Abstract
一种广适性板条倒边机,包括台面及固定于其上的限位板、竖向电机及其上部轴端的水平刀盘。刀盘为两层,与竖向电机的输出轴活动配合,并且两层的相位一致,在两层中间设置垫片。刀盘上部设置螺母与竖向电机输出轴螺纹式配合。在台面上设置限宽板与限位板构成导槽,并且限位板、限宽板可调节式固定于台面。在台面的两侧横向水平设置与轴架轴承连接的压辊组。本倒边机能实现喂入深度、导槽宽度调节,以及上下层刀盘间距调节从而适应不同板材厚度。实现批量高精度倒边作业,省工省力,作业效率高。可广泛适应于木质、PVC、合成板、金属板材的倒边。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材加工设备,具体涉及一种板材板条倒边设备。
背景技术
在对板材、板条精加工行业,需要将板材、板条的边棱进行倒角磨边,或者直角,或者圆角。传统的方法为手持磨边机进行打磨。在批量加工时,则利用固定工位和需要的刀头进行磨边。手持方式只能适用于加工精度要求低、数量少的磨边作业;机械磨边适用于批量大、加工精度要求高的作业场合,但其对物料的适应能力一般不可调节,也既只能适用于固定宽度、固定厚度的板条磨边作业,限制了设备的通用性。
譬如申请号为2013102266537的中国专利公开的一种倒边机,包括具有手持部的套筒,套筒内设有动力驱动机构,套筒前端设有角度调节机构,动力驱动机构的动力输出端连接有前端穿过角度调节机构的倒边锉头,角度调节机构前侧设有定位调节机构。特别适应于对矿棉板和硬质的耐火板进行倒边作业,其作业精度低,一致性差。
再譬如CN207139988U专利说明书公开的一种木材倒边机,包括机架以及设置在机架上的传动系统、倒边系统和控制系统;机架包括基座,基座上方从左往右依次设置有收料支架、倒边支架和放料支架;倒边系统包括设置在倒边支架上的倒边机构以及设置在倒边支架下方用于调节倒边尺寸的调节器;传动系统位于倒边机构和放料支架的下方;控制系统包括安装在机架上的若干红外探头以及设置在机架一侧的控制箱。可针对性的对板材特定位置进行特定长度的倒边,对不同厚度、不同宽度的木料板材适应性强。但其电气结构复杂,体型大,成本高,并且只能适应于板材表面特定长度局部倒边。
又譬如CN206732732U专利说明书公开的一种倒边机木板倒边位置调节装置,包括箱体,所述箱体内腔的底部固定连接有固定板,所述箱体左侧的中部固定连接有支撑板,并且支撑板的顶部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴固定连接有螺纹棒,所述螺纹棒远离电机的一端贯穿箱体并延伸至箱体的内腔与箱体内腔右侧的第一轴承底座转动连接,所述螺纹棒的表面螺纹连接有滑块,并且滑块的顶部固定连接有支撑杆。虽然实现了倒边位置可调节,但其需要对板材进行夹持后翻转,对板材有一定要求,并且其倒边刀具为打磨器,倒角精度低。
板材加工领域,特别是板条加工行业,需要开发一种能适应于不同宽度和厚度、并可实现多种倒角规格的板条倒边设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能适应于不同宽度和厚度,并可实现多种倒角规格的板条倒边设备。
本发明一种广适性板条倒边机,包括台面及固定于其上的限位板、竖向电机及其上部轴端的水平刀盘。其特征在于刀盘与台面上的弧形缺口对应,刀盘为两层,与竖向电机的输出轴活动配合,并且两层的相位一致,在两层中间设置垫片。刀盘上部设置螺母与竖向电机输出轴螺纹式配合。在台面上设置限宽板与限位板构成导槽,并且限位板、限宽板可调节式固定于台面。在台面的两侧横向水平设置与轴架轴承连接的压辊组,该压辊组由下辊和上辊组成,下辊轴端的飞轮与压辊电机相连,上辊的轴端安装在轴架的轴槽内,并且在轴槽内设置压紧弹簧。
优选的方案是分别在所述限位板、限宽板上设置横向槽孔,并且通过槽孔与台面上的螺栓固定。
进一步优选的方案是所述刀盘的刀齿为切向式,其齿头安装在齿臂的前端一侧,并且其齿头为丁字型,有两个R型的对称刃。
进一步优选的方案是在所述的弧形缺口下方设置活动式集屑箱。
更进一步优选的方案是所述的上辊和下辊的表面包覆柔性材料。
再进一步优选的方案是在设备上方设置罩壳,并且在其顶面上设置观察窗,在两侧开设带有蝴蝶栓滑块的喂料口,壳壁上设置电源开关盒。
