本发明公开了一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，包括装置主架，所述装置主架的中部安设有传送带，所述装置主架前端的两侧位置均可拆卸连接有连接腿，所述连接腿的顶部均与立板架的侧部可拆卸连接，所述立板架的顶部焊接有顶板架，所述顶板架的顶部可拆卸连接有剪切气缸，所述剪切气缸的活塞杆与双边铰接座配合，所述立板架的前部位置上固定连接有中心轴，所述中心轴上转动配合有前刀臂和后刀臂，所述前刀臂和所述后刀臂的顶部均焊接有连接耳，所述连接耳通过连杆与所述双边铰接座连接。该传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置配合传送带使用，能够进行长条食品的连续切断工作，耗费人力少，工作效率高，设备制造成本低，易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域，具体为一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置。
背景技术
在食品加工工作中，将长条食物分段是常用的一种对食品的处理方法，而进行大批量食品加工工作的食品加工车间中，食品的分段工作由于批量生产的原因，工作量非常大，靠工作人员手动切段会严重消耗工作人员的体力，并且效率低，也增加了劳动的强度，并且人手工作容易受到疲劳的影响，切出的食物段容易发生大小不均的问题，现需要一种能够进行食品分段的机械装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，包括装置主架，所述装置主架的中部安设有传送带，所述装置主架前端的两侧位置均可拆卸连接有连接腿，所述连接腿的顶部均与立板架的侧部可拆卸连接，所述立板架的顶部焊接有顶板架，所述顶板架的顶部可拆卸连接有剪切气缸，所述剪切气缸的活塞杆与双边铰接座配合，所述立板架的前部位置上固定连接有中心轴，所述中心轴上转动配合有前刀臂和后刀臂，所述前刀臂和所述后刀臂的顶部均焊接有连接耳，所述连接耳通过连杆与所述双边铰接座连接。
优选的，所述前刀臂和所述后刀臂的底端均具有刀刃，所述前刀臂和所述后刀臂均可绕所述中心轴转动。
优选的，所述剪切气缸上焊接有法兰，所述剪切气缸通过所述法兰与所述顶板架可拆卸连接。
优选的，所述顶板架的前端位置还可拆卸连接有一组辅助腿。
优选的，所述立板架的中上部位置开设有梯形的减重槽。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置使用时，长条食品放置在传送带上，食品通过传送带的传送作用被送到立板架方向，前刀臂和后刀臂铰接在中心轴上，且前刀臂和后刀臂贴合配合，使用者提动剪切气缸，则剪切气缸的活塞杆做往复直线运动，当活塞杆向下运动时，则连杆推动前刀臂和后刀臂绕中心轴转动，此时前刀臂和后刀臂打开，将此状态设定为本装置的初始位置，传送带和剪切气缸启动后，长条食品被传送到传送带的端部，剪切气缸的活塞杆来回推动连杆，连杆就会带动前刀臂和后刀臂不断做出闭合和张开的剪切动作，长条食品传送到传送带端部后突出传送带外的部分就会被前刀臂和后刀臂的剪切而剪断，这样就实现了将长条食品不断切断的目的，而且因为传送带的传送速度稳定，剪切气缸的频率也是稳定的，所以食品切断长度误差小，提高了工作效率的同时，食品分段后的大小差异也控制的好；本装置配合传送带使用，能够进行长条食品的连续切断工作，耗费人力少，工作效率高，设备制造成本低，易于推广使用。

请参阅图1-3，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，包括装置主架1，所述装置主架1的中部安设有传送带2，所述装置主架1前端的两侧位置均可拆卸连接有连接腿3，所述连接腿3的顶部均与立板架4的侧部可拆卸连接，所述立板架4的顶部焊接有顶板架5，所述顶板架5的顶部可拆卸连接有剪切气缸6，所述剪切气缸6的活塞杆7与双边铰接座8配合，所述立板架4的前部位置上固定连接有中心轴9，所述中心轴9上转动配合有前刀臂10和后刀臂11，所述前刀臂10和所述后刀臂11的顶部均焊接有连接耳12，所述连接耳12通过连杆13与所述双边铰接座8连接，所述前刀臂10和所述后刀臂11的底端均具有刀刃，所述前刀臂10和所述后刀臂11均可绕所述中心轴9转动，所述剪切气缸6上焊接有法兰15，所述剪切气缸6通过所述法兰15与所述顶板架5可拆卸连接，所述顶板架5的前端位置还可拆卸连接有一组辅助腿14，所述立板架4的中上部位置开设有梯形的减重槽16。
工作原理：在使用该传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置时，长条食品放置在传送带2上，食品通过传送带2的传送作用被送到立板架4方向，前刀臂10和后刀臂11铰接在中心轴9上，且前刀臂10和后刀臂11贴合配合，使用者提动剪切气缸6，则剪切气缸6的活塞杆7做往复直线运动，当活塞杆7向下运动时，则连杆13推动前刀臂10和后刀臂11绕中心轴9转动，此时前刀臂10和后刀臂11打开，将此状态设定为本装置的初始位置，传送带2和剪切气缸6启动后，长条食品被传送到传送带2的端部，剪切气缸6的活塞杆7来回推动连杆13，连杆13就会带动前刀臂10和后刀臂11不断做出闭合和张开的剪切动作，长条食品传送到传送带2端部后突出传送带2外的部分就会被前刀臂10和后刀臂11的剪切而剪断，这样就实现了将长条食品不断切断的目的，而且因为传送带2的传送速度稳定，剪切气缸6的频率也是稳定的，所以食品切断长度误差小，提高了工作效率的同时，食品分段后的大小差异也控制的好。

1.一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，包括装置主架（1），其特征在于：所述装置主架（1）的中部安设有传送带（2），所述装置主架（1）前端的两侧位置均可拆卸连接有连接腿（3），所述连接腿（3）的顶部均与立板架（4）的侧部可拆卸连接，所述立板架（4）的顶部焊接有顶板架（5），所述顶板架（5）的顶部可拆卸连接有剪切气缸（6），所述剪切气缸（6）的活塞杆（7）与双边铰接座（8）配合，所述立板架（4）的前部位置上固定连接有中心轴（9），所述中心轴（9）上转动配合有前刀臂（10）和后刀臂（11），所述前刀臂（10）和所述后刀臂（11）的顶部均焊接有连接耳（12），所述连接耳（12）通过连杆（13）与所述双边铰接座（8）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，其特征在于：所述前刀臂（10）和所述后刀臂（11）的底端均具有刀刃，所述前刀臂（10）和所述后刀臂（11）均可绕所述中心轴（9）转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，其特征在于：所述剪切气缸（6）上焊接有法兰（15），所述剪切气缸（6）通过所述法兰（15）与所述顶板架（5）可拆卸连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，其特征在于：所述顶板架（5）的前端位置还可拆卸连接有一组辅助腿（14）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种传送带式长条食物剪断机械装置，其特征在于：所述立板架（4）的中上部位置开设有梯形的减重槽（16）。
