application No.: 201620975558.6A bag feeding mechanism of a packing machine, which provides a loading plate with a lifting seat capable of moving on a guide rail to move and feed a bag pile, but is not suitable for matching a double bagging machine;
the patent No. 201711102715.8 of my application, a full-automatic two bagging machine still need to shut down the manual work and put the bag buttress, influences production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
This application is to above problem, provides a full-automatic two bag equipment that supplies, can supply the bag buttress for two bagging machine mechanization, satisfies the continuous bag that supplies of full-automatic two bagging machine.
According to the technical scheme of the application: a full-automatic double bag supply device is characterized by comprising a folding bag supply device, an automatic bag supply device and a control system;

the control system is characterized in that a position sensor is arranged on the upper side of the rear part of the front frame and the upper side of the rear part of the front frame II and senses when the position sensor is close to the sensing plate, so that an alarm is made to give an alarm and light; a gravity sensor is arranged in the rear roller frame, so that a signal is input to a PLC (programmable logic controller) arranged in the control system after the rear roller frame receives the bag stack, the air cylinder is lifted after time delay, the roller rubbing frame is leveled with the rear roller frame, and the bag stack is conveniently pushed into a roller of the front roller frame by the stack pushing device after the position sensor signal is received;
the control program of the folding type bag supplying device is as follows: after the machine is started, the rear roller frame is in an idle state, the gravity sensor inputs a stacking supply signal to the PLC, the alarm is on, the air cylinder lowers the roller rubbing frame to leave a fork foot cavity, the fork truck forks the bag stack into the roller of the rear roller frame from the upper bag opening of the rear frame, and the fork truck foot retreats from the roller rubbing frame of the rear roller frame to be lifted; when the front idler wheel is in an idle load state, the sensing plate is at an upper extreme point and is close to the position sensor, a stack supplementing signal is input to the PLC, the PLC instructs the rotary air cylinder to act, the rear rack rotates by taking the folding shaft as an axis to be folded with the tail end of the front rack, and the bag pushing air cylinder of the stack pushing device acts to send the bag stack to the idler wheel of the front rack; then the stack pushing device and the rotary cylinder are reset, the rear rack is folded, and a bag stack supplementing space required by the automatic bag supplying device is made available, so that continuous supply of the bag stacks required by the bagging machine is repeatedly and timely met.
The folding mechanism has the technical effects that the folding shaft arranged at the joint of the folding rear rack and the front rack is adopted to fold the rear rack, so that a bag stack supplying space required by the automatic bag supplying device on one side is reserved; a rotary cylinder arranged in the front frame is adopted to automate the folding process; the folding type conjoined reset design is adopted to meet the requirement that the bag stack on the rear rack is quickly pushed into the front rack; a gravity sensor arranged in the rear roller carrier is adopted to send out a no-load signal to enable a fork foot cylinder to descend, a fork foot cavity is reserved, and a fork foot of a forklift is used for forking a bag stack into a rear roller to prepare materials in advance; the adoption sets up in the inboard buttress ware that pushes away of rail, and bag buttress in the current frame is used up, and the tablet sends signal when being close to the inductor makes the PLC instruction push away the action of buttress ware cylinder, makes and pushes away on the bag ware sends outer bag buttress into preceding gyro wheel, and the lift cylinder descends, lets bagging machine inhale the bag in succession, realizes that whole bagging process is automatic, and the serialization is high speed, its simple structure, and the investment is low.
