Abstract
本发明涉及一种彩砂,包括基料,还包括以下重量份的制备原料:颜填料30‑50份、助剂4‑8份、纳米粉体银浆料0.5‑1份和水30‑40份。本发明还涉及一种彩砂的制备方法。本发明的彩砂在储存及涂墙后能有效地防止霉菌的滋生,具有兼具装饰性和防霉抗菌性的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑原料,特别涉及一种彩砂及其制备方法。
背景技术
彩砂现分为天然彩砂、烧结彩砂、临时染色彩砂和永久染色彩砂。其特点是:颜色鲜艳、耐酸碱、耐紫外线、不褪色。天然彩砂是由天然矿石粉碎而成,不褪色但是杂质色较多;临时染色彩砂一般颜色鲜艳,但是易脱色。
彩砂的主要原料组成包括着色基材(各种砂)、着色剂、助剂、粘结剂和分散剂,通过高温煅烧,从而在表面形成带有颜色、单纯具有装饰性的彩砂;其粘结剂通常为树脂、水玻璃、氧化铝等有机或无机材料,烧结彩砂除装饰效果外,不具备功能性。
现行彩砂制作工艺过程当中,烧结彩砂除具有装饰性外,没有任何的功能性,例如防霉抗菌性,形成产品过于单调。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种兼具装饰性和防霉抗菌性的彩砂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种彩砂,包括基料,还包括以下重量份的制备原料:颜填料30-50份、助剂4-8份、纳米粉体银浆料0.5-1份和水30-40份。
一种上述的彩砂的制备方法,按照重量份将颜填料、助剂、纳米粉体银浆料和水进行混合,然后将混合后的混合料与所述基料按照质量比为(0.5-1.5):1的比例混合并搅拌,然后进行喷雾干燥,获得包覆好的彩砂,将包覆好的彩砂进行煅烧,所述煅烧的温度为800-1200℃,所述煅烧的时间为1-2h,并维持所述煅烧温度1-2h,获得所述彩砂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的彩砂通过上述原料及配比设计,在装饰性的基础上,可获得碱性条件,并利用碱性条件可以抑制霉菌滋生,从而获得了较好的防霉抗菌性,本发明的彩砂在储存及涂墙后能有效地防止霉菌的滋生,具有兼具装饰性和防霉抗菌性的优点。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:通过上述原料及配比设计,使获得的彩砂在装饰性的基础上,还获得了较好的防霉抗菌性。
本发明提供一种彩砂,包括基料,还包括以下重量份的制备原料:颜填料30-50份、助剂4-8份、纳米粉体银浆料0.5-1份和水30-40份。
一种上述的彩砂的制备方法,按照重量份将颜填料、助剂、纳米粉体银浆料和水进行混合,然后将混合后的混合料与所述基料按照质量比为(0.5-1.5):1的比例混合并搅拌,然后进行喷雾干燥,获得包覆好的彩砂,将包覆好的彩砂进行煅烧,所述煅烧的温度为800-1200℃,所述煅烧的时间为1-2h,并维持所述煅烧温度1-2h,获得所述彩砂。

进一步的,所述助剂为分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂和成膜助剂中的至少一种。
由上述描述可知,助剂可以选择分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂和成膜助剂中的任意一种或者任意多种的混合物。
进一步的,所述基料的重量与颜填料、助剂、纳米粉体银浆料和水的总重量的比值为1:(0.5-1.5)。
由上述描述可知,上述比值设计具有稳定高效的优点。
进一步的,所述基料为石英砂。
由上述描述可知,所述基料即为现有技术中制备彩砂的着色基材(各种砂),例如石英砂。
本发明的彩砂的制备方法中:进一步的,将获得的彩砂依次进行冷却、破碎和筛分。
由上述描述可知,通过上述冷却、破碎和筛分,可对获得的彩砂进行后加工。

性能测试
将实施例一至实施例四获得的彩砂分别用于涂墙,并检测实施例一至实施例四获得的彩砂涂墙后的霉菌生长情况(采用国家标准GB/T 13092-2006)。
经检测,实施例一至实施例四获得的彩砂涂墙后并未发现有霉菌生长的现象。
综上所述,本发明提供的彩砂在储存及涂墙后能有效地防止霉菌的滋生,具有兼具装饰性和防霉抗菌性的优点。

1.一种彩砂,包括基料,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份的制备原料:颜填料30-50份、助剂4-8份、纳米粉体银浆料0.5-1份和水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩砂,其特征在于,所用颜填料为钛白粉、重钙、高岭土和硫酸钡中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩砂,其特征在于,所述助剂为分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂和成膜助剂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的彩砂,其特征在于,所述基料的重量与颜填料、助剂、纳米粉体银浆料和水的总重量的比值为1:(0.5-1.5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的彩砂,其特征在于,所述基料为石英砂。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项所述的彩砂的制备方法,其特征在于,按照重量份将颜填料、助剂、纳米粉体银浆料和水进行混合,然后将混合后的混合料与所述基料按照质量比为(0.5-1.5):1的比例混合并搅拌,然后进行喷雾干燥,获得包覆好的彩砂,将包覆好的彩砂进行煅烧,所述煅烧的温度为800-1200℃,所述煅烧的时间为1-2h,并维持所述煅烧温度1-2h,获得所述彩砂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的彩砂的制备方法,其特征在于,将获得的彩砂依次进行冷却、破碎和筛分。
