括支架1、轴承组件2、轴端密封装置3、橡胶平板4、橡胶弧板5、驱动电机6和搅拌螺旋7，所述支架的一端设有轴承组件和轴端密封装置，支架的另一端设有驱动电机，支架内部设有搅拌螺旋，所述搅拌螺旋的顶部设有橡胶平板，橡胶平板通过螺栓与支架固定，搅拌螺旋的下部设有橡胶弧板，所述橡胶弧板的一端设有卸料口8，橡胶弧板通过螺栓固定在支架的下部，橡胶平板与橡胶弧板将搅拌螺旋包裹，且橡胶弧板与搅拌螺旋之间留有存放混凝土的空间。橡胶平板和橡胶弧板分别通过螺栓与支架固定。
所述支架1是由主支架11、轴承组件连接板12、进料口13、轴端密封连接板14和驱动电机连接板15组成，所述的轴端密封连接板和驱动电机连接板分别设于主支架的两端，所述轴承组件连接板设于轴端密封连接板的非主框架焊接侧，所述进料口设于支架的轴端密封连接板侧的上部。所述的6驱动电机固定在1支架的15驱动电机连接板上。
所述的轴端密封装置3用螺栓固定在轴端密封连接板上，轴端密封装置是由挡板31、支座32、盘根33、第一隔套34、压紧环35和第二隔套36组成，所述的挡板和支座分别固定在轴端密封连接板的左右两侧，所述的盘根和第一隔套设于支座的内部，所述的压紧环通过螺栓固定在支座左侧，压紧盘根,所述的第二隔套安装在盘根内部。
所述的搅拌螺旋7包括螺旋轴71和螺旋叶片72，所述螺旋轴右端与驱动电机连接，螺旋轴左端穿过轴端密封装置固定在轴承组件上。
进行搅拌工作时，物料由进料口按照一定的比例连续不断的投入到搅拌螺旋中，经过螺旋叶片的搅拌，形成匀质的混凝土，由于叶片呈螺旋型在搅拌的同时将物料推送至卸料口处进行卸料，整个过程连续进行，没有间断，即卸料的同时，进料和搅拌仍在同时进行，大大提高了设备的生产效率。

1.一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其特征是，包括支架、轴承组件、轴端密封装置、橡胶平板、橡胶弧板、驱动电机和搅拌螺旋，所述支架的一端设有轴承组件和轴端密封装置，支架的另一端设有驱动电机，支架内部设有搅拌螺旋，所述搅拌螺旋的顶部设有橡胶平板，搅拌螺旋的下部设有橡胶弧板，所述橡胶弧板的一端设有卸料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其特征是，所述支架是由主支架、轴承组件连接板、进料口、轴端密封连接板和驱动电机连接板组成，所述的轴端密封连接板和驱动电机连接板分别设于主支架的两端，所述轴承组件连接板设于轴端密封连接板的非主框架焊接侧，所述进料口设于支架的轴端密封连接板侧的上部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其特征是，所述的轴端密封装置设于轴端密封连接板上，轴端密封装置是由挡板、支座、盘根、第一隔套、压紧环和第二隔套组成，所述的挡板和支座分别固定在轴端密封连接板的左右两侧，所述的盘根和第一隔套设于支座的内部，所述的压紧环通过螺栓固定在支座左侧，压紧盘根,所述的第二隔套安装在盘根内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式混凝土搅拌装置，其特征是，所述的搅拌螺旋包括螺旋轴和螺旋叶片，所述螺旋轴右端与驱动电机连接，螺旋轴左端穿过轴端密封装置固定在轴承组件上。
