馅饼是中国的传统面食，目前制作馅饼主要是由人工手制完成，馅饼的制作要经过制作面皮，人工制作面皮时往往是用传统的擀面杖加工完成，制作出的面皮大小、厚薄不均匀，故制作出的馅饼大小也不一样，特别是在科技高速发展的今天，年轻人们工作压力大、生活节奏快，很少有时间再去自己动手制作，而市场有难以满足各种口味的需求，急需能满足市场需求量大的自动馅饼机的产生，从而满足市场的需求。
发明内容：
本实用新型的任务是提出一种自动加工面皮，面皮大、小一致，节省大量人力，提高生产效率的馅饼输送带上的面皮切断装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，馅饼输送带上的面皮切断装置，其特征在于：驱动装置是由电磁离合电机和偏心轮构成，电磁离合电机的输出轴上联接偏心轮，偏心轮通过柱销连接有万向节，所述万向节上连接有连杆，所述连杆的另一端与提升杆连接，提升杆的另一端与切刀上的刀座连接。所述的电磁离合电机、偏心轮是放置箱体里，箱体放置的位置是在输送带的中间通过支撑架固定。所述提升杆的另一端是穿过固定板中心的孔末端与刀座固定，所述固定板设置在箱体的下面，固定板上四个角分别焊有固定架，所述固定架的上端分别焊在箱体的底部，所述刀座焊在切刀的刀背中心位置，切刀与输送带垂直摆放。支撑架的上端分别与箱体的四个角焊接，所述支撑架下端分别固定在输送带的两侧机架上，整个驱动装置用箱体包覆。

工作时，电磁离合电机的输出轴上连接的偏心轮转变为直线运动，由偏心轮通过轴柱连接的连杆由万向节带动提升杆，由提升杆带动切刀作直线运动，将输送带送至的面皮横向切断送至下游完成馅饼的制作。

1.馅饼输送带上的面皮切断装置，其特征在于：驱动装置是由电磁离合电机和偏心轮构成，电磁离合电机的输出轴上联接偏心轮，偏心轮通过柱销连接有万向节，所述万向节上连接有连杆，所述连杆的另一端与提升杆连接，提升杆的另一端与切刀上的刀座连接。
