本发明公开了爪式导向阀门,具有阀体,所述阀体上安装有阀座,所述阀座设有中孔,所述中孔中设有阀芯,所述阀芯安装在阀杆底端并可随所述阀杆进行移动,其特征在于所述阀芯具有密封部,所述密封部向下延伸有若干爪部,所述爪部之间构成流量槽,所述爪部的侧壁与所述阀座的中孔壁始终贴合。本发明改变了阀芯的结构,能阀门流量稳定,不会由于温度压力的变化使得阀芯晃动,使用寿命长且不易受损。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体涉及爪式导向阀门。
背景技术
普通的阀门具有阀体,阀体内有阀座,阀座内设有阀芯,阀芯连接在阀杆上,并在阀杆的带动下进行移动,这种阀门具有泄漏量大的特点。市面上的阀门其阀芯通常为圆锥体结构,当阀杆带动阀芯移动时,阀芯与阀座套之间产生间隙大,使液体从间隙中流出及冲刷,阀芯越脱离阀座,其间的间隙大小越大,进而液体的流量越大,而液体在流动时会对阀芯产生一定的冲刷力,在温度、压力的变化下,阀芯的晃动还会带动阀杆进行左右晃动,并进一步导致阀杆变形,使得阀门中液体的流量不稳定,影响其性能及阀芯被卡死。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种流量稳定且使用寿命长的爪式导向阀门。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
爪式导向阀门,具有阀体,所述阀体上安装有阀座,所述阀座设有中孔,所述中孔中设有阀芯,所述阀芯安装在阀杆底端并可随所述阀杆进行移动,其特征在于所述阀芯具有密封部,所述密封部向下延伸有若干爪部,所述爪部之间构成流量槽,所述爪部的侧壁与所述阀座的中孔壁始终贴合。
在于所述爪部的上端大下端小,使得构成的所述流量槽上端口部比下端小。
采用以上技术方案,本发明的阀芯设为爪式结构,阀芯在随阀杆的移动过程中其侧壁与阀座的中孔壁始终保持接触状态,不会因为液体温度和压力的变化发生晃动,进而实现准确控制液体流量的技术效果,同时,还能有效防止阀杆因液体的冲击力而发生形变,进一步保障设备的性能。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图所示,爪式导向阀门,具有阀体1,所述阀体1上安装有阀座2,所述阀座2设有中孔21,所述中孔21中设有阀芯3,所述阀芯3安装在阀杆4底端并可随所述阀杆4进行移动,所述阀芯3具有密封部31,所述密封部31向下延伸有若干爪部32,所述爪部32之间构成流量槽33,所述爪部32的侧壁与所述阀座2的中孔壁始终贴合,使得阀芯3在移动时进行定位,以防止阀芯3运动时发生晃动。所述爪部32的上端大下端小,所述爪部32的上端大下端小,使得构成的所述流量槽33上端口部比下端小。
当移动阀芯3时,液体可从流量槽33中流出,由于流量槽33为下大上小的结构,所以阀芯3越往外脱离阀座2,从阀芯3中流出的液体流量越大,以有效地控制阀门的流量。
采用以上技术方案,本发明的阀芯3在随阀杆4的移动过程中其外壁与阀座2的中孔壁始终保持接触状态,不会因为液体的压力和温度变化发生晃动,进而使得阀门流量稳定,准确控制液体流量,同时,还能有效防止阀杆4因液体的冲击力而发生形变,进一步保障设备的性能。

1.爪式导向阀门,具有阀体(1),所述阀体(1)上安装有阀座(2),所述阀座(2)设有中孔(21),所述中孔(21)中设有阀芯(3),所述阀芯(3)安装在阀杆(4)底端并可随所述阀杆(4)进行移动,其特征在于所述阀芯(3)具有密封部(31),所述密封部(31)向下延伸有若干爪部(32),所述爪部(32)之间构成流量槽(33),所述爪部(32)的侧壁与所述阀座(2)的中孔壁始终贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的爪式导向阀门,其特征在于所述爪部(32)的上端大下端小,使得构成的所述流量槽(33)上端口部比下端小。
