本发明涉及一种釉料,具体地讲是一种黄色一元次铁矿秘釉。
背景技术
釉是覆盖在陶瓷制品表面的物色或有色的玻璃质薄层,通过矿物等按一定比例制成,能增加制品的机械强度、热稳定性和电介强度,还有美化器物、便于拭洗、不被尘土腥秽侵蚀等特点,但釉的色彩、质地等有很大的差异,对于一般的产品要求较低,其中以黄色为主的釉种类少,且配料复杂,生产难度高,而且现有的釉料中含角度偶的杂质,色泽不纯,釉性流淌性差,没有自然的美感,不能满足高档瓷具对釉料的需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种黄色一元次铁矿秘釉,以解决现有釉料的不足。
本发明的一种黄色一元次铁矿秘釉,其特征在于该釉料由以下原料按比例配制而成:
铁矿石60%-65%
釉果19%-23%
稻壳碳13%-17%
玛瑙1%-3%;
优选地,所述釉料由以下原料按比例配制而成:

稻壳碳15%

优选地,所述稻壳碳为碳化后的稻壳;

本发明的有益效果是:本发明配制的釉,以天然含铁矿石入料,颜色以黄色为主,朴素自然,色泽多变,且釉性流淌性强,釉色沉淀的矿物质让色彩更加鲜艳,表面也更加的光滑。
具体实施方式:
实施例一
所述釉料由以下原料按比例配制而成:
铁矿石62%
釉果21%
稻壳碳15%
玛瑙2%;
制作时,按配方比例称料并加入球磨坛,湿法球磨,细度万孔筛余0.15%,再还原气氛烧成,烧成温度1280摄氏度烧制12小时,并保温1个半小时,保温结束后即为成品。
实施例二
所述釉料由以下原料按比例配制而成:
铁矿石61%
釉果22%
稻壳碳14%
玛瑙3%;
制作方法和上述相同。

4.根据权利要求1所述一种黄色一元次铁矿秘釉,其中所述稻壳碳为碳化后的稻壳。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种黄色一元次铁矿秘釉,其中所述各配制原料之和为百分之百。