本倒边机能实现两个方向的调节。一是通过调节限位板、限宽板实现喂入深度、导槽宽度调节;二是通过调整两层刀盘中间垫片的厚度和数量,可实现上下层刀盘间距调节,从而适应不同板材厚度,甚至足够宽的间隙可以只利用上层刀盘的下刃进行单边倒角。压辊组的设计可使板条能够轻松喂入,并且其压紧弹簧以及柔性包裹材料的设计使其同样能够适应不同厚度的待加工材料。带有蝴蝶栓滑块的喂料口起到限位作用实现准确喂入。同相位的两层刀盘可以实现一次倒两个角甚至U型边,亦可倒单角。板条翻面后再次喂入可实现对板条另一侧倒边。实现批量高精度倒边作业,省工省力,作业效率高。可广泛适应于木质、PVC、合成板、金属板材的倒边。

具体实施方式
一种广适性倒边机,包括台面1及固定于其上的限位板10、竖向电机16及其输出轴上的水平刀盘8。刀盘8与台面1上的弧形缺口15对应。刀盘8为两层,与竖向电机16的输出轴活动配合,并且两层的相位一致,在两层中间设置垫片17。刀盘8上部设置螺母9与竖向电机16输出轴螺纹式配合。在台面1上设置限宽板2与限位板10构成导槽30。在限位板10、限宽板2上设置横向槽孔11,通过槽孔11与台面1螺栓12固定。在台面1的两侧横向水平设置与轴架4轴承连接的压辊组,该压辊组由下辊3和上辊33组成,下辊3轴端的飞轮19与压辊电机18相连,上辊33的轴端安装在轴架4的轴槽5内,并且在轴槽5内设置压紧弹簧6。刀盘8的刀齿为切向式,其齿头14安装在齿臂13的前端一侧,并且其齿头14为丁字型,有两个R型的对称刃。弧形缺口15下方设置活动式集屑箱20。上辊33和下辊3的表面包覆柔性材料。在设备上方设置罩壳22,并且在其顶面上设置观察窗21,在两侧开设带有蝴蝶栓滑块25的喂料口23,壳壁上设置电源开关盒24。
本实施例,刀盘8上下两片为一组,迎面两个R型的刀刃拼成一个U型刃。刀盘8上下层可交换使用,双倍寿命。逆向和同向均能作业,即板条从两侧喂料口23均可喂入。在加工变压器木质油道条时,一次可以把油道条的一侧倒角成为U型弧面。板条翻面后再次喂入,可实现对板条另一侧的倒边。刀头为合金头。刀盘8直径110mm,12齿。
活动式集屑箱20可以及时清理碎屑,实现环保清洁生产。带有蝴蝶栓滑块25的喂料口23可实现限位作用下准确喂入。压紧弹簧6、上辊33和下辊3表面包覆柔性材料可以实现不同厚度板材的适应。
本发明的另一种实施方式是调整刀盘8两层刀盘的间距可以实现一次倒两个角。
本发明的另一种实施方式是调整刀盘8两层刀盘的间距,只利用上层刀盘的下刃实现一次倒一个角。
Claims (7)
1.一种广适性板条倒边机,包括台面(1)及固定于其上的限位板(10)、竖向电机(16)及其上部轴端的水平刀盘(8),其特征在于刀盘(8)与台面(1)上的弧形缺口(15)对应,刀盘(8)为两层,与竖向电机(16)的输出轴活动配合,并且两层的相位一致,在两层中间设置垫片(17);刀盘(8)上部设置螺母(9)与竖向电机(16)输出轴螺纹式配合;在台面(1)上设置限宽板(2)与限位板(10)构成导槽(30),并且限位板(10)、限宽板(2)均为可调节式固定于台面(1);在台面(1)的两侧横向水平设置与轴架(4)轴承连接的压辊组,该压辊组由下辊(3)和上辊(33)组成,下辊(3)轴端的飞轮(19)与压辊电机(18)相连,上辊(33)的轴端安装在轴架(4)的轴槽(5)内,并且在轴槽(5)内设置压紧弹簧(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于分别在所述限位板(10)、限宽板(2)上设置横向槽孔(11),并且通过槽孔(11)与台面(1)上的螺栓(12)固定。
3.如权利要求1或者2所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于所述刀盘(8)的刀齿为切向式,其齿头(14)安装在齿臂(13)的前端一侧,并且其齿头(14)为丁字型,有两个R型的对称刃。
4.如权利要求3所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于在所述弧形缺口(15)下方设置活动式集屑箱(20)。
5.如权利要求4所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于所述的上辊(33)和下辊(3)的表面包覆柔性材料。
6.如权利要求1或者2所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于在设备上方设置罩壳(22),并且在其顶面上设置观察窗(21),在两侧开设喂料口(23),并在喂料口(23)上设置蝴蝶栓滑块(25);在罩壳(22)的壳壁上设置电源开关盒(24)。
7.如权利要求5所述的广适性板条倒边机,其特征在于在设备上方设置罩壳(22),并且在其顶面上设置观察窗(21),在两侧开设喂料口(23),并在喂料口(23)上设置蝴蝶栓滑块(25);在罩壳(22)的壳壁上设置电源开关盒(24)。
