本发明公开了一种塑料管材配方,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂30‑40;硬脂酰苯甲酰甲3‑5;高分子酯基钙6‑13;环氧大豆油3‑7;三盐基性硫酸铅4‑8;抗冲剂6‑13;氧化锌3‑7;石蜡35。本发明塑料管材配方的优点是:添加的六甲基磷酰三胺,不但可以大大提高塑料的抗氧化性能,而且成比较低,适合推广应用与现有技术相比,本发明配方制得的塑料具有高强度和高韧性并重的特点,抗冲击能力强,且产品组分价格低廉,市场竞争力大。

本发明涉及一种塑料管材配方。
背景技术
塑料的软管物美价廉,是目前公认也是应用最多的户外用水管管材,但现有的塑料软管管材制成的软管存在一些缺陷,比如说在户外长期风吹日晒,老化比较快,目前克服该缺陷的办法是添加抗氧化剂跟紫外线吸收剂,但添加的物质比较昂贵,致使塑料软管生产成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、抗老化且强度与抗冲性能并重的塑料管材配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种塑料管材配方,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂30-40;硬脂酰苯甲酰甲3-5;高分子酯基钙6-13;环氧大豆油3-7;三盐基性硫酸铅4-8;抗冲剂6-13;氧化锌3-7;石蜡3-5。

一种塑料管材配方,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂40-50;硬脂酰苯甲酰甲24;高分子酯基钙5-12;环氧大豆油2-5;三盐基性硫酸铅3-6;抗冲剂5-12;氧化锌2-8;石蜡1-2。
