技术领域
本发明涉及一种壁纸,尤其涉及一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
壁纸,是一种应用相当广泛的室内装饰材料。因为壁纸具有色彩多样、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。壁纸分为很多类,通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。但目前市场上出售的壁纸均具有环保性较差,使用年限短、防水性能差等缺点。而且新装修的房子中甲醛、二甲苯等有害气体多,现有的壁纸一般没有吸收分解甲醛的功能。
中国专利申请号201110406968.0公开了一种抗静电光降解环保合成纸,包括改性高分子树脂、淀粉填料、木质纤维、超细碳酸钙、酚类抗氧化剂、硅烷偶联剂、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂、脂肪族酰胺类润滑剂,其中各组分按质量配比为改性高分子树脂100~130份、淀粉填料20~30份、木质纤维10~20份、超细碳酸钙5~15份、酚类抗氧化剂2~5份、硅烷偶联剂1~4份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.5~3份、脂肪族酰胺类润滑剂1~2份、纳米二氧化硅和二氧化钛的混合物10~15份。其具有抗静电功能且光降解后不产生对环境有害的物质,但其防水性能较差,在天气较为潮湿的环境中使用容易发霉,使用寿命短。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸及其制备方法,解决现有技术中的壁纸防水性能差、使用年限短、环保性能差、无法吸收分解甲醛的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯20~30份、二氯乙烷30~40份、钛白粉5~10份、二氧化硅10~15份、海泡石纤维10~15份、淀粉填料10~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体5~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、石蜡微乳液20~30份、麦饭石5~8份、茶梗粉末20~30份、偶联剂10~20份。
进一步的改进是:包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯25~30份、二氯乙烷35~40份、钛白粉6~10份、二氧化硅13~15份、海泡石纤维13~15份、淀粉填料15~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体6~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、石蜡微乳液24~30份、麦饭石6~8份、茶梗粉末25~30份、偶联剂15~20份。
进一步的改进是:所述偶联剂为3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:(1)底层的选择:以无纺布作为底层;(2)在底层上涂覆处理液层,所述处理液层包括以下重量份的各原料:聚苯乙烯20~30份、二氯乙烷30~40份、钛白粉5~10份、二氧化硅10~15份、海泡石纤维10~15份、淀粉填料10~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体5~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、麦饭石5~8份、茶梗粉末20~30份;所述处理液层的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯溶解在二氯乙烷中,形成聚苯乙烯溶液,接着在聚苯乙烯溶液中加入二氧化硅、海泡石纤维、钛白粉、茶梗粉末、麦饭石、淀粉填料、烷基烯酮二聚体、聚酰胺环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在300~1000r/min;(3)在步骤(2)制得的处理液层上迅速添加偶联剂及石蜡微乳液,待凝固干燥后即得到聚苯乙烯防水壁纸。
进一步的改进是:步骤(3)中,添加偶联剂及石蜡微乳液后,采用冷风干燥冷却凝固的方式。

一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯20份、二氯乙烷30份、钛白粉5份、二氧化硅10份、海泡石纤维10份、淀粉填料10份、烷基烯酮二聚体5份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1份、石蜡微乳液20份、麦饭石5份、茶梗粉末20份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份。
其制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:(1)底层的选择:以无纺布作为底层;(2)在底层上涂覆处理液层,所述处理液层包括以下重量份的各原料:聚苯乙烯20份、二氯乙烷30份、钛白粉5份、二氧化硅10份、海泡石纤维10份、淀粉填料10份、烷基烯酮二聚体5份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1份、麦饭石5份、茶梗粉末20份;所述处理液层的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯溶解在二氯乙烷中,形成聚苯乙烯溶液,接着在聚苯乙烯溶液中加入二氧化硅、海泡石纤维、钛白粉、茶梗粉末、麦饭石、淀粉填料、烷基烯酮二聚体、聚酰胺环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在300r/min;(3)在步骤(2)制得的处理液层上迅速添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷及石蜡微乳液,采用冷风干燥冷却凝固,待凝固干燥后即得到聚苯乙烯防水壁纸。
实施例二
一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯25份、二氯乙烷35份、钛白粉6份、二氧化硅13份、海泡石纤维13份、淀粉填料15份、烷基烯酮二聚体6份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1份、石蜡微乳液24份、麦饭石6份、茶梗粉末25份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂15份。
