本发明的电缆导体分支连接件,主体结构截面形状大致为“W”形,两侧主缆导体连接段、分缆导体连接段之间通过横向水平连接段连接为一体结构,件,主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段的两侧外侧边高度高于水平连接段高度,通过压接工装将两侧外侧边上段压合包裹在主缆、分缆导体上,连接接触面积大;主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边上部为圆弧形,能够适应主缆、分缆导体形状,压接过程中连接件变形量少,主缆、分缆导体不会变形,接触部位材料厚度也不变,连接强度高,压接后接触导电性能好,连接工艺简单,操作方便,且连接可靠不会松动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆导体分支连接件,具体应用于输变电设备电缆分支线路连接技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中电缆分支线路的连接一般采用C型管连接主缆导体与分缆导体,压接过程中压接力度不易掌握,压接过松连接不可靠,易松动脱落,压接过紧会致导体断股甚至导体全断裂,压接时也不易定位,压接困难;而采用简单的E形结构连接件,其形变量不能准确控制,压接后对主缆与分支电缆接触面积不够,或者虽然能够达到一定接触面积,但是连接件边缘厚度不够,连接强度不高,连接导电性能不好;且压接过程中易使得主电缆和分支电缆变形,甚至造成主电缆和分支电缆结构损坏,压接连接不可靠。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种压接后接触面积大,连接强度高连接可靠的电缆导体分支连接件。
本发明的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:主体结构截面形状大致为“W”形,主体结构两侧分别为主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段,主缆导体连接段、分缆导体连接段之间通过横向水平连接段连接为一体结构,主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边高度高于水平连接段高度,主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边上部为圆弧形;主缆导体连接段、分缆导体连接段内部分别设置有主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔,主缆导体安置腔内径大于分缆导体安置腔内径,分缆导体连接段底部沿竖直方向高度高于主缆导体连接段底部;
所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边上部为圆弧形长度为1/4~3/8圆;
所述水平连接段沿竖直方向的厚度大于主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段壁厚;
所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段底部厚度大于两侧侧边厚度;
所述主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔为半圆形;
所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段、水平连接段材料都为T2铜。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种电缆导体分支连接件,主体结构截面形状大致为“W”形,主体结构两侧分别为主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段1,主缆导体连接段3、分缆导体连接段1之间通过横向水平连接段2连接为一体结构,主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段1外侧边高度高于水平连接段2高度,确保压接后具有足够接触面积,同时压接时连接件变形量少;主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段1外侧边上部为圆弧形,与主缆导体、分缆导体外形相适应,接触导电性能好;主缆导体连接段3、分缆导体连接段1内部分别设置有主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔,主缆导体安置腔内径大于分缆导体安置腔内径,分缆导体连接段1底部沿竖直方向高度高于主缆导体连接段3底部,压接时通过工装结构分别支撑主缆导体、分缆导体,压接连接可靠,同时不会对主缆导体造成过度压迫,不会变形。
主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段2外侧边上部为圆弧形长度为1/4~3/8圆,本实施例中选择1/4圆弧,确保主缆、分缆导体能够轻松置入主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔,同时压接后能够具有足够大的接触面积,连接强度高,接触导电性能好。
水平连接段2沿竖直方向的厚度大于主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段1壁厚,压接后水平连接段2具有足够的连接强度。
主缆导体固定段3分缆导体固定段1底部厚度大于两侧侧边厚度,进一步防止电缆导体变形。
主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔为半圆形,与电缆导体外形相适应。
主缆导体固定段3、分缆导体固定段1、水平连接段材料2都为T2铜,韧性好,强度高,压接连接、接触导电性能可靠。

1.一种电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:主体结构截面形状大致为“W”形,主体结构两侧分别为主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段,,主缆导体连接段、分缆导体连接段之间通过横向水平连接段连接为一体结构,主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边高度高于水平连接段高度,主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边上部为圆弧形;主缆导体连接段、分缆导体连接段内部分别设置有主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔,主缆导体安置腔内径大于分缆导体安置腔内径,分缆导体连接段底部沿竖直方向高度高于主缆导体连接段底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段外侧边上部为圆弧形长度为1/4~3/8圆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:所述水平连接段沿竖直方向的厚度大于主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段壁厚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段底部厚度大于两侧侧边厚度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:所述主缆导体安置腔、分缆导体安置腔为半圆形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电缆导体分支连接件,其特征在于:所述主缆导体固定段、分缆导体固定段、水平连接段材料都为T2铜。
