本发明涉及一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,包括工作台,工作台上自左向右依次设有输送辊、转轴、刀板,输送辊的前端部同轴连接有阶梯带轮,转轴上沿自身轴向匀分布有若干个圆形刀片,每个圆形刀片的两侧均设有螺纹连接在转轴上的锁紧螺母,转轴连接有从动带轮,刀板的前后两端均配合有导向座,导向座上设有复位弹簧,刀板穿过前端导向座支撑有与驱动板,驱动板的右端设有回缩弹簧,驱动板上设有齿条,齿条啮合有不完全齿轮,工作台的前端部设有带传动机构、小型带传动机构。本发明实现了对汽车减震隔音垫的自动化裁切作业,降低了劳动强度、提高了工作效率,整个装置的体积小、功能强大,有利于汽车减震隔音垫的制作。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件加工设备技术领域,具体的说是一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备。
背景技术
减震隔音垫对撞击声在整个频率范围内具有特别好的声音阻断效果,能最有效的隔绝撞击噪声和空气传播噪声。经特殊设计制成,能够做到隔音、减震、防水、防霉,适用于各种潮湿的环境,并且采用绿色环保的材料、使用寿命长。
众所周知,汽车上同样配备有减震隔音垫,并根据车身结构的不同,将制作好的减震隔音垫裁切成等规格的块状,然后修剪成需要的轮廓形状。但是,目前减震隔音垫的裁切多为人工裁剪,劳动强度高、工作效率低下,容易出现人工操作带来的失误,无法实现自动化裁切作业,不利于汽车减震隔音垫的制作。
发明内容
为了避免和解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,包括工作台,所述工作台上自左向右依次设有输送辊、转轴、与工作台竖直滑动配合的刀板。
所述输送辊的顶部穿过工作台且所述输送辊的前端部同轴连接有阶梯带轮。
所述转轴上沿自身轴向匀分布有若干个穿过工作台的圆形刀片,每个圆形刀片的两侧均设有螺纹连接在转轴上的锁紧螺母,所述转轴的前端部连接有从动带轮。所述工作台上设有供圆形刀片穿过的矩形长孔。
所述刀板的前后两端均配合有导向座,所述导向座上设有与刀板相连的复位弹簧,所述刀板穿过前端导向座支撑有与工作台水平滑动配合的驱动板,所述驱动板的左端设有与工作台相连的回缩弹簧,所述驱动板上设有齿条,所述齿条啮合有不完全齿轮。
所述工作台上固定有与驱动板配合的安装座,所述回缩弹簧的一端固定在安装座上且另一端固定在驱动板上。
所述工作台的前端部设有与阶梯带轮、从动带轮配合的带传动机构;所述工作台上还设有一端配合带传动机构且另一端连接在不完全齿轮上的小型带传动机构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述带传动机构包括两个分别安装在工作台左侧和右侧的带轮、安装在两个带轮上的皮带、连接左侧带轮的驱动电机、位于阶梯带轮和从动带轮之间且支撑在皮带上的张紧轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阶梯带轮包括同轴相连且半径逐渐增大的一级带轮、二级带轮、三级带轮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述驱动板的前端部下侧设有驱动刀板下移的凸起部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述不完全齿轮上有齿部分的圆心角为180度。
本发明借助一条带传动机构,能够实现对减震隔音垫用的输送、分割、切块作业,运动过程高效,还能够调节减震隔音垫的不同输送速度,改变裁剪块大小和长度,满足不同规格减震隔音垫的加工要求。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,操作简单、使用方便,实现了对汽车减震隔音垫的自动化裁切作业,大大降低了工人劳动强度、提高了工作效率,整个装置的体积小、功能强大,有利于汽车减震隔音垫的制作。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,包括工作台1,所述工作台1上自左向右依次设有输送辊2、转轴3、与工作台1竖直滑动配合的刀板4。
所述输送辊2的顶部穿过工作台1且所述输送辊2的前端部同轴连接有阶梯带轮5。
