一种多功能自动切菜机,属于家用电器领域,是由装有控制系统的箱体、摇臂机构、弧形刀、第二支架、第二挡板、带有压力传感器的第二压力挡板、传送带、第二电动机、第一电动机、带有压力传感器的第三压力挡板、第一挡板、带有压力传感器的第一压力挡板、固定板、曲柄滑块机构、菜刀、第一支架和控制面板组成的,该装置可同时进行切菜和切肉,切肉机构采用摇臂机构提高切削质量,通过传送带的往复运动保证了切削精度的不同需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能自动切菜机,具体地说是将传感器应用到切菜机中以实现往复切割运动并且可以同时进行切菜和切肉的装置,属于家用电器领域。
背景技术
切菜是每个家庭每天必不可少的环节,但其环节较为繁琐,占据人们大量时间。目前,饭店切菜一般由人工完成,虽实用但成本较高,且安全性较低,而自动切菜机运行稳定,可节省劳动力,降低成本。市场上出现的切菜机切菜粗糙,且功能单一,不能切肉,给人们带来诸多不便。
将切菜机与切肉机安装在同一装置中可提高实用性,通过传送带的往复运动可满足对不同切削质量的要求,采用摇臂机构可以提高切肉的精度。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种多功能自动切菜机。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种自动切菜机,是由装有控制系统的箱体、摇臂机构、第二支架、第二挡板、带有压力传感器的第二压力挡板、传送带、第二电动机、第一电动机、带有压力传感器的第三压力挡板、第一挡板、带有压力传感器的第一压力挡板、固定板、曲柄滑块机构、第一支架和控制面板组成的,其中摇臂机构是由摇臂机构主轴、摇臂机构转轮、摇臂机构支点、摇臂机构滑块、摇臂机构摇臂和弧形刀组成的,曲柄滑块机构是由曲柄滑块机构主轴、曲柄滑块机构转轮、曲柄滑块机构导杆、曲柄滑块机构滑块和菜刀组成的,其特征在于:箱体底部放置有由传送带组成的传动机构,传送带由箱体中控制系统控制运动,传送带上方左边缘纵向位置上安装有第一压力挡板,横向位置上安装有第一挡板,右边边缘纵向位置上安装有第二压力挡板,横向位置上安装有第二挡板,纵向位置上中间位置安装有第三压力挡板,第一压力挡板、第二压力挡板、第三压力挡板、第一挡板和第二挡板均与控制系统相连,第一压力挡板和第三压力挡板上方是固定板,固定板中间是曲柄滑块机构滑块,曲柄滑块机构滑块下方与菜刀相连,曲柄滑块机构滑块上方连接曲柄滑块机构导杆,曲柄滑块机构导杆连接曲柄滑块机构转轮,曲柄滑块机构转轮连接曲柄滑块机构主轴,曲柄滑块机构通过第一支架固定在固定板上方,曲柄滑块机构转轴与箱体底部的第一电动机相连,摇臂机构通过第二支架固定在第二压力挡板和第三压力挡板之间传送带的上方,摇臂机构主轴与箱体底部第二电动机相连,摇臂机构主轴也与摇臂机构转轮相连,摇臂机构转轮通过摇臂机构滑块与摇臂机构摇臂相连,摇臂机构摇臂上与固定在箱体顶端的摇臂机构支点相连,下连有弧形刀,箱体外壳顶端则为控制面板。
该发明的有益之处是,切菜机可同时进行切菜和切肉,且通过往复运动满足对切削精度的要求。传送带上的凹槽可增加摩擦,实现被切割物体的精确移动;通过挡板的打开和关闭可放置和取出物体,且挡板上装有光传感器组成安全装置,只有挡板完全关闭才可发动机器,提高了安全性;压力挡板装有压力传感器,通过物体触碰压力传感器时控制系统的控制实现往复运动,从而获得可控制的、高质量的切割运动;曲柄滑块机构通过滑块固定机构固定其运动轨迹,可提高安全性,且减少能耗;通过摇臂机构与弧形刀具的配合可实现对肉类精确切割,提高工作质量。

一种自动切菜机,是由装有控制系统的箱体1、摇臂机构2、第二支架3、第二挡板4、带有压力传感器的第二压力挡板5、传送带6、第二电动机7、第一电动机8、带有压力传感器的第三压力挡板9、第一挡板10、带有压力传感器的第一压力挡板11、固定板12、曲柄滑块机构13、第一支架14和控制面板15组成的,其中摇臂机构2是由摇臂机构主轴201、摇臂机构转轮202、摇臂机构支点203、摇臂机构滑块204、摇臂机构摇臂205和弧形刀206组成的,曲柄滑块机构13是由曲柄滑块机构主轴1301、曲柄滑块机构转轮1302、曲柄滑块机构导杆1303、曲柄滑块机构滑块1304和菜刀1305组成的,箱体1底部放置有由传送带6组成的传动机构,传送带由箱体1中控制系统控制运动,传送带6上方左边缘纵向位置上安装有第一压力挡板11,横向位置上安装有第一挡板10,右边边缘纵向位置上安装有第二压力挡板5,横向位置上安装有第二挡板3,纵向位置上中间位置安装有第三压力挡板9,第一压力挡板11、第二压力挡板5、第三压力挡板9、第一挡板10和第二挡板3均与控制系统相连,第一压力挡板和第三压力挡板上方是固定板12,固定板12中间是曲柄滑块机构滑块13,曲柄滑块机构滑块1304下方与菜刀1305相连,曲柄滑块机构滑块1304上方连接曲柄滑块机构导杆1303,曲柄滑块机构导杆1303连接曲柄滑块机构转轮1302,曲柄滑块机构转轮1302连接曲柄滑块机构主轴1301,曲柄滑块机构通过第一支架14固定在固定板12上方,曲柄滑块机构转轴1301与箱体1底部的第一电动机8相连,摇臂机构2通过第二支架3固定在第二压力挡板5和第三压力挡板9之间传送带6的上方,摇臂机构主轴201与箱体底部第二电动机7相连,摇臂机构主轴201也与摇臂机构转轮202相连,摇臂机构转轮202通过摇臂机构滑块204与摇臂机构摇臂205相连,摇臂机构摇臂205上与固定在箱体1顶端的摇臂机构支点203相连,下连有弧形刀206,箱体1外壳顶端则为控制面板15。
该装置传送带6上的凹槽可增加摩擦,实现被切割物体的精确移动;通过第一挡板10和第二挡板3的打开关闭可放置取出物体,且第一挡板10和第二挡板3上装有光传感器组成安全装置,只有第一挡板10和第二挡板3完全关闭才可发动机器;第一压力挡板11、第二压力挡板5和第三压力挡板9装有压力传感器,当传送带上的物体触碰到第一压力挡板11、第二压力挡板5和第三压力挡板9时会反馈给控制系统,控制系统控制传送带6反向移动,如此循环,实现可控制的、高质量的切割运动;曲柄滑块机构13通过固定机构12固定曲柄滑块机构滑块1304运动轨迹,实现上下运动;摇臂机构摇臂205通过摇臂机构支点203的固定和摇臂机构滑块204传递的动力实现弧形刀206的钟摆运动;第一电动机8和第二电动机7的转速通过控制面板15控制,实现对切割运动的控制。
