Abstract
本发明公开了一种防火板砖的回收再制作方法,该回收再制作方法将拆除废弃的防火板材加以回收,经分类碾碎工序依比例选取掺混调配,加入黏着剂均匀搅拌成可塑形物料,倒入高温高压成型模块内固化塑形,便能将原本不易环保处理的废弃物料再制作为一种可填塞隔间墙的防火板砖。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火板砖,特别是有关于一种防火板砖的回收再制作方法。
背景技术
建筑结构体楼板面承载的重量与耐震度有着密切的关联,因此,建筑物结构体内部隔间墙与装潢一般选用轻钢架隔间墙,以减轻承载重量,进而提高耐震度,且轻型钢架隔间墙能以防火板材(如抗水纤维石膏板、强化石膏板、矿纤板、岩棉板、硅酸钙板、水泥纤维板等)作为墙的铺面,以提升室内防火能力。如图1所示为泛用轻型钢架隔间墙的示意图,即轻型钢架10以预定间距架构出隔间墙的骨架,通过钻尾螺丝11(或称开叉螺丝)将防火板材12铺设锁固在轻型钢架10两侧面,便能架构出一堵隔间墙,必要时可在两侧防火板材12之间的空隙13填塞具有隔音效果的防火棉(未表示出)或其它替代物料;事实上,防火板材12或一般的防火物料皆为不易环保处理的废弃物,当隔间墙老旧拆除或重新打掉装潢,防火板材12便成为一种烫手的废弃垃圾,由于防火板材12回收处理需以约摄氏九百度高温持续焚化一段时间,才能将废弃的防火板材12碳化成为可掩埋的粉状物质,回收处理成本颇高,不为一般废弃物清运人员所接受。因此,废弃物清运人员一般就简将防火板材12约略敲碎成小块体,作为回填土方;但是,防火板材12为一种不易自然分解的物质,防火板材12敲碎块体作为回填土方的土壤在一段时间后存在不扎实而坍塌的可能,从而衍生有后续困扰。简言之,废弃的防火板材12虽然存在污染环境问题,但仍然存在回收再利用的经济价值。本案发明人考虑到防火板材12拆除后只能被抛弃成为污染环境的垃圾,颇感资源浪费,从而欲进一步加以克服解决,此为本发明的目的。
发明内容
因此本发明目的在于提供一种防火板砖的回收再制作方法,主要能将拆除废弃的防火板材回收再制作处理,使其再制成所需厚度与宽度的防火板砖,该防火板砖可作为填塞隔间墙空隙的一种防火填塞物料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供的防火板砖的回收再制作方法,主要包括以下步骤:将回收的防火板材分类碾碎成微小粒径物料;依比例选取碾碎物料掺混调配,加入黏着胶均匀搅拌成可塑形物料;倒入成型模块内,经高温、高压固化塑形,制成防火板砖。
在本发明的一实施例中,该回收防火板材经分类碾碎选取掺混调配的比例为:石膏板类40%、硅酸钙板类30%、矿纤板类20%、岩棉板类10%。
在本发明的一实施例中,该方法制成的防火板砖作为填塞隔间墙空隙的一种防火填塞物料。

为使本发明目的,特征及其功能可以获致更具体深入的了解,兹举一较佳实施例配合图式说明如下:
如图2所示为本发明提供的回收再制作方法流程图,该再制作方法包含下列步骤:
将拆除废弃物的防火板材12回收分类出12A、12B、12C、12D四大类型物料;其中:
12A:可为石膏板类的防火板材;
12B:可为硅酸钙板类的防火板材;
12C:可为矿纤板类的防火板材;
12D:可为岩棉板类的防火板材;
上述石膏板类防火板材12A、硅酸钙板类防火板材12B、矿纤板类防火板材12C及岩棉板类防火板材12D经分别碾碎工序成微小粒径物料,依比例选取12A物料40%、12B物料30%、12C物料20%、12D物料10%掺混调配,加入黏着胶20(该黏着胶可为聚醋酸乙烯酯、水)均匀搅拌成可塑型物料,倒入成型模块30内,经高温(介于摄氏100度~300度)、高压(50MPa~100MPa)固化塑形,便能将上述比例选取的12A、12B、12C、12D物料再制作成为一种所需厚度与宽度的防火板砖40;该防火板砖40的成型尺寸以长60cmX宽40.5cmX厚40mm~150mm为宜,如图3所示,其功能在于规格化,使防火板砖40能够简便填塞于隔间墙的空隙13内。
以上所述仅为本发明的一较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围,即凡依本发明权利要求范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆为本发明保护范围所涵盖。
Claims (3)
1.一种防火板砖的回收再制作方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
将回收的防火板材分类碾碎成微小粒径物料;
依比例选取碾碎物料掺混调配,加入黏着胶均匀搅拌成可塑形物料;
倒入成型模块内,经高温、高压固化塑形,制成防火板砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火板砖的回收再制作方法,其特征在于,该回收防火板材经分类碾碎选取掺混调配的比例为:石膏板类40%、硅酸钙板类30%、矿纤板类20%、岩棉板类10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火板砖的回收再制作方法,其特征在于,该方法制成的防火板砖作为填塞隔间墙空隙的一种防火填塞物料。
