本发明公开了一种废旧塑料清洗装置及方法,涉及塑料清洁方法领域,用以解决现有的清洗方法效率低、无法满足工业化生产需求的缺陷。本发明进行两次破碎、两次清洗,使用热碱、表面活性剂、醇等进行清洗,清洗后表面无附着杂物,透光率可以达到88%以上。本发明用于废旧塑料的清洗。

本发明涉及一种废旧塑料清洁方法,具体地说,涉及一种废旧塑料清洗装置及方法。
背景技术
塑料制品因其重量轻、化学性能稳定、具有良好的电绝缘性能以及消声、减震等功能,在日常生活及工业生产中得到广泛的应用,随之带来的是废弃塑料的不断增多,目前,我国主要的废弃塑料种类有塑料薄膜(又称白色垃圾)、塑料编织品、泡沫塑料、塑料包装箱、塑料瓶、塑料容器等,如直接废弃不用则造成大量浪费和环境污染,而废旧塑料容易回收再利用,对废旧塑料的回收利用不仅能够减轻环境压力,而且能够对废弃物进行再次利用,增加其附加价值。
对废旧塑料的回收再利用主要包括清洗、粉碎、再加工三个步骤,清洗步骤最为关键,清洗的彻底程度直接影响着再次加工产品的质量。现有技术中,对废旧塑料的清洗方法主要有水洗、添加清洗剂清洗等,主要依赖人工进行清洗,效率较低,也无法进行大规模、可持续工业化的清洗。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种能够工业化应用的、效率较高、清洗效果较好的废旧塑料清洗装置及方法。
本发明所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将废旧塑料分类后进行预粉碎,粉碎后的尺寸为10±5cm;
(2)将粉碎后的废旧塑料进行一次清洗,清洗液为十二烷基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合液;
(3)清洗后的废旧塑料进行二次破碎,破碎后的尺寸为1-2cm;
(4)将二次破碎后的废旧塑料进行二次清洗,清洗液为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚的混合液,清洗液中还含有pH值调节剂、粘度调节剂和稳定剂;
(5)经二次清洗后的废旧塑料烘干后待用。
本发明先将废旧塑料进行破碎,在较小尺寸时,利用表面活性剂进行首次清洗,同时,利用热碱洗净塑料表面的油污;然后继续将废旧塑料进行破碎,破碎后能够增加废旧塑料的比表面积,能够增加废旧塑料与清洗液的接触面积,然后利用清洗液进行二次清洗,二次清洗使用的清洗液通过物理渗透作用,使附着在塑料表面的杂物发生轻微溶胀,进而发生剥离。清理效果也取决于清洗液的组分及用量,经过清洗后的废旧塑料,表面清洁,无其他杂物,且颜色均一,透光率能够达到88%以上。
进一步的,步骤(2)清洗液中,十二烷基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的用量分别为:50-100g/L 水、100-160g/L水,清洗液的pH=7.5-10.5。
优选的,步骤(2)中,清洗液温度为65-75℃,清洗时间为0.5-1小时。
进一步的,步骤(4)中,清洗液的用量为200-250g/L水,各组分的用量满足:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:异丙醇:丙二醇甲醚:3-4:1:6-8:4-12。
优选的,pH调节剂为氢氧化钠,粘度调节剂为石蜡或尿素,稳定剂为钼酸钠。
进一步的,步骤(2)和(4)中,清洗过程中对废旧塑料进行搅拌,搅拌方法为横向搅拌和纵向搅拌间歇进行,横向搅拌通过搅拌叶片实现,纵向搅拌通过控制废旧塑料上升和自由沉降实现。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种废旧塑料清洗装置,包括预粉碎装置、一次清洗池、二次破碎装置、二次清洗池和烘干池,所述预粉碎装置、一次清洗池、二次破碎装置、二次清洗池和烘干池顺次连接,一次清洗池和二次清洗池结构为:清洗池内设有清洗盘,清洗盘下设有液压升降机构,清洗盘内设有可升降的旋转叶片。
优选的,所述液压升降机构为三个,可单独升降,清洗盘底部为筛孔状结构且其上设有卸料口。
由于清洗盘底部为筛孔状结构,液压升降机构将清洗盘举高时,清洗盘内的清洗液从筛孔状结构中沥出,清洗盘内只剩下废旧塑料,然后液压升降机构带动清洗盘下降,在下降过程中,废旧塑料在清洗液的浮力作用下慢慢沉降到清洗盘底部,在沉降过程中塑料清洗速度要比静置状态好,再交替进行搅拌清洗,清洗效果更佳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的清洗方法,经过二次破碎、二次清洗,能够将废旧塑料表面的杂质清洗掉,肉眼看不到附着的污物,经过造粒、抽丝后塑料的色泽与清洗后的塑料保持一致,透光率能够达到88%以上;本发明所述的装置,尤其是一次清洗池和二次清洗池,能够间歇对废旧塑料进行横向搅拌和纵向搅拌,加速了清洗过程,提高了清洗效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步解释。
实施例1
本发明所述的废旧塑料清洗装置,如图1和2所示,包括顺次连接的预粉碎装置、一次清洗池、二次破碎装置、二次清洗池和烘干池,一次清洗池和二次清洗池结构为:清洗池内设有清洗盘2,清洗盘2底部为便于沥水的筛孔状结构,清洗盘2下设有液压升降机构3,液压升降机构3可设置为多个,本实施例为3个可独立升降的液压升降机构3。清洗盘2上方设有可升降的旋转叶片1,在升降机构的带动下,旋转叶片1可以下降到清洗盘2内进行搅拌,搅拌完毕后,可以升高旋转叶片1,进行下一步操作。
采用上述装置对废旧塑料进行清洗的步骤如下:
