Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of welding of PCB boards, in particular to a patch pen for assisting welding of the PCB boards. In PCB board soldering, small components mainly include resistors, capacitors, inductors, and the like, and in particular, chip mounting (SMD) is mostly used.
Background
The chip resistor and the capacitor have greatly reduced lead inductance, so the chip resistor and the capacitor have great advantages in high-frequency circuits. Has been widely used at present.
The manual welding of the surface mount components requires specialized tools to be solved. The tools and material welding tools required in the prior art require a copper head electric soldering iron of 25W, the tip of the soldering iron is thin, and the width of the top cannot be larger than 1mm. A pair of pointed tweezers can be used to move and secure chips and inspection circuits, and also prepare fine wire and flux, isopropyl alcohol, etc. The purpose of using flux is mainly to increase the fluidity of the solder so that the solder can be pulled by a soldering iron and smoothly wrapped on the leads and pads by means of surface tension, and after soldering, the flux on the board is removed by alcohol. Before welding, soldering flux is coated on the bonding pad, and soldering iron is used for processing, so that poor tin plating or oxidation of the bonding pad can be avoided, poor welding is caused, and the chip is generally not required to be processed. The chip is carefully placed on the PCB with tweezers, taking care not to damage the pins, aligning them with the pads, and ensuring the correct placement direction of the chip. The temperature of the soldering iron is adjusted to 300 ℃, the tip of the soldering iron is dipped with a small amount of soldering tin, the aligned chip is pressed down by using a tool, a small amount of soldering flux is added on the pins at two opposite angles, the chip is still pressed down, and the pins at the two opposite angles are welded, so that the chip is fixed and cannot move. After the diagonal is soldered, the chip is checked again for alignment, and if necessary, can be adjusted or removed and the alignment is resumed on the PCB. However, when the chip resistor is clamped by the chuck tweezers in the prior art, the chip resistor is easy to drop due to too small force, and the chip resistor is damaged due to too large force, so that a welder needs to spend great effort to move small elements such as the chip resistor, and the efficiency is low. In the prior art, a vacuum motor is used for generating negative pressure to absorb the patch element, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, but the vacuum motor is easy to break down due to long service time, and the control is not flexible enough.
How to use the moving and taking of the patch element and to weld faster is a technical problem that needs to be solved in the prior art.

In view of the above technical problems, the present invention aims to provide a simple multipurpose patch pen, which can generate negative pressure to move patch elements, can also use electromagnetic force to move other magnetic elements, and can adjust the magnitude of the negative pressure according to the magnitude of the elements, and is convenient and practical.
