The sealing component is a magnetic strip 37, two magnetic strips 37 are symmetrically arranged on the side wall, close to the opening, of the collecting bag 29, and two ends of the two magnetic strips 37 are hinged.

a circular groove with air holes is arranged on the upper end surface of the liquid inlet cylinder 42, and an air valve cover hinged with the sealing cover is arranged in the circular groove; or the side walls of the liquid inlet cylinder, the liquid outlet cylinder and the middle cylinder are made of soft materials, such as silica gel, soft rubber, PVC or soft plastic. a sealing assembly is arranged on the side wall of the collecting bag close to the opening, and the sealing assembly can be sleeved on the lower port of the collecting cover;
diluent is contained in the collection container;
the sealing assembly is a magnetic strip, two magnetic strips are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the collecting bag close to the opening, and two ends of the two magnetic strips are hinged;

the extraction method of the extraction device comprises the following specific steps: when the collecting cover is detached, the magnetic strip quickly attracts and exhausts gas in the collecting bag under the pressure of the diluent, so that the anaerobic quality in the collecting bag is improved; then, the sealing bag is placed on the upper end face of a crushing barrel filled with diluent, then the sealing cover is covered, the sealing cover moves downwards, when an annular cutting edge of the crushing barrel is in contact with an annular cutting edge of the sealing cover, the sealing bag can be cut into two halves, the half containing the excrement sample automatically falls into the crushing barrel, a hand-operated handle drives a rotating shaft to rotate, a sharp-pointed protrusion on the rotating shaft and a sharp-pointed protrusion on a filter screen move relatively, the sealing bag is rapidly scratched, excrement is diluted and filtered through the filter screen to obtain excrement liquid with large granular impurities removed, a switch valve of a liquid outlet is opened, the excrement liquid is discharged into a filter device which is vacuumized under negative pressure, after all the excrement liquid enters the filter device, the switch valve is closed, and the excrement liquid is subjected to multistage filtration to finally obtain beneficial intestinal flora.

The extraction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end surface of the collection container is bent inwards to form an annular limiting plate, an annular groove is formed on the upper end surface of the annular limiting plate, and an annular protrusion matched with the annular groove is formed on the lower end surface of the upper cover.

the upper end face of the liquid inlet cylinder is provided with a circular groove with an air hole, and an air valve cover hinged to the sealing cover is arranged in the circular groove.
