技术领域
本发明涉及煤炭技术领域,尤其是生物质复合清洁型煤配方及其制作方法。
背景技术
大多数中小型企业用煤炭作燃料,其烟气排放严重污染了环境,造成雾霾等影响,严重威胁人们的身心健康,环保要求严禁燃煤改用天然气,以保护环境,这也造成天然气供给不足,为改变现状,于是有人研制复合煤用以控制以二氧化硫、烟尘为主的煤烟型大气污染,但取得的效果并不理想,不符合新环保的要求,目前急需一种新型复合煤以解决这些问题,本发明是以处理有机废弃物减少燃烧污染,达到以废治污的新型复合燃料,很好的解决了上述问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,设计了低碳、节能、资源再利用的生物质复合清洁型煤配方及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术手段实现的:配方重量比为:兰炭30—55%、石油焦20-45%、牛粪30-55%、锯末、秸秆粉10-25%、氧化镁0.5-2%、碳酸钙0.5-3%、有机粘合剂1-3%。制作方法包括如下步骤:(一)、采购:石油焦、碳酸钙、氧化镁采购粉状原料,有机粘合剂、尿素均外购;(二)、牛粪发酵除臭杀菌:将牛粪与与秸秆粉、锯末混合搅拌后按照发酵物料重量的0.1%加入粪便发酵剂,混合均匀,水分调节至60%-65%,水分调节好之后建堆,堆高1.5~2米,宽2米,发酵开始的1~2天温度达65℃以上时翻倒一下,然后继续发酵,当温度再次达到65℃时第二次翻倒,一周内即完成发酵,冬季发酵覆盖塑料布保温,发酵完成后采用新型高效单转子可逆式破碎机,制粉粒度达到20~30目;(三)、兰炭粉碎:兰炭粉碎机采用互相串联的两套转子,将物料通过输送机输送至兰炭粉碎机的入料口,物料在粉碎腔里面经过上级转子击碎的物料立即进入飞速旋转的下级转子的锤头再次细碎,然后直接从卸料口卸出,形成出料粒度小于3毫米的物料颗粒;(四)、产品成型:将粉碎好的物料加入有机粘合剂后进入成型机,根据所用模具挤压成1cm-10cm的型煤产品;(五)包装:将型煤产品晾晒后按每箱50个包装入库。

具体实施方式

配方重量比为:兰炭30—55%、石油焦20-45%、牛粪30-55%、锯末、秸秆粉10-25%、氧化镁0.5-2%、碳酸钙0.5-3%、有机粘合剂1-3%。
实施例3:
配方重量比为:兰炭35—60%、石油焦25-50%、牛粪35-60%、锯末、秸秆粉15-30%、氧化镁1-3%、碳酸钙1-4%、有机粘合剂1.5-4%。

1.生物质复合清洁型煤配方及其制作方法,其特征在于:配方重量比为:兰炭30—55%、石油焦20-45%、牛粪30-55%、锯末、秸秆粉10-25%、氧化镁0.5-2%、碳酸钙0.5-3%、有机粘合剂1-3%。
