Abstract
本发明公开了一种医药配料用冲氮装置,包括设有搅拌器的配料罐,配料罐内搅拌器一侧设有氮气进气管,所述氮气进气管端部横向连接有曝气装置。本发明曝气装置采用带微孔的钛棒分散氮气,全程进行液下冲氮来降低溶氧量;钛棒的横向设计保证了整个配料罐内都能接受到氮气;曝气装置设于搅拌器下方能够有效打散搅拌器与配料罐底部形成的涡流。

技术领域
本发明属于医药领域,具体涉及一种医药配料用冲氮装置。
背景技术
配料罐又名搅拌罐、配料桶,为上开启式结构,具有可加热自动控温、保温、搅拌功能;传热快、适应温差大、清洗方便等优点,广泛应用于食(乳)品、制药、日化、饮料、油脂、化工、颜料等行业做为中间缓冲、储液、搅拌、调配设备(在物料无须加热可调配均匀的的状态下,该设备为最经济实用)、加热、混合调配或杀菌处理。特别适合于无蒸汽热源的单位与科研机构的小、中试使用。目前,配料罐(包括浓配罐和稀配罐)是各制药厂和医院制剂室常用的药液配制容器。在配料的过程中,为了降低溶氧量,除了采用搅拌器进行搅拌外还需要通过冲入氮气,在进行冲氮时,一般都是把氮气管插入液面以下进行曝气,这种做法存在不少缺点,最主要的是当氮气从管道溢出进入液体后,会成为一个个气泡向液面顶部漂浮,而在远离氮气管的地方很难接受到氮气,如果采用不停地移动氮气管,那么管道自身存在打结、与氮气瓶脱离的可能,如果多设几根氮气管,对于罐体内的空间及搅拌又会起到影响。另外一个不可忽视的问题是,如果配料罐在出料时要保证物料的分布均匀,搅拌器必须是不停工作的,在搅拌器下方与配料罐底部之间会形成一个喇叭状的涡流,严重影响出料的效率,更可能造成物料的溢流。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种医药配料用冲氮装置。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种医药配料用冲氮装置,包括设有搅拌器的配料罐,配料罐内搅拌器一侧设有氮气进气管,所述氮气进气管端部横向连接有曝气装置。
曝气装置一种优选的方式,包括Y字型管道和连接在管道端部的2个钛棒,所述钛棒上均匀开有微孔,进一步的,所述Y字型管道的两端存在长度差,形成长度交替的两端部。
其中,所述微孔的直径为0.22~10μm,优选为0.45~1μm。
其中,所述曝气装置位于搅拌器的下方,优选的,所述曝气装置的2个钛棒位于配料罐底部中心的上方。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,具有以下优点:
(1)曝气装置采用带微孔的钛棒分散氮气,全程进行液下冲氮来降低溶氧量;
(2)钛棒的横向设计保证了整个配料罐内都能接受到氮气;
(3)曝气装置设于搅拌器下方能够有效打散搅拌器与配料罐底部形成的涡流;
(4)一般罐体底部中央设有出料口,在出料口上方设置钛棒能够保证出料时的效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
如图1~2所示的一种医药配料用冲氮装置,包括设有搅拌器2的配料罐1,配料罐内搅拌器一侧设有氮气进气管3,所述氮气进气管端部横向连接有曝气装置4,所述曝气装置包括Y字型管道401和连接在管道端部的2个钛棒402,所述钛棒上均匀开有微孔。
实施例2:
参考实施例1,所述Y字型管道的两端存在长度差,形成长度交替的两端部,当其连接钛棒后,形成两股不同长度的冲氮轨道,到达混合冲氮的目的。
实施例3:
参考实施例1,所述微孔的直径为0.22~10μm,优选为0.45~1μm。

参考实施例1,所述曝气装置位于搅拌器的下方,曝气装置的2个钛棒位于配料罐底部中心的上方。

1.一种医药配料用冲氮装置,包括设有搅拌器(2)的配料罐(1),配料罐内搅拌器一侧设有氮气进气管(3),其特征在于,所述氮气进气管端部横向连接有曝气装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述曝气装置包括Y字型管道(401)和连接在管道端部的2个钛棒(402),所述钛棒上均匀开有微孔。
3.根据权利要求2所示的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述Y字型管道的两端存在长度差,形成长度交替的两端部。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述微孔的直径为0.22~10μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述微孔的直径为0.45~1μm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述曝气装置位于搅拌器的下方。
7.根据权利要求6所述的医药配料用冲氮装置,其特征在于,所述曝气装置的2个钛棒位于配料罐底部中心的上方。
