Abstract

一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机领域,包含塑胶件、感光鼓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、充电辊活动支架、充电辊定位支架和压簧;充电辊活动支架为U型结构,安装在塑胶件的左侧,充电辊活动支架侧面靠里的位置有一个螺丝孔,底部有一个滑槽;充电辊定位支架和压簧安装在充电辊活动支架的U型结构中间。将感光鼓安装到位后,利用清洁刮刀将表面的杂质清洁干净,将充电辊的一端安装到塑胶件右侧的充电辊定位支架中,另一端套到充电辊活动支架上的充电辊定位支架中,将充电辊活动支架连同充电辊滑动安装到塑胶件上,用螺丝固定住;此工艺感光鼓在安装后不需要拆开,充电辊安装到位后感光鼓上没有杂质转移到充电辊上,不会引起打印缺陷。

技术领域
本发明一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,涉及激光打印机领域,尤其涉及一种硒鼓。
背景技术
激光打印机配套的硒鼓包含感光鼓、清洁刮刀和充电辊,感光鼓的作用是成像和显影,清洁刮刀的作用是将转印之后感光鼓上残留的废粉清洁干净,充电辊是给感光鼓充电的,如果充电辊上的某个位置沾有碳粉或其他杂质,碳粉或杂质就会隔开充电辊和感光鼓,使得充电辊无法正常给感光鼓充电,造成后续的打印缺陷。现有硒鼓的组装工艺一种是先组装清洁刮刀和充电辊,后装感光鼓,在安装感光鼓前会在感光鼓上涂润滑粉,润滑粉的作用是防止感光鼓与清洁刮刀的摩擦过大而导致清洁刮刀翻转,充电辊和感光鼓相接触,转动感光鼓时会把粉带到充电辊上,这样就需要增加一个工位,使用清洁材料把充电辊的粉擦掉,有时由于人为原因导致充电辊的粉擦不干净或者把充电辊支架上的油沾到充电辊上,都会造成打印不良现象。另外一种安装工艺是先将感光鼓安装到废粉仓胶件上,旋转感光鼓,利用清洁刮刀的清洁效果将感光鼓上润滑粉和其他杂质清洁干净,取下导电端固定感光鼓的轴销,将感光鼓导电端抬起,并将充电辊安装到充电辊支架上,再将感光鼓安装到位。此工艺不仅对操作工艺要求比较高,而且感光鼓和清洁刮刀接触的位置有一条碳粉线,在移动感光鼓的时候容易掉落沾到充电辊上,不能完全杜绝充电辊粘粉引起的打印不良现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术不足,本发明提供一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,进一步降低安装过程中充电辊粘粉引起的不良率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明设计所采用的技术方案是:一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,包含塑胶件、感光鼓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、充电辊活动支架、充电辊定位支架和压簧;所述塑胶件为硒鼓的外壳;所述感光鼓、清洁刮刀和充电辊平行安装在塑胶件上,感光鼓转动时利用摩擦力带动充电辊一起转动;所述充电辊活动支架为U型结构,安装在塑胶件的左侧,充电辊活动支架侧面靠里的位置有一个螺丝孔,底部有一个滑槽;所述充电辊定位支架和压簧安装在充电辊活动支架的U型结构中间,在受到压力时充电辊定位支架能在U型结构中滑动;所述塑胶件右侧也安装有一个充电辊定位支架和压簧,塑胶件左侧位于充电辊活动支架边上有一个螺丝孔,与清洁刮刀安装台面垂直的面上有两个定位柱,充电辊活动支架的滑槽对准两个定位柱安装到塑胶件上后,充电辊活动支架的螺丝孔和塑胶件上的螺丝孔连通,使用螺丝将充电辊活动支架固定在塑胶件上;所述的充电辊两端钢轴分别安装在两侧的充电辊定位支架中,充电辊能绕着钢轴轴心自由转动。在硒鼓进行装配的时候,将感光鼓安装到塑胶件上,转动感光鼓,利用清洁刮刀的清洁功能将感光鼓表面的碳粉和杂质清洁干净,再将充电辊钢轴的一端安装到塑胶件右侧的充电辊定位支架中,另一端套到充电辊活动支架上的充电辊定位支架中,把充电辊活动支架的滑槽对准塑胶件上的定位柱,将充电辊活动支架连同充电辊一起滑动安装到塑胶件上,安装到位后,在充电辊活动支架的螺丝孔中打上一颗螺丝,固定住充电辊活动支架。此工艺感光鼓在安装后先进行清洁,不需要拆开移动感光鼓就可以将充电辊安装到位,可以避免感光鼓上残留的润滑粉或杂质转移到充电辊上,不会引起打印缺陷。
本发明的一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓的有益效果是:1、提高产品的首检合格率,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明设计作具体说明:参照附图,一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,包含塑胶件1、感光鼓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、充电辊活动支架2、充电辊定位支架3和压簧4;所述塑胶件1为硒鼓的外壳;所述感光鼓、清洁刮刀和充电辊平行安装在塑胶件1上,感光鼓转动时利用摩擦力带动充电辊一起转动;所述充电辊活动支架2为U型结构,安装在塑胶件1的左侧,充电辊活动支架2侧面靠里的位置有一个螺丝孔21,底部有一个滑槽22;所述充电辊定位支架3和压簧4安装在充电辊活动支架2的U型结构中间,在受到压力时充电辊定位支架3能在U型结构中滑动;所述塑胶件1右侧也安装有一个充电辊定位支架3和压簧4,塑胶件1左侧位于充电辊活动支架2边上有一个螺丝孔,与清洁刮刀安装台面垂直的面上有两个定位柱,充电辊活动支架2的滑槽22对准两个定位柱安装到塑胶件1上后,充电辊活动支架2的螺丝孔21和塑胶件1上的螺丝孔连通,使用螺丝将充电辊活动支架2固定在塑胶件1上;所述的充电辊两端钢轴分别安装在两侧的充电辊定位支架3中,充电辊能绕着钢轴轴心自由转动。在硒鼓进行装配的时候,将感光鼓安装到塑胶件1上,转动感光鼓,利用清洁刮刀的清洁功能将感光鼓表面的碳粉和杂质清洁干净,再将充电辊钢轴的一端安装到塑胶件1右侧的充电辊定位支架3中,另一端套到充电辊活动支架2上的充电辊定位支架3中,把充电辊活动支架2的滑槽22对准塑胶件1上的定位柱,将充电辊活动支架2连同充电辊一起滑动安装到塑胶件1上,安装到位后,在充电辊活动支架2的螺丝孔21中打上一颗螺丝,固定住充电辊活动支架2。此工艺感光鼓在安装后先进行清洁,不需要拆开移动感光鼓就可以将充电辊安装到位,可以避免感光鼓上残留的润滑粉或杂质转移到充电辊上,不会引起打印缺陷。

