Description

A facial mask containing herba Nepetae Divaricati extract and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a mask containing a herba gynostemae extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Chinese materia medica describes that the seaweed iron nail dish (with the scientific name of Ishige okamurae) has human edibility, is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine which can be taken orally, has the functions of softening hardness and resolving stagnation, removing toxicity and expelling ascaris, and can also be applied to cervical lymphadenectasis, goiter and laryngitis. The geographical location of the brown algae gynura bicolor has east Asia characteristics, and the research object of the invention is gynura bicolor produced in Quanzhou of Fujian province. The vegetables of the branchlet have been proved to have many biological activities by many studies, and are described as follows by way of example: cell experiment results show that a polyphenol compound contained in an ethyl acetate layer of a methanol extract of the herb of Ottelia has neuroprotective activity; oral administration of methanol extract of herba Nepetae Divaricati can improve hyperglycemia of type II diabetic mice.
According to data, no relevant research paper or product applying the acanthopanax herb on the facial mask is shown at present. According to the information known by the inventor, we should propose for the first time the concept of adding the herba gynandrae segeti itself or its extract into the facial mask, and design a preparation method of the facial mask containing the herba gynandrae segeti.

Second, description of Effect (all take embodiment 1 as an example)
1. Whitening effect of facial mask
Different mass concentrationsThe effect of the water-extraction and alcohol-precipitation supernatant part of the Nectria speciosa on the tyrosinase activity is shown in FIG. 1. As shown in figure 1, the water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant of the gynura segetum has stronger inhibition effect on the activity of the tyrosinase, the inhibition rate of the tyrosinase is (24.51 +/-2.04)% -88.37 +/-5.43)%, and the semi-inhibition concentration IC of the gynura segetum on the activity of the tyrosinase is calculated by fitting a nonlinear equation within the mass concentration of 0.25-6.0 mg/mL50It was 1.27 mg/mL.
In example 1, the mass concentration of the water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant part of the sedum aizoon is about 0.5mg/mL (higher than 0.25 mg/mL), and it is reasonable to speculate that the water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant part of the sedum aizoon contained in the invention has the tyrosinase activity inhibition effect at the lowest concentration within the design of the invention. The key enzyme in the skin melanin synthesis process is tyrosinase, which can catalyze L-tyrosine to generate dopa, dopa is gradually oxidized to generate dopaquinone, and then pigment particles are formed, and the hyperpigmentation of the skin can be caused by the excessive expression of the tyrosinase. Therefore, modern whitening cosmetics and skin drugs are mostly tyrosinase inhibitors. The water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant part of the gynura segetum has certain tyrosinase inhibition effect, and the tyrosinase inhibition effect indicates that the gynura segetum has certain effect on whitening.
2. Antioxidant effect of facial mask
(1) The scavenging effect of the supernatant part of the water extraction and alcohol precipitation of the kojic sauerkraut with different mass volume concentrations on the dibenzobitter acyl free radical (DDPH) is shown in figure 2. In the concentration range of 0.4-2.0 mg/mL, the clearance rate of the supernatant part of the water extraction and alcohol precipitation of the gynura segetum to the dibenzo bitter acyl free radicals is about 25-73%, and the half-effect concentration is EC50It was 1.18 mg/mL. In example 1, the mass concentration of the water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant part of the gynura segetum is about 0.5mg/mL (higher than 0.4 mg/mL), and it is reasonably speculated that the water extraction and alcohol precipitation supernatant part of the gynura segetum contained in the invention has a function of removing dibenzo bitter acyl radicals at the lowest concentration in the design of the invention, so that the antioxidant effect can be achieved.
(2) Liaw ET al (Liaw ET, Ruan YA, Huang CCJ. Glycemic alignment and characteristics of aqueous extract from Sarcodia cerylanica Procedented materials, 7th Taiwan-Thailand biological conference. Pingtunging, Taiwan: national Pingtunging University of Science and Technology; 2012) study found that an aqueous extract of the double split sea fungus contains polysaccharides (370mg/g) and has an antioxidant effect with a clearance of the dibenzoyl radical of 68.03% at a mass volume concentration of 10mg/mL (corresponding to 3.7mg/mL of polysaccharides). The minimum concentration of the double-split sea ear polysaccharide added in the invention is about 5mg/mL (higher than 3.7mg/mL), so that the reasonable inference shows that the double-split sea ear polysaccharide contained in the invention has the function of removing dibenzo bitter acyl free radicals and has the antioxidant effect under the minimum concentration in the design of the invention.
(3) Luo et al (Luo A, Feng X, Liu Y, Fan Y. polysaccharides from Sarc. cerevisiae and the anti-oxidant properties in vitro and in vivo. Pharmacologia 2014; 5: 235-.
Third, conclusion
The facial mask containing the acanthus extract, which is disclosed by the invention, is added with the acanthus extract, the agaric double-split polysaccharide and the agaric tin orchid polysaccharide, has the effects of whitening and resisting oxidation, and meets the functional requirements of consumers on facial mask products.
The above embodiments and drawings are not intended to limit the form and style of the present invention, and any suitable changes or modifications thereof by those skilled in the art should be considered as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
