the second mounting column (102) is mounted on the left side of a vehicle entrance (901), another transceiver of the first light curtain sensor (301) is integrated on the second mounting column (102), a cable of another transceiver of the first light curtain sensor (301) is arranged inside the second mounting column (102) and is connected with the inner side of a wiring port (1021) of the second mounting column (102), and the outer side of the wiring port (1021) of the second mounting column (102) is connected with a system terminal (601) through a lead wire;
the third mounting column (103) is mounted on the right side of a vehicle outlet (902), one transceiver of the second light curtain sensor (302) is integrated on the third mounting column (103), a cable of one transceiver of the second light curtain sensor (302) is arranged inside the third mounting column (103) and is connected with the inner side of a wiring port (1031) of the third mounting column (103), and the outer side of the wiring port (1031) of the third mounting column (103) is connected with a system terminal (601) through a lead wire;
the fourth mounting column (104) is mounted on the left side of a vehicle outlet (902), another transceiver of the second camera (202), the second display (304) and the second light curtain sensor (302) is integrated on the fourth mounting column (104), cables of the second camera (202), the second display (304) and the second light curtain sensor (302) are arranged inside the fourth mounting column (104) and are connected with the inner side of a wiring port (1041) of the fourth mounting column (104), and the outer side of the wiring port (1041) of the fourth mounting column (104) is connected with the system terminal (601) through a wire;
the two-dimensional code scanner (401) is integrated on a fifth mounting column (105), a cable of the two-dimensional code scanner (401) is arranged inside the fifth mounting column (105) and is connected with the inner side of a wiring port (1051) of the fifth mounting column (105), and the outer side of the wiring port (1051) of the fifth mounting column (105) is connected with a system terminal (601) through a lead;
the ground scale (501) is connected with a system terminal (601) through a lead.
2. The intelligent material data detection and management system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fifth mounting column (105) is mounted on the side of the weighbridge (501).

The intelligent material data detection and management system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle command system further comprises a microphone (305), the microphone (305) is integrated on the first mounting column (101), and a cable of the microphone (305) is disposed inside the first mounting column (101) and connected to the inside of the connection port (1011) of the first mounting column (101).

The intelligent material data detection and management system according to claim 1, wherein the first mounting column (101), the second mounting column (102), the third mounting column (103), the fourth mounting column (104), and the fifth mounting column (105) are respectively fixed by expansion nail fixing components.

The intelligent material data detection and management system according to claim 1, wherein the system terminal (601) comprises a monitoring system and a power system, and the wires of the first mounting column (101), the second mounting column (102), the third mounting column (103), the fourth mounting column (104) and the fifth mounting column (105) connected to the system terminal (601) comprise a data line and a power line, the data line is connected to the monitoring system, and the power line is connected to the power system.
6. The intelligent material data detection and management system of claim 5, wherein the data line is a network cable.
7. An installation method of the intelligent material data detection management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
a first step of integrating a first camera (201), a first display (303), and a transceiver of a first light curtain sensor (301) on a first mounting post (101) in a factory; the other transceiver of the first light curtain sensor (301) is integrated on the second mounting post (102); a transceiver in the second light curtain sensor (302) is integrated on the third mounting column (103); another transceiver of the second camera (202), the second display (304), and the second light curtain sensor (302) is integrated on the fourth mounting post (104); the two-dimensional code scanner (401) is integrated on the fifth mounting column (105);
secondly, a first mounting column (101), a second mounting column (102), a third mounting column (103), a fourth mounting column (104) and a fifth mounting column (105) are mounted on a construction site;
and thirdly, connecting the first mounting column (101), the second mounting column (102), the third mounting column (103), the fourth mounting column (104) and the fifth mounting column (105) with a system terminal (601) through wires respectively.
