本发明涉及生姜深加工技术领域,具体涉及一种由姜汁制成且细菌含量低、包装安全清洗剂的生产方法。
背景技术
姜属于姜科姜属多年生草本植物,开有黄绿色花并有刺激性香味的根茎,株高0.5-1米;根茎肥厚,多分枝,有芳香及辛辣味,叶片披针形或线状披针形,无毛,无柄,叶舌膜质,总花梗长达25厘米;穗状花序球果状,苞片卵形,淡绿色或边缘淡黄色,顶端有小尖头,花萼管长约1厘米,花冠黄绿色,裂片披针形,唇瓣中央裂片长圆状倒卵形。
姜是很有开发利用价值的经济作物,除含有姜油酮、姜酚等生理活性物质外,还含有蛋白质、多糖、维生素和多种微量元素,集营养、调味、保健于一身,自古被医学家视为药食同源的保健品,具有祛寒、祛湿、暖胃、加速血液循环等多种保健功能。
在中国,生姜的食用及药用的历史很长,生姜的开发利用也比较早,主要产品有姜片、甜姜、姜酱、姜汁等,产品档次低,销售量有限。为了充分合理地利用宝贵的鲜姜资源,不仅使其每部分都得以充分利用,而且获取高附加值产品,鲜姜深加工是势在必行的趋势。现

一种由姜汁制成且细菌含量低、包装安全清洗剂的生产方法,包括以下工艺流程:
步骤01:使用净化水过滤器净化处理水;
步骤02:使用液体配比机将姜汁、洗洁精原液、香精和盐按1 .1/1 .2/0 .015/1的比例配比为混合液;
步骤03:将混合液和步骤1净化后的水按3 .45/20的比例加入搅拌机搅拌10分钟;
步骤04:然后搅拌充分混合后的液体加入反应釜内反应1 .5小时;
步骤05:然后加入沉淀罐自然沉淀5 .5小时;
步骤06:辐照杀菌16分钟;
步骤07:灌装。
优选的,所述步骤5采用450倍射线辐照杀菌技术。
