背景技术
瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成瓦楞纸箱。瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品，用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来，瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器，成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外，还起到美化商品，宣传商品的作用。在运输过程中，纸箱内的物品会与瓦楞纸箱发生碰撞，传统的瓦楞纸箱由于结构过于简单，缓冲性能不好，在多次挤压摩擦之后很容易发生磨损导致损坏；纸箱在受到挤压之后，内部的芯纸也会被压扁，这样纸箱内的物品就很容易变形乃至损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种提供有效支撑且具有很好缓冲性能的良好柔软弹性单瓦楞纸板。

与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明一种良好柔软弹性单瓦楞纸板，填充泡沫球之后，提高了缓冲性能，可以很好的应对纸箱内物品与纸箱之间发生挤压或者碰撞，从而保护了纸箱，提高了使用寿命，在纸箱受到挤压时可以有效的进行支撑。

参见图1，本发明一种良好柔软弹性单瓦楞纸板，它由里纸1、面纸2和瓦楞芯纸3组成，所述瓦楞芯纸3位于里纸1和面纸2之间，而里纸1和面纸2之间平行排列；所述里纸1与瓦楞芯纸3之间、瓦楞芯纸3与面纸2之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成；所述里纸1和面纸2均由牛皮咭构成，瓦楞芯纸3由半化学浆与淀粉质混合制成；
瓦楞芯纸3由若干个瓦楞基板组成，所述瓦楞基板横截面呈V字形，所述瓦楞基板均朝同一个方向排列，所述瓦楞基板与里纸1和面纸2之间均填充有泡沫球4，它对瓦楞芯纸3起到了很好的支撑作用，在受到外力的挤压下由于有很好的缓冲性可以很好的保持形状，纸箱不容易变形导致破损；所述每个瓦楞基板上还设有支撑条5，在纸箱受到挤压，瓦楞芯纸3被挤扁的时候，就可以有效的进行支撑，起到保护作用。

1.一种良好柔软弹性单瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：它由里纸（1）、面纸（2）和瓦楞芯纸（3）组成，所述瓦楞芯纸（3）位于里纸（1）和面纸（2）之间，而里纸（1）和面纸（2）之间平行排列；所述里纸（1）与瓦楞芯纸（3）之间、瓦楞芯纸（3）与面纸（2）之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成；所述里纸（1）和面纸（2）均由牛皮咭构成，瓦楞芯纸（3）由半化学浆与淀粉质混合制成；瓦楞芯纸（3）由若干个瓦楞基板组成，所述瓦楞基板横截面呈V字形，所述瓦楞基板均朝同一个方向排列，所述瓦楞基板与里纸（1）和面纸（2）之间均填充有泡沫球（4），所述每个瓦楞基板上还设有支撑条（5）。
