本发明涉及一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,该洗衣液在现有洗衣液配方的基础上加入了少量的银杏浓缩提取液,充分利用银杏提取物中酚类、酸类物质的消毒杀菌作用,具有成分天然、气味独特、刺激小等优点,极大地扩大了银杏资源的利用范围。

技术领域
本发明属于银杏深加工开发利用技术领域,具体涉及一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液。
背景技术
银杏又名白果树,是地球上现存的最古老的树种之一。银杏全身是宝,其化学成分较为复杂,仅黄酮素就有30余种,单萜及位半萜17种,萜内酯6种,聚异戊成烯9种烷基酚及酚类12种,脂肪酸及有机酸11种。其中含量相对较高的白果酸、白果酚经实验证明有抑菌和杀菌作用,可用于治疗呼吸道感染性疾病,白果水浸剂对各种真菌有不同程度的抑制作用,可止痒疗癣。银杏外种皮含有大量的氢化白果酸和银杏黄酮,外种皮醇类中间体对22种临床常见致病真菌的抑制有效率为81%,0.1%的氢化白果酸抑制25种种临床致病真菌的有效率为92%。
中国的银杏资源十分丰富约占世界银杏总量的70%,湖北孝感地区银杏种植历史悠久,登记的古银杏树近千株,其中仅安陆王义贞镇就有银杏古树609株[左雄中,湖北省银杏古树资源研究,2004],其他大大小小的银杏树更是数不胜数。如此多的银杏资源并未得到充分利用,除了少部分原料出口用于提取活性成分制成药剂以外,大部分银杏由于国内加工提取工艺达不到药品制剂所需的纯度和要求只能白白浪费。因此能否利用银杏提取物杀菌、抑菌的特点,开发出清洁日化用品对于银杏的高效利用和经济化开发具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有银杏资源利用不充分、银杏提取技术满足不了制药要求等不足,提供一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液。该洗衣液充分利用银杏提取物中酚类、酸类物质的消毒杀菌作用,具有成分天然、刺激小等优点。为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下。
一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,包括以下原料:银杏浓缩提取液、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乙二胺四乙酸二胺、香精以及去离子水。
上述方案中,各原料的质量百分数分别为银杏浓缩提取液0.5-1.5%,十二烷基磺酸钠1-5%,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠5-9%,碳酸氢钠0.3-0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸二胺0.2-0.5%,香精0.1-0.2%,余量为去离子水。
上述方案中,所述银杏浓缩提取液由银杏叶与体积分数为40-70%的乙醇按照1:8的重量比混合提取后经活性炭吸附,再浓缩至含水量30%以下制得。活性炭的作用在于出去提取液中的色素,便于配制出来的洗衣液颜色好看。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:首先根据国内提取工艺的实际情况,将银杏粗提取液用于消毒杀菌的日化洗涤用品,扩大了银杏的应用范围;其次充分利用了银杏活性成分(酚类、酸类、酮类)的消毒灭菌作用,避免了刺激性强的合成化学杀菌防腐剂的大量使用,产品成分更加纯天然,气味独特。

实施例。
一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,由质量百分数分别为0.5%的银杏浓缩提取液, 1%的十二烷基磺酸钠,6%的脂肪醇醚硫酸钠, 0.3%的碳酸氢钠, 0.2%的乙二胺四乙酸二胺,0.1%的香精以及91.9%的去离子水组成。此处所使用的银杏浓缩提取液为本公司自制,其制备过程为:将银杏叶与体积分数为40-70%的乙醇按照1:8的重量比混合,在60-80℃回流提取,冷却后向提取液中加入活性炭吸附掉叶片中溶出的色素,过滤后减压蒸馏,回收乙醇,提取液浓缩至含水量30%以下即得。

1.一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下原料:银杏浓缩提取液、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乙二胺四乙酸二胺、香精以及去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,其特征在于:各原料的质量百分数分别为银杏浓缩提取液0.5-1.5%,十二烷基磺酸钠1-5%,脂肪醇醚硫酸钠5-9%,碳酸氢钠0.3-0.8%,乙二胺四乙酸二胺0.2-0.5%,香精0.1-0.2%,余量为去离子水。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含银杏活性成分的洗衣液,其特征在于:所述银杏浓缩提取液由银杏叶与体积分数为40-70%的乙醇按照1:8的重量比混合提取后经活性炭吸附,再浓缩至含水量30%以下制得。
