本发明涉及一种瓦楞纸板，具体是涉及一种缓冲支撑性单坑牛皮瓦楞纸板，属于包装领域。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板经过模切、压痕、钉箱或粘箱制成瓦楞纸箱。瓦楞纸箱是一种应用最广的包装制品，用量一直是各种包装制品之首。半个多世纪以来，瓦楞纸箱以其优越的使用性能和良好的加工性能逐渐取代了木箱等运输包装容器，成为运输包装的主力军。它除了保护商品、便于仓储、运输之外，还起到美化商品，宣传商品的作用。由传统的瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱在收到外力挤压的时候，纸箱很容易变形，内部的瓦楞芯纸很容易断裂，另外也没有缓冲，这样纸箱内的物品就很容易受到一定程度的破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种对瓦楞芯纸起到支撑和缓冲作用的缓冲支撑性单坑牛皮瓦楞纸板。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种缓冲支撑性单坑牛皮瓦楞纸板，它包括里纸、面纸和瓦楞芯纸，里纸和面纸之间平行排列，所述瓦楞芯纸由若干个瓦楞条组成，每个瓦楞条的两端通过粘合剂分别与里纸和面纸相连；所述里纸的外侧设有充气垫，所述充气垫由多个小充气球并排连接在一起；所述里纸和面纸均由牛皮咭构成，瓦楞芯纸由半化学浆与淀粉质混合制成；所述每个瓦楞条上包含至少一个支撑条。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明一种缓冲支撑性单坑牛皮瓦楞纸板，在纸箱收到挤压，瓦楞纸板收缩的时候，可以有效的支撑瓦楞芯纸，也可以起到减震缓冲的作用，避免纸箱被破坏。

所述里纸1的外侧设有充气垫4，所述充气垫4由多个小充气球并排连接在一起；对纸箱内的物品可以很好的保护，起到减震缓冲的作用；
所述每个瓦楞条上包含至少一个支撑条5，在纸箱收到挤压，瓦楞纸板收缩的时候，支撑条5可以有效的支撑瓦楞芯纸3，避免破坏。

1.一种缓冲支撑性单坑牛皮瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：它包括里纸（1）、面纸（2）和瓦楞芯纸（3），里纸（1）和面纸（2）之间平行排列，所述瓦楞芯纸（3）由若干个瓦楞条组成，每个瓦楞条的两端通过粘合剂分别与里纸（1）和面纸（2）相连；所述里纸（1）的外侧设有充气垫（4），所述充气垫（4）由多个小充气球并排连接在一起；所述里纸（1）和面纸（2）均由牛皮咭构成，瓦楞芯纸（3）由半化学浆与淀粉质混合制成；所述每个瓦楞条上包含至少一个支撑条（5）。
