本发明涉及一种蜂窝纸板，具体是涉及一种稳固型蜂窝纸箱，属于包装领域。
背景技术
蜂窝纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成蜂窝纸箱。蜂窝纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品，用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来，蜂窝纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器，成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外，还起到美化商品，宣传商品的作用。在运输过程中，纸箱内的物品会与蜂窝纸箱发生碰撞，传统的蜂窝纸箱由于结构过于简单，缓冲性能不好，在多次挤压摩擦之后很容易发生磨损导致损坏，同样的由于运输过程很颠簸，纸箱表面比较光滑，很容易滑动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有很好的稳定性且不容易滑动的稳固型蜂窝纸箱。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种稳固型蜂窝纸箱，从内到外它包括里纸、芯纸和底纸，所述芯纸与里纸和底纸之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成；所述里纸和底纸均由牛皮咭构成，芯纸内填充半化学浆与淀粉质；所述底纸的表面为凹凸面；所述芯纸内部填充有泡沫球，所述泡沫球呈圆柱体状，所述芯纸上还粘结有多个支撑条。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明一种稳固型蜂窝纸箱，缓冲性和稳定性好，在运输过程中也不容易滑动，可以很好的应对纸箱内物品与纸箱之间发生挤压或者碰撞，从而保护了纸箱，提高了使用寿命。

参见图1，本发明一种稳固型蜂窝纸箱，从内到外它包括里纸1、芯纸2和底纸3，所述芯纸2与里纸1和底纸3之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成；所述里纸1和底纸3均由牛皮咭构成，芯纸2内填充半化学浆与淀粉质；所述底纸3的表面为凹凸面，通过压模设备压制而成，这样在运输的过程中，纸箱不会随意滑动；
所述芯纸2内部填充有泡沫球5，所述泡沫球5呈圆柱体状，所述芯纸2上还粘结有多个支撑条4，两者都对芯纸2起到了很好的支撑作用，在受到外力的挤压下由于有很好的缓冲性可以很好的保持形状，纸箱不容易变形导致破损。
