金属分离器,包括机架、风机、加料机、旋风分离器、输送管、产品捕集器、金属检出器,所述机架一端顺次安装有风机、加料机、旋风分离器,风机与加料机相连通,加料机出口与旋风分离器相连通,旋风分离器的出料口处设有输送管,输送管末端机架上安装有产品捕集器,产品捕集器下方安装金属检出机。本发明针对上述不足,设计了一种能够从橡胶中分离铁、铝、铜、锡、不锈钢等常见金属的金属分离器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分离器,更具体地说,涉及一种将金属从废旧橡胶中分离出来的金属分离器。
背景技术
再生橡胶一直是世界橡胶工业的重要原材料,它一方面可以代替橡胶,缓解了原材料的严重匮乏;另一方面使废旧橡胶实现了回收再利用,解决了废旧橡胶污染环境的问题。在合理利用这些废旧橡胶时,必须解决废旧橡胶回收料中分离金属杂质的难题,使之能更好地成为一种再生资源。废旧橡胶的回收再利用已经成为一种新兴产业。中国发明专利,授权公告号:CN201720959U,名称为“轮胎橡胶粗分离机构”的专利中公开了一种橡胶分离器,包括进料口、输料传送带和出料口,进、出料口分别设置在输料传送带的两端,在输料传送带的上方交叉设置有分离传送带,在分离传送带的上下两层设有磁力装置。采用这种结构的橡胶分离器,能够分离橡胶中的铁质金属,但是磁力装置不能吸附铜、铝、锡、不锈钢之类的金属。而铜、铝、不锈钢等金属恰恰是橡胶制品生产过程中最常用的金属,比如镀铜钢丝、铜的接插件、镶嵌在橡胶制品件上的铜件、设备上铝铜连接件等等,通常这些金属件都会混在橡胶粉中,无法用磁力棒、磁力架去除。而且往往这些金属件与废旧橡胶一同破碎从而混杂在一块,用肉眼都很难辨认。这些金属杂质的存在一方面影响橡胶制品的物性指标,导致产品品质下降,安全性能降低,另一方面必然使再生胶产品在应用范围上受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,发明了一种能够从橡胶中分离铁、铝、铜、锡、不锈钢等常见金属的金属分离器。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:金属分离器,其特征在于包括机架、风机、加料机、旋风分离器、输送管、产品捕集器、金属检出器,所述机架一端顺次安装有风机、加料机、旋风分离器,风机与加料机相连通,加料机出口与旋风分离器相连通,旋风分离器的出料口处设有输送管,输送管末端机架上安装有产品捕集器,产品捕集器下方安装金属检出机。
采用本发明的有益效果是:1、利用同样的直径的铝、铁、铜粒杂质与橡胶颗粒在空气中的悬浮速度有较大的差异,通过调整旋风分离器的入口切线风速,对橡胶中的金属杂质进行一次分离;2、利用金属杂质与橡胶颗粒对磁场作用的不同,通过金属检出器,对橡胶中的金属杂质进行二次分离,采用双重分离杂质的方式,能够在不影响橡胶原有性能的情况下,高效、快捷的分离废旧橡胶中的金属杂质。

本发明如图1所示,金属分离器,包括机架1、风机2、加料机3、旋风分离器4、输送管5、产品捕集器6、金属检出器7,机架1一端顺次安装有风机2、加料机3、旋风分离器4,风机2的出风口与加料机3相连通,加料机3出口与旋风分离器4相连通,旋风分离器4的出料口处设有输送管5,输送管5末端机架上安装有产品捕集器6,产品捕集器6下方安装金属检出器7。
