The rear edge sawing device comprises a rear guide rail, edge sawing discs are arranged on two sides of the rear guide rail, the reversing device comprises a reversing guide rail and a second clamping device, the direction of the reversing guide rail is consistent with that of the rear guide rail, and the second clamping device is used for clamping a plate blank to slide along the reversing guide rail and the rear guide rail.
The second clamping device comprises a second support, clamping claws are arranged on the second support, and the clamping claws are distributed on two sides of the front trimming device.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, through the structural arrangement, after the plate blank is sawn in one direction by the front edge sawing device, the plate blank reaches the joint of the front edge sawing device and the rear edge sawing device, and the reversing device guides the plate blank into the rear edge sawing device to be sawn in the other direction, so that the automatic conversion of the edge sawing direction is realized, the manual reversing is avoided, the stability and the precision of edge sawing processing are ensured, the waste of manpower is also avoided, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, an edge sawing device includes a front edge sawing device 1 and a rear edge sawing device 2 which are different in edge sawing direction and are sequentially connected, and a reversing device 3 is disposed at a connection position of the front edge sawing device 1 and the rear edge sawing device 2 and is used for guiding a plate blank on the front edge sawing device 1 into the rear edge sawing device 2 to realize the conversion of the edge sawing direction.
According to the invention, through the structural arrangement, after the plate blank is sawn in one direction through the front edge sawing device 1, the plate blank reaches the joint of the front edge sawing device 1 and the rear edge sawing device 2, at the moment, the direction changing device 3 guides the plate blank into the rear edge sawing device 2, and edge sawing in the other direction is carried out, so that automatic conversion of the edge sawing direction is realized, manual reversing is avoided, the stability and precision of edge sawing processing are ensured, the waste of manpower is avoided, and the production efficiency is effectively improved.
The front trimming device 1 can be constructed in various ways, and referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the front trimming device 1 comprises a front rail 4, a first clamping device 5 for clamping and sliding a sheet blank along the front rail 4 is arranged on the front rail 4, and trimming discs 6 are arranged on two sides of the front rail 4. The rear trimming device 2 can be constructed in various ways, referring to fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rear trimming device 2 comprises a rear guide rail 14, trimming discs 6 are arranged on two sides of the rear guide rail 14, the reversing device 3 comprises a reversing guide rail 15 which is in the same direction as the rear guide rail 14, and a second clamping device 16, and the second clamping device 16 is used for clamping the plate blank to slide along the reversing guide rail 15 and the rear guide rail 14. When the plate trimming device is used, after a plate blank reaches the joint of the front trimming device 1 and the rear trimming device 2, the plate blank is clamped through the second clamping device 16 and slides along the reversing guide rail 15 and the rear guide rail 14, so that the part of the plate blank, which is wider than the distance between the two side trimming disks 6, is sawn off, and trimming in the direction can be realized. And the distance between the edge sawing disks 6 on the two sides can be adjusted, so that edge sawing equipment can conveniently process plate blanks with different sizes.
In this embodiment, the second clamping device 16 includes a second bracket 17, a clamping claw 18 is disposed on the second bracket 17, and the clamping claw 18 is distributed on two sides of the front trimming device 1; after the plate blank reaches the junction of the front trimming device 1 and the rear trimming device 2, the plate blank is clamped from both sides of the plate blank by the clamping jaws 18, so that the plate blank moves together with the second clamping device 16. Further, a clamping jaw 18 at one side of the front trimming device 1 is fixed to the second bracket 17, specifically: is fixed on the first suspension edge 20 of the second bracket 17; referring to fig. 5, the clamping jaw 18 at the other side of the front trimming saw device 1 is hinged to the second bracket 17, and the clamping jaw 18 at the other side is pushed to rotate by the adjusting cylinder 28, so that the distance between the clamping jaws 18 at the two sides can be adjusted to adapt to plate blanks with different sizes, and the universality of the trimming saw device is enhanced.
In this embodiment, the front trimming device 1 is provided with a first guide groove 19 having a direction identical to that of the direction-changing guide rail 15, the second bracket 17 is provided with a first suspension edge 20, the first suspension edge 20 is located on a side of the front trimming device 1 away from the rear trimming device 2, and when the second bracket 17 slides along the direction-changing guide rail 15 or the rear guide rail 14, the first suspension edge 20 slides along the first guide groove 19. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the first guide groove 19 is arranged on the workbench 7, and the second bracket 17 can slide along the reversing guide rail 15 or the rear guide rail 14 smoothly only when the first suspension edge 20 corresponds to the position of the first guide groove 19; otherwise the first depending edge 20 would hit the side wall of the table 7 and the second bracket 17 would not be able to slide along the reversing rail 15 or the rear rail 14.
In this embodiment, a second guide groove 21 is disposed below the rear guide rail 14, a second suspending edge 22 is disposed on a side of the second bracket 17 close to the rear trimming device 2, and when the second bracket 17 slides along the reversing guide rail 15 or the rear guide rail 14, the second suspending edge 22 slides along the second guide groove 21. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the second guide groove 21 is provided on the seat body 27 below the rear rail 14, and the second bracket 17 can smoothly slide along the direction-changing rail 15 or the rear rail 14 only when the second suspending edge 22 corresponds to the position of the second guide groove 21; otherwise, the second suspension edge 22 would hit the sidewall of the seat body 27, so that the second bracket 17 cannot slide along the reversing guide rail 15 or the rear guide rail 14.
In the invention, a guide inclined plane 23 is arranged in front of the edge sawing disc 6; due to the fact that the shape difference of the plate blank is large, the plate blank can be smoothly guided to the edge sawing disc 6 to be sawn through the guide inclined plane 23.
In the invention, a surplus material conveying device 24 is arranged behind the edge sawing disc 6; after the panel blank saw limit, the panel clout can fall into to be provided with clout conveyor 24 to the rear of saw limit dish 6 on to carry the clout to specific position through clout conveyor 24, can accomplish the collection of clout, avoided the extra clearance after the saw limit is accomplished.
In the invention, the plate blank is positioned by an infrared device, specifically: the two sides of the front guide rail 4 and the rear guide rail 14 are both provided with infrared emitters, and if the plate blank shields infrared rays emitted by the two infrared emitters at the same time, the plate blank can be judged to be clamped in place.
In the invention, related control is completed through PLC control; and when the parts slide on the front guide rail 4, the reversing guide rail 15 and the rear guide rail 14, the parts are driven by the servo motors, so that the positioning precision is effectively improved.
The edge sawing equipment disclosed by the invention realizes automatic conversion of edge sawing directions, avoids manual reversing, ensures the stability and precision of edge sawing processing, also avoids manpower waste, effectively improves the production efficiency, and can be widely applied to edge sawing of various plate blanks.