(1)将废旧塑料分类后进行预粉碎,本实施例选择的是聚碳酸酯类塑料,粉碎后的尺寸为10±5cm。
(2)将粉碎后的废旧塑料进行一次清洗,清洗液为十二烷基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合液,具体用量为十二烷基磺酸钠100g/L水、氢氧化钠100g/L水,清洗液的pH=8。清洗过程,保证清洗液的温度为65±1℃,通过旋转叶片1和液压升降机构3对废旧塑料进行搅拌:通过搅拌叶片1对物料进行横向搅拌,通过液压升降机构3控制废旧塑料上升和自由沉降进行纵向搅拌,横向搅拌和纵向搅拌间隔10分钟交替进行,共计搅拌1小时。
(3)清洗后的废旧塑料进行二次破碎,破碎后的尺寸为1-2cm;
(4)将二次破碎后的废旧塑料进行二次清洗,清洗液为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚的混合液;清洗液的用量为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30g/L 水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10g/L水、异丙醇60g/L水、丙二醇甲醚100g/L水,清洗液中还含有少量pH值调节剂(氢氧化钠)、粘度调节剂(石蜡)和稳定剂(钼酸钠)。
(5)经二次清洗后的废旧塑料烘干后待用。
经清洗后的塑料较为透明,表面肉眼观测不到附着物,透光率能够达到89%,经过抽丝造粒后得到3mm左右颗粒,颜色与抽丝造粒前一致。
实施例2
本实施例除以下特征外,与实施例1结构及步骤相同:
一次清洗液的组分及用量为:十二烷基磺酸钠50g/L水、氢氧化钠160g/L水,清洗液的 pH=10。清洗过程,保证清洗液的温度为70±1℃,横向搅拌和纵向搅拌间隔10分钟交替进行,共计搅拌40min。
二次清洗液的组分及用量为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40g/L水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10g/ L水、异丙醇80g/L水、丙二醇甲醚100g/L水,200-250g/L水,清洗液中还含有少量pH值调节剂(氢氧化钠)、粘度调节剂(石蜡)和稳定剂(钼酸钠)。
经清洗后的塑料较为透明,表面肉眼观测不到附着物,制作成4mm后的样条后透光率能够达到89%,经过抽丝造粒后得到3mm左右颗粒,颜色与抽丝造粒前一致。
实施例3
本实施例除以下特征外,与实施例1结构及步骤相同:
一次清洗液的组分及用量为:十二烷基磺酸钠80g/L水、氢氧化钠80g/L水,清洗液的 pH=9。清洗过程,保证清洗液的温度为75±1℃,横向搅拌和纵向搅拌间隔15分钟交替进行,共计搅拌45min。
二次清洗液的组分及用量为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚40g/L水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10g/ L水、异丙醇70g/L水、丙二醇甲醚120g/L水,200-250g/L水,清洗液中还含有少量pH值调节剂(氢氧化钠)、粘度调节剂(石蜡)和稳定剂(钼酸钠)。
经清洗后的塑料较为透明,表面肉眼观测不到附着物,制作成4mm后的样条后透光率能够达到88%,经过抽丝造粒后得到3mm左右颗粒,颜色与抽丝造粒前一致。
Claims (9)
1.一种废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将废旧塑料分类后进行预粉碎,粉碎后的尺寸为10±5cm;
(2)将粉碎后的废旧塑料进行一次清洗,清洗液为十二烷基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合液;
(3)清洗后的废旧塑料进行二次破碎,破碎后的尺寸为1-2cm;
(4)将二次破碎后的废旧塑料进行二次清洗,清洗液为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚的混合液,清洗液中还含有pH值调节剂、粘度调节剂和稳定剂;
(5)经二次清洗后的废旧塑料烘干后待用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)清洗液中,十二烷基磺酸钠和氢氧化钠的用量分别为:50-100g/L水、100-160g/L水,清洗液的pH=7.5-10.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,清洗液温度为65-75℃,清洗时间为0.5-1小时。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,清洗液的用量为200-250g/L水,各组分的用量满足:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:异丙醇:丙二醇甲醚:3-4:1:6-8:4-12。
5.根据权利要求4所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,pH调节剂为氢氧化钠,粘度调节剂为石蜡或尿素,稳定剂为钼酸钠。
6.根据权利要求4所述的废旧塑料清洗方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)和(4)中,清洗过程中对废旧塑料进行搅拌,搅拌方法为横向搅拌和纵向搅拌间歇进行,横向搅拌通过搅拌叶片实现,纵向搅拌通过控制废旧塑料上升和自由沉降实现。
