背景技术
蜂窝纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成蜂窝纸箱。蜂窝纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品,用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来,蜂窝纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器,成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外,还起到美化商品,宣传商品的作用。在运输过程中,纸箱内的物品会与蜂窝纸箱发生碰撞,传统的蜂窝纸箱由于结构过于简单,缓冲性能不好,在多次挤压摩擦之后很容易发生磨损导致损坏;纸箱内的物品在运输中可能损坏,因为不可视,所以很难观察到纸箱内物品的真实情况,只有等纸箱打开的时候才能够看到物品的完整性,并且一般的纸箱都不防油,会沾到很油腻的东西,从而影响外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种缓冲性好、可视且防油的可视强缓冲蜂窝纸箱。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种可视强缓冲蜂窝纸箱,从内到外它包括里纸、芯纸和底纸,所述芯纸与里纸和底纸之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸和底纸均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;所述底纸的中间插有透明塑料膜,所述透明塑料膜的四周与底纸通过粘结剂相连,所述底纸表面还涂有防油膜;所述芯纸内部填充有泡沫球,所述泡沫球呈圆柱体状, 所述里纸的内侧粘结有充气垫,所述充气垫由多个相邻排列的充气枕构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种可视强缓冲蜂窝纸箱,缓冲性和稳定性好,并且可视,透过膜可以看到箱内的物品的完整性,非常方便;不仅如此,该纸箱还可以防油,避免沾到油腻的物品从而影响其外观。

参见图1,本发明一种可视强缓冲蜂窝纸箱,从内到外它包括里纸1、芯纸2和底纸3,所述芯纸2与里纸1和底纸3之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸1和底纸3均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸2内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;
所述底纸3的中间插有透明塑料膜5,所述透明塑料膜5的四周与底纸3通过粘结剂相连,透过该透明塑料膜可以单独内部的物品的情况,非常方便;所述底纸3表面还涂有防油膜4,避免油沾到纸箱上;
所述芯纸2内部填充有泡沫球6,所述泡沫球6呈圆柱体状,对芯纸2起到了很好的支撑作用,在受到外力的挤压下由于有很好的缓冲性可以很好的保持形状,纸箱不容易变形导致破损;
所述里纸1的内侧粘结有充气垫7,所述充气垫7由多个相邻排列的充气枕构成,可以减震,避免物品损坏。

1.一种可视强缓冲蜂窝纸箱,其特征在于:从内到外它包括里纸(1)、芯纸(2)和底纸(3),所述芯纸(2)与里纸(1)和底纸(3)之间均通过粘合剂粘合而成;所述里纸(1)和底纸(3)均由牛皮咭构成,芯纸(2)内填充半化学浆与淀粉质;所述底纸(3)的中间插有透明塑料膜(5),所述透明塑料膜(5)的四周与底纸(3)通过粘结剂相连,所述底纸(3)表面还涂有防油膜(4);所述芯纸(2)内部填充有泡沫球(6),所述泡沫球(6)呈圆柱体状, 所述里纸(1)的内侧粘结有充气垫(7),所述充气垫(7)由多个相邻排列的充气枕构成。
