Abstract
本发明涉及环境治理技术领域,公开了除臭剂配方,包括以下组成部分:柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水,所述柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水的质量比例为:5:1.5:12.5:1:5:5:5:65,本发明柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵等共同组成,以其活性共存一体,协同发挥功能,对产生环境臭味的主要成分氨、硫化氢、硫醇、甲醇及其他异味有机物具有降解转化功能,具有较强的降解功能,同时释放抗菌素,形成酸性环境,抑制病毒产生和腐败菌的生长、繁殖,减少蚊蝇,提高环境卫生状况,具有较强的除菌率。

本发明涉及环境治理技术领域,具体是除臭剂配方。
背景技术
除臭剂主要有以下几种类型:物理除臭剂、化学除臭剂、微生物型除臭剂、植物型除臭剂和复合型除臭剂等,可用于食品医药、固废处理、污水处理等行业的空气净化与异味处理。
中国专利公开了液体除臭剂(公告号CN100334293C),该专利技术对织物具有高除臭效力和持久能力,但是其对产生环境臭味的主要成分氨、硫化氢、硫醇、甲醇及其他异味有机物不具有很好的降解转化功能,且其除菌效果较差。因此,本领域技术人员提供了除臭剂配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供除臭剂配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
除臭剂配方,包括以下组成部分:柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水,所述柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水的质量比例为:5:1.5:12.5:1:5:5:5:65。
除臭剂配方,制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、柠檬酸制备:把橘汁、梅汁等咸酸水加热至设定的温度时,逐渐加入碳酸钙乳浆,继续加热2h,最后升高到100℃,至溶液呈青绿色时,然后静置沉淀,此沉淀即为果酸钙,用清水洗涤,加热至70~80℃,反复多次,直至盐分除净为止,柠檬酸钙浆液加热至60~70℃,加入硫酸,沸腾3h左右,待柠檬酸钙分解完成,即静置沉淀,上层清液为柠檬酸溶液,将暗红色的柠檬酸用活性炭脱色,则得无色清液,将无色柠檬酸液进行浓缩,至固形物含量75%时,放置于结晶缸内静置结晶得出柠檬酸结晶,用离心机去除柠檬酸结晶中的杂质即可;
S2、柠檬酸钠制备:用高品质的小苏打,按计算量溶于水后与柠檬酸中和,经浓缩结晶等工序处理,制备药品级柠檬酸钠;
S3、乳酸制备:将乙醛和冷的氢氰酸连续送入反应器生成乳腈,用泵将乳腈打入水解釜,注入硫酸和水,使乳腈水解得到粗乳酸,然后再将粗乳酸送人酯化釜,加入乙醇酯化,经精馏、浓缩、分解得精乳酸;
S4、檀香香精制备:将干燥后的檀香进行粉碎,得檀香粉,取一定量檀香粉置入蒸馏烧瓶中,加入一定量蒸馏水后,水蒸气蒸馏得油水分层的蒸馏液,用二氯甲烷萃取蒸馏液中的油相,并用无水硫酸钠干燥得到油剂,将油剂过滤后在水浴下旋转蒸发掉溶剂,获得檀香香精;
S5、丝兰提取液制备:以丝兰为原料,通过醇溶剂提取浓缩,再经过水和正丁醇二相萃取后除去杂质,取正丁醇相蒸干后用乙醚回流得到的乙醚溶液为丝兰提取液;
S6、苹果酸制备:苯催化氧化,得到马来酸和富马酸,然后在高温和加压下水合,反应生成物主要是苹果酸和少量反丁烯二酸,调节苹果酸使溶液冷却到约15℃,过滤分离反丁烯二酸晶体,母液浓缩,离心分离固体,得粗苹果酸,再经精制结晶得成品苹果酸;
S7、苯扎氯铵制备:将十二烷基二甲基叔胺与氯化苯混合后在乙酸乙酯的条件下保温反应8~10h,反应完全后,降温至晶体析出,待晶体完全析出后抽滤,滤饼加入乙酸乙酯进行重结晶,析晶完全后抽滤,干燥即得苯扎氯氨;
S8、除臭剂制备:在100L罐内加入50L纯净水,然后依次加入5kg柠檬酸和1.5kg柠檬酸钠,搅拌10min,依次加入12.5kg乳酸、5kg苹果酸,搅拌10min,搅拌均匀后加入5kg苯扎氯氨,搅拌10min,搅拌均匀后加入5kg丝兰提取液,最后加入1kg檀香香精,然后加入纯净水,将水位补充到100L,搅拌均匀,即可得到成本除臭剂。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S1中设定的温度为75℃,所述碳酸钙乳浆中碳酸钙的含量为15%,所述硫酸的浓度为35%。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S4中的檀香粉为50~60目,所述水蒸气蒸馏时间为4~5h,所述水浴温度为55℃。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S6中水合反应的温度为180~220℃,所述水合反应的反应压力为1.4~1.8Mpa,且水合反应的反应时间为3~5h。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述S7的十二烷基二甲基叔胺与氯化苯的质量比例为1:1.6。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明由柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵等共同组成,以其活性共存一体,协同发挥功能,可以改善环境空气质量,适用于写字楼、宾馆、酒店、商场、养殖场及工厂车间等生活、工作空间的空气治理,对产生环境臭味的主要成分氨、硫化氢、硫醇、甲醇及其他异味有机物具有降解转化功能,同时释放抗菌素,形成酸性环境,抑制病毒产生和腐败菌的生长、繁殖,减少蚊蝇,提高环境卫生状况。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例中,除臭剂配方,包括以下组成部分:柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水,柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水的质量比例为:5:1.5:12.5:1:5:5:5:65。
除臭剂配,制备方法包括以下步骤:

