Abstract

本发明的实施方案涉及电动车辆的领域。更具体地讲,本发明的实施方案涉及用于车辆的供暖、通风和空调(HVAC)单元布局配置。
背景技术
燃气动力车辆正在慢慢被局部或全部电动的车辆所替代。通常,燃气动力车辆在车辆的前部具有内燃机(ICE)、防火墙和笨重的HVAC单元。HVAC单元通常包括暖气风箱、风扇、控制器和笨重的空气流动管道。笨重的HVAC单元通常位于车辆内部,在仪表盘下面具有许多HVAC单元部件。这导致仪表盘延伸到车辆的乘客舱内部,从而占用车辆内部的空间。
另外,在车辆内部具有HVAC单元限制了仪表盘的设计选择,即,仪表盘需要包围HVAC单元的必要机械部件。

公开了用于电动车辆的HVAC单元布局配置的实施方案和示例。HVAC单元在撞击壁的与使用者分开的另一侧上驻留在车辆前部。因此,HVAC单元靠近前部行李箱,而不在车辆内部。HVAC单元靠近前部行李箱的布局释放出车辆乘客舱或客舱的空间。HVAC单元靠近前部行李箱的布局也允许仪表盘设计有更多的变化。
图1示出了常规燃气动力车辆的俯视图。参见图1,车辆100包括HVAC单元103、内燃机(ICE)或燃气动力发动机105、防火墙107和仪表盘111。HVAC单元103可向容纳在车辆100的客舱109中的使用者(未示出)提供舒适性。例如,HVAC单元103可对空气进行加热/冷却/除湿并且将空气(经由通风通道113)循环到客舱109中。HVAC单元103位于车辆内部的仪表盘111下方(例如,在防火墙107的乘客舱109侧上)。仪表盘111包括位于车辆的驾驶员或使用者正前方的控制面板。控制面板可显示车辆操作的仪表和控制。

Claims (7)

暖通空调(HVAC)单元,所述暖通空调单元位于通过所述撞击壁与所述客舱分开的所述前舱中,其中所述HVAC单元向所述客舱中的所述使用者提供热量、通风和空调。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中所述前舱包括前部行李箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,还包括在所述车辆后端处的后舱,所述后舱容纳用以驱动所述车辆的电动马达。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆,还包括在所述客舱下方的电池舱,用以容纳电池来使所述电动马达通电以驱动所述车辆。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中所述HVAC单元经由将所述前舱连接到所述客舱的一个或多个通风通道向所述客舱中的所述使用者提供热量、通风和空调。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中所述车辆是电动车辆。