其制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:(1)底层的选择:以无纺布作为底层;(2)在底层上涂覆处理液层,所述处理液层包括以下重量份的各原料:聚苯乙烯25份、二氯乙烷35份、钛白粉6份、二氧化硅13份、海泡石纤维13份、淀粉填料15份、烷基烯酮二聚体6份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1份、麦饭石6份、茶梗粉末25份;所述处理液层的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯溶解在二氯乙烷中,形成聚苯乙烯溶液,接着在聚苯乙烯溶液中加入二氧化硅、海泡石纤维、钛白粉、茶梗粉末、麦饭石、淀粉填料、烷基烯酮二聚体、聚酰胺环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在300~1000r/min;(3)在步骤(2)制得的处理液层上迅速添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂及石蜡微乳液,采用冷风干燥冷却凝固,待凝固干燥后即得到聚苯乙烯防水壁纸。
实施例三
一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯30份、二氯乙烷40份、钛白粉10份、二氧化硅15份、海泡石纤维15份、淀粉填料20份、烷基烯酮二聚体8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂2份、石蜡微乳液30份、麦饭石8份、茶梗粉末30份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷20份。
其制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:(1)底层的选择:以无纺布作为底层;(2)在底层上涂覆处理液层,所述处理液层包括以下重量份的各原料:聚苯乙烯30份、二氯乙烷40份、钛白粉10份、二氧化硅15份、海泡石纤维15份、淀粉填料20份、烷基烯酮二聚体8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂2份、麦饭石8份、茶梗粉末30份;所述处理液层的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯溶解在二氯乙烷中,形成聚苯乙烯溶液,接着在聚苯乙烯溶液中加入二氧化硅、海泡石纤维、钛白粉、茶梗粉末、麦饭石、淀粉填料、烷基烯酮二聚体、聚酰胺环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在1000r/min;(3)在步骤(2)制得的处理液层上迅速添加3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷及石蜡微乳液,采用冷风干燥冷却凝固,待凝固干燥后即得到聚苯乙烯防水壁纸。
其中,本发明中,所述聚苯乙烯防水壁纸的各原料组分的用量在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯20~30份、二氯乙烷30~40份、钛白粉5~10份、二氧化硅10~15份、海泡石纤维10~15份、淀粉填料10~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体5~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、石蜡微乳液20~30份、麦饭石5~8份、茶梗粉末20~30份、偶联剂10~20份。

1.一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯20~30份、二氯乙烷30~40份、钛白粉5~10份、二氧化硅10~15份、海泡石纤维10~15份、淀粉填料10~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体5~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、石蜡微乳液20~30份、麦饭石5~8份、茶梗粉末20~30份、偶联剂10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的各原料:无纺布100份、聚苯乙烯25~30份、二氯乙烷35~40份、钛白粉6~10份、二氧化硅13~15份、海泡石纤维13~15份、淀粉填料15~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体6~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、石蜡微乳液24~30份、麦饭石6~8份、茶梗粉末25~30份、偶联剂15~20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
4.一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下处理步骤:(1)底层的选择:以无纺布作为底层;(2)在底层上涂覆处理液层,所述处理液层包括以下重量份的各原料:聚苯乙烯20~30份、二氯乙烷30~40份、钛白粉5~10份、二氧化硅10~15份、海泡石纤维10~15份、淀粉填料10~20份、烷基烯酮二聚体5~8份、聚酰胺环氧树脂1~2份、麦饭石5~8份、茶梗粉末20~30份;所述处理液层的制备方法为:将聚苯乙烯溶解在二氯乙烷中,形成聚苯乙烯溶液,接着在聚苯乙烯溶液中加入二氧化硅、海泡石纤维、钛白粉、茶梗粉末、麦饭石、淀粉填料、烷基烯酮二聚体、聚酰胺环氧树脂,搅拌均匀,搅拌转速控制在300~1000r/min;(3)在步骤(2)制得的处理液层上迅速添加偶联剂及石蜡微乳液,待凝固干燥后即得到聚苯乙烯防水壁纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种聚苯乙烯防水壁纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,添加偶联剂及石蜡微乳液后,采用冷风干燥冷却凝固的方式。
