Abstract

本发明公开了一种管内壁除蜡装置，包括：直切刃、斜切刃，横杆，伸缩柄和把手；伸缩柄为带锁紧旋钮的伸缩杆结构；伸缩柄顶端固定有把手，底端垂直固定有横杆；横杆为双头伸缩杆；横杆的两个伸缩端端部均铰接一个斜切刃；横杆的两个伸缩端下端面均垂直固定有一个直切刃；直切刃与斜切刃之间设置有柱状弹簧，本发明当用于直径固定的直或者直管内壁时，可拆除斜切刃以及柱状弹簧，只利用直切刃调整好横杆两端的伸缩长度，使直切刃直接切于桶体或者管口内臂蜡膜外沿，然后使用者可通过直接下压的方式或者旋转下压的方式逐步切削掉桶体或者管内壁的蜡膜；当处理变径或者弯曲的管或桶体时，此时斜切刃装配，以斜切刃作为主要切削忍来切削蜡膜。

一种管内壁除蜡装置
技术领域
本发明涉及除垢装置，别涉及一种应用在输送蜡的管或者盛装蜡的桶内壁除蜡的装置。
背景技术
液态蜡的输送管使用后内壁均会有蜡残留形成内壁一层蜡膜，盛装蜡制品的桶体内壁也会形成一层蜡膜，现在这种蜡膜不出现影响使用的情况是不处理的，出现影响使用的情况一般采用加热溶蜡的方式去除，这种方式非常浪费能源和时间，而且回收的蜡品质融合杂质过多会导致无法再次使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题，提出一种应用在输送蜡的管或者盛装蜡的桶内壁除蜡的装置。
为达到以上目的，通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种管内壁除蜡装置，包括：
直切刃、斜切刃，横杆，伸缩柄和把手；
伸缩柄为带锁紧旋钮的伸缩杆结构；
伸缩柄顶端固定有把手，底端垂直固定有横杆；
横杆为双头伸缩杆；
其中，横杆的两个伸缩端端部均铰接一个斜切刃；横杆的两个伸缩端下端面均垂直固定有一个直切刃；
直切刃与斜切刃之间设置有柱状弹簧，且柱状弹簧通过螺栓倾斜装配于直切刃与斜切刃之间。
横杆与伸缩柄设置有加强筋。
把手上设置有防滑橡胶套。
采用上述技术方案的本发明，当用于直径固定的直或者直管内壁时，可拆除斜切刃以及柱状弹簧，只利用直切刃调整好横杆两端的伸缩长度，使直切刃直接切于桶体或者管口内臂蜡膜外沿，然后使用者可通过直接下压的方式或者旋转下压的方式逐步切削掉桶体或者管内壁的蜡膜；
当处理变径或者弯曲的管或桶体时，此时斜切刃装配，以斜切刃作为主要切削忍来切削蜡膜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种管内壁除蜡装置，包括：
直切刃1、斜切刃2，横杆3，伸缩柄4和把手5；
伸缩柄4为带锁紧旋钮6的伸缩杆结构；
伸缩柄4顶端固定有把手5，底端垂直固定有横杆3；
横杆3为双头伸缩杆；
其中，横杆3的两个伸缩端端部均铰接一个斜切刃2；横杆3的两个伸缩端下端面均垂直固定有一个直切刃1；
直切刃1与斜切刃2之间设置有柱状弹簧7，且柱状弹簧7通过螺栓倾斜装配于直切刃1与斜切刃2之间。
横杆3与伸缩柄4设置有加强筋8。
把手5上设置有防滑橡胶套。
采用上述技术方案的本发明，当用于直径固定的直或者直管内壁时，可拆除斜切刃2以及柱状弹簧7，只利用直切刃1调整好横杆3两端的伸缩长度，使直切刃1直接切于桶体或者管口内臂蜡膜外沿，然后使用者可通过直接下压的方式或者旋转下压的方式逐步切削掉桶体或者管内壁的蜡膜；
当处理变径或者弯曲的管或桶体时，此时斜切刃2装配，以斜切刃2作为主要切削忍来切削蜡膜。

直切刃(1)、斜切刃(2)，横杆(3)，伸缩柄(4)和把手(5)；
所述伸缩柄(4)为带锁紧旋钮(6)的伸缩杆结构；
所述伸缩柄(4)顶端固定有把手(5)，底端垂直固定有横杆(3)；
所述横杆(3)为双头伸缩杆；
其中，横杆(3)的两个伸缩端端部均铰接一个斜切刃(2)；横杆(3)的两个伸缩端下端面均垂直固定有一个直切刃(1)；
所述直切刃(1)与斜切刃(2)之间设置有柱状弹簧(7)，且柱状弹簧(7)通过螺栓倾斜装配于直切刃(1)与斜切刃(2)之间。
