Abstract
本发明涉及一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,从内到外它包括里纸、芯纸和底纸,所述芯纸与里纸和底纸之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述底纸的边缘处开有孔槽,所述底纸的外表面涂有紫外膜,所述里纸的内侧设有充气垫,所述充气垫由多个相邻排列的充气袋连接而成。本发明一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,抗冲击能力好,而且耐磨和方便握拿,可以很好的应对纸箱内物品与纸箱之间发生挤压或者碰撞,从而保护了纸箱,提高了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜂窝纸板,具体是涉及一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,属于包装领域。
背景技术
蜂窝纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成蜂窝纸箱。蜂窝纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来,蜂窝纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。在运输过程中,纸箱内的物品会与蜂窝纸箱发生碰撞,传统的蜂窝纸箱由于结构过于简单,缓冲性能不好,在多次挤压摩擦之后很容易发生磨损导致损坏,在纸箱运输到目的地之后需要拿纸箱,当手里东西多的时候很难握拿,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有很好缓冲性能、方便握拿且耐磨的高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,从内到外它包括里纸、芯纸和底纸,所述芯纸与里纸和底纸之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸和底纸均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;所述底纸的边缘处开有孔槽,所述底纸的外表面涂有紫外膜,所述里纸的内侧设有充气垫,所述充气垫由多个相邻排列的充气袋连接而成。
优选地,所述孔槽为圆形孔槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,抗冲击能力好,而且耐磨和方便握拿,可以很好的应对纸箱内物品与纸箱之间发生挤压或者碰撞,从而保护了纸箱,提高了使用寿命。

参见图1,本发明一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,从内到外它包括里纸1、芯纸2和底纸3,所述芯纸2与里纸1和底纸3之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸1和底纸3均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸2内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;所述底纸3的边缘处开有孔槽4,所述孔槽4为圆形孔槽,当纸箱不方便拿的时候,手指可以扣在孔槽4内,方便握住纸箱;所述底纸3的外表面涂有紫外膜5,不仅耐磨,抗化学性强,使用寿命长,并且具有抗潮湿抗变形的特点;
所述里纸1的内侧设有充气垫6,所述充气垫6由多个相邻排列的充气袋连接而成,在受到撞击的时候可以有效的保护箱内物品。

1.一种高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,其特征在于:从内到外它包括里纸(1)、芯纸(2)和底纸(3),所述芯纸(2)与里纸(1)和底纸(3)之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸(1)和底纸(3)均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸(2)内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;所述底纸(3)的边缘处开有孔槽(4),所述底纸(3)的外表面涂有紫外膜(5),所述里纸(1)的内侧设有充气垫(6),所述充气垫(6)由多个相邻排列的充气袋连接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高缓冲性紫外膜蜂窝纸板,其特征在于:所述孔槽(4)为圆形孔槽。