S8、除臭剂制备:在100L罐内加入50L纯净水,然后依次加入5kg柠檬酸和1.5kg柠檬酸钠,搅拌10min,依次加入12.5kg乳酸、5kg苹果酸,搅拌10min,搅拌均匀后加入5kg苯扎氯氨,搅拌10min,搅拌均匀后加入5kg丝兰提取液,最后加入1kg檀香香精,然后加入纯净水,将水位补充到100L,搅拌均匀,即可得到成本除臭剂,使用前摇匀,小剂量喷洒按照10~50倍稀释,大剂量喷洒按照100~200倍稀释,直接喷洒到空气中、墙面和裸露的垃圾表面,喷洒次数根据现场实际情况而定。
优选的,S1中设定的温度为75℃,碳酸钙乳浆中碳酸钙的含量为15%,硫酸的浓度为35%。
优选的,S4中的檀香粉为50~60目,水蒸气蒸馏时间为4~5h,水浴温度为55℃。
优选的,S6中水合反应的温度为180~220℃,水合反应的反应压力为1.4~1.8Mpa,且水合反应的反应时间为3~5h。
优选的,S7的十二烷基二甲基叔胺与氯化苯的质量比例为1:1.6。
为了更好地说明本发明的技术效果,通过下述实验进行阐述:
选用中国专利公开液体除臭剂(公告号CN100334293C)为对比例一;
选用中国专利公开的除臭剂(公告号CN1218754C)为对比例二;
选用中国专利公开的液体除臭剂(授权公告号CN1732884B)为对比例三;
选用本发明为实施例。
一、取四个相同的塑料桶,将相同含量的硫化氢物质分别放入四个塑料桶中,并在塑料桶上覆盖一层薄膜进行密封,将便携式硫化氢测试仪的检测软管刺穿薄膜伸入塑料桶中,并在检测软管与薄膜的连接处做好密封处理,再将另一个带有启闭开关的软管刺穿薄膜,先使该软管处于关闭状态并在软管与薄膜的连接处做好密封处理,接着使该软管处于打开的状态并分别加入对比例一、对比例二、对比例三和实施例,得出表1:

由表1可以分析得出:对比例一在使用后的20min除硫率达到了83.98%,对比例二在使用后的20min除硫率达到了90.57%,对比例一在使用后的20min除硫率达到了86.98%,对比例一、对比例二和对比例三都的除硫率要么每超过90%,要么就在90%左右,实施例在使用后的10min除硫率高达99.75%;
由此可以分析得出:本发明对于产生臭味的含硫有机物具有很好的降解转化功能,除硫快并且除硫率高。
二、拿出四个相同的细菌培养基,先检测其细菌活性,再分别使用对比例一、对比二、对比例三和实施例后,再检测其细菌活性,得出表2;

由表2分析得出:对比例一、对比例二和对比例三在使用后的10min和20min已经到达了除菌峰值,除菌率分别为80.48%、76.38%和73.37%,均没有达到90%,而实施例在使用了10min和20min也到达了除菌峰值,除菌率高达97.40%;
由此可以分析得出:本发明可以释放抗菌素,形成酸性环境,抑制病毒产生和腐败菌的生长、繁殖,减少蚊蝇,提高环境卫生状况。
以上所述的,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.除臭剂配方,包括以下组成部分:柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、乳酸、檀香香精、丝兰提取液、苹果酸、苯扎氯铵和纯净水的质量比例为:5:1.5:12.5:1:5:5:5:65。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除臭剂配方,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:

3.根据权利要求2所述的除臭剂配方,其特征在于,所述S1中设定的温度为75℃,所述碳酸钙乳浆中碳酸钙的含量为15%,所述硫酸的浓度为35%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的除臭剂配方,其特征在于,所述S4中的檀香粉为50~60目,所述水蒸气蒸馏时间为4~5h,所述水浴温度为55℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的除臭剂配方,其特征在于,所述S6中水合反应的温度为180~220℃,所述水合反应的反应压力为1.4~1.8Mpa,且水合反应的反应时间为3~5h。
6.根据权利要求2所述的除臭剂配方,其特征在于,所述S7的十二烷基二甲基叔胺与氯化苯的质量比例为1:1.6。