所述转轴3上沿自身轴向匀分布有若干个穿过工作台1的圆形刀片6,每个圆形刀片6的两侧均设有螺纹连接在转轴2上的锁紧螺母7,所述转轴2的前端部连接有从动带轮8。所述工作台1上设有供圆形刀片6穿过的矩形长孔1a。使用时,通过锁紧螺母7可以调节圆形刀片6在转轴3上的位置,控制减震隔音垫裁切成长条的宽度。
所述刀板4的前后两端均配合有导向座9,所述导向座9上设有与刀板4相连的复位弹簧16,所述刀板4穿过前端导向座9支撑有与工作台1水平滑动配合的驱动板10,所述驱动板10的左端设有与工作台1相连的回缩弹簧11,所述驱动板10上设有齿条12,所述齿条12啮合有不完全齿轮13。
所述工作台1上固定有与驱动板10配合的安装座17,所述回缩弹簧11的一端固定在安装座17上且另一端固定在驱动板10上。
所述工作台1的前端部设有与阶梯带轮5、从动带轮8配合的带传动机构14;所述工作台1上还设有一端配合带传动机构14且另一端连接在不完全齿轮13上的小型带传动机构15。
所述带传动机构14包括两个分别安装在工作台1左侧和右侧的带轮141、安装在两个带轮141上的皮带142、连接左侧带轮141的驱动电机143、位于阶梯带轮5和从动带轮8之间且支撑在皮带141上的张紧轮144。
所述阶梯带轮5包括同轴相连且半径逐渐增大的一级带轮51、二级带轮52、三级带轮53。使用时,通过一级带轮51、二级带轮52、三级带轮53分别接触皮带142,可以控制输送辊2对减震隔音垫的输送速度,改变减震隔音垫的裁切长度。
所述驱动板10的前端部下侧设有驱动刀板4下移的凸起部10a。
所述不完全齿轮13上有齿部分的圆心角为180度。使用时,通过不完全齿轮13与齿条12的间断啮合,实现对特定长度的减震隔音垫裁切。
本发明使用时,将汽车减震隔音垫放置在工作台1的左端,启动驱动电机143后,带动带轮141旋转、皮带142运动,皮带142带动阶梯带轮5、从动带轮8、小型带传动机构15运动,使得输送辊2旋转对减震隔音垫进行输送,同时转轴2带动其上的圆形刀片6旋转,将减震隔音垫切成不同的宽度的长条,小型带传动机构15则将动力传递到不完全齿轮13上,使得不完全齿轮13啮合齿条12,驱动板10右移,其上的凸起部10a推动刀板4下移将减震隔音垫裁切成块,不完全齿轮13转过180度后,在回缩弹簧11作用下,驱动板10复位,在复位弹簧16作用下,刀板4恢复初始位置,带传动机构14在运动时,继续推动刀板4对减震隔音垫重复裁切。

所述输送辊(2)的顶部穿过工作台(1)且所述输送辊(2)的前端部同轴连接有阶梯带轮(5);
所述转轴(3)上沿自身轴向匀分布有若干个穿过工作台(1)的圆形刀片(6),每个圆形刀片(6)的两侧均设有螺纹连接在转轴(2)上的锁紧螺母(7),所述转轴(2)的前端部连接有从动带轮(8);
所述刀板(4)的前后两端均配合有导向座(9),所述导向座(9)上设有与刀板(4)相连的复位弹簧(16),所述刀板(4)穿过前端导向座(9)支撑有与工作台(1)水平滑动配合的驱动板(10),所述驱动板(10)的左端设有与工作台(1)相连的回缩弹簧(11),所述驱动板(10)上设有齿条(12),所述齿条(12)啮合有不完全齿轮(13);
所述工作台(1)的前端部设有与阶梯带轮(5)、从动带轮(8)配合的带传动机构(14);所述工作台(1)上还设有一端配合带传动机构(14)且另一端连接在不完全齿轮(13)上的小型带传动机构(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,其特征在于:所述带传动机构(14)包括两个分别安装在工作台(1)左侧和右侧的带轮(141)、安装在两个带轮(141)上的皮带(142)、连接左侧带轮(141)的驱动电机(143)、位于阶梯带轮(5)和从动带轮(8)之间且支撑在皮带(141)上的张紧轮(144)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,其特征在于:所述阶梯带轮(5)包括同轴相连且半径逐渐增大的一级带轮(51)、二级带轮(52)、三级带轮(53)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车减震隔音垫用裁切设备,其特征在于:所述驱动板(10)的前端部下侧设有驱动刀板(4)下移的凸起部(10a)。