1.一种带滑槽的活动型充电辊支架的硒鼓,其特征在于:包含塑胶件(1)、感光鼓、清洁刮刀、充电辊、充电辊活动支架(2)、充电辊定位支架(3)和压簧(4);所述塑胶件(1)为硒鼓的外壳;所述感光鼓、清洁刮刀和充电辊平行安装在塑胶件(1)上,感光鼓转动时利用摩擦力带动充电辊一起转动;所述充电辊活动支架(2)为U型结构,安装在塑胶件(1)的左侧,充电辊活动支架(2)侧面靠里的位置有一个螺丝孔(21),底部有一个滑槽(22);所述充电辊定位支架(3)和压簧(4)安装在充电辊活动支架(2)的U型结构中间,在受到压力时充电辊定位支架(3)能在U型结构中滑动;所述塑胶件(1)右侧也安装有一个充电辊定位支架(3)和压簧(4),塑胶件(1)左侧位于充电辊活动支架(2)边上有一个螺丝孔,与清洁刮刀安装台面垂直的面上有两个定位柱,充电辊活动支架(2)的滑槽(22)对准两个定位柱安装到塑胶件(1)上后,充电辊活动支架(2)的螺丝孔(21)和塑胶件(1)上的螺丝孔连通,使用螺丝将充电辊活动支架(2)固定在塑胶件(1)上;所述的充电辊两端钢轴分别安装在两侧的充电辊定位支架(3)中,充电辊能绕着钢轴轴心自由转动。
