The chip resistor and the capacitor have greatly reduced lead inductance, so the chip resistor and the capacitor have great advantages in high-frequency circuits. Has been widely used at present.
The manual welding of the surface mount components requires specialized tools to be solved. The tools and material welding tools required in the prior art require a copper head electric soldering iron of 25W, the tip of the soldering iron is thin, and the width of the top cannot be larger than 1mm. A pair of pointed tweezers can be used to move and secure chips and inspection circuits, and also prepare fine wire and flux, isopropyl alcohol, etc. The purpose of using flux is mainly to increase the fluidity of the solder so that the solder can be pulled by a soldering iron and smoothly wrapped on the leads and pads by means of surface tension, and after soldering, the flux on the board is removed by alcohol.
