When the fresh tea leaves are picked manually, the tea leaves in different states are mixed together and can be divided into broken leaves, one bud and one leaf, two buds and one leaf, one bud and multiple leaves and stems, the quality of the different types of fresh tea leaves is different, and finished products can be made different, so that the fresh tea leaves need to be sorted. At present, the tea leaves are sorted mainly by manpower, the working process is boring and single and the efficiency is low, and the tea leaves are required to be further improved.

A tea sorting device for suspending tea leaves by using a blower is characterized in that: the device comprises a feeding box, a feeding conveying mechanism, a sorting pipe, a discharging pipe and a discharging conveying mechanism which are sequentially arranged; the sorting pipes are vertically arranged, the top and the bottom are respectively provided with a feed inlet and a layering fan, and two corresponding side surfaces of the sorting pipes are respectively provided with a plurality of discharge holes arranged along the vertical direction and a plurality of cross flow fans aligned with the corresponding discharge holes one by one; each discharge hole is connected with a discharge pipe, and a discharge conveying mechanism is arranged below the outlet of each discharge pipe; and the sorting pipe is also provided with a sorting baffle mechanism for opening and closing the discharge hole and a layering baffle mechanism for layering and isolating the inner cavity.
The sorting baffle mechanism comprises a strip-shaped sorting baffle vertically arranged outside the discharge hole and a lifting cylinder for driving the sorting baffle to vertically move, and a plurality of notches matched with the shape of the discharge hole are formed in the sorting baffle; the layering baffle mechanism comprises a layering baffle horizontally arranged at the bottom of the inlet of the discharging pipe and a translation cylinder for driving the sorting baffle to horizontally move.

The layered fans are connected with the sorting pipes through bent pipes; the discharging pipe is L-shaped, the inlet of the discharging pipe horizontally extends to the discharging port, and the outlet of the discharging port vertically and downwardly extends to the upper part of the discharging conveying mechanism.
The feeding conveying mechanism comprises a first conveyor and a second conveyor which are connected in sequence.
The discharging and conveying mechanism comprises a third conveyor and a fourth conveyor which are sequentially connected.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
The invention uses the layering blower to blow up the tea leaves, and different types of tea leaves can suspend at different heights due to the difference of the self weights, thereby realizing the efficient sorting of the tea leaves, having simple principle, convenient operation and better popularization value.

The feeding conveying mechanism comprises a first conveyor 21 and a second conveyor 22 which are sequentially connected, a feeding box is fixed on the first conveyor, the first conveyor is horizontally arranged, and the second conveyor is obliquely arranged and used for conveying tea leaves upwards to a feed inlet of the sorting tube. The discharging and conveying mechanism comprises a third conveyor 23 and a fourth conveyor 24 which are connected in sequence, the third conveyor and the fourth conveyor are horizontally arranged, and the conveying speed of the fourth conveyor is greater than that of the third conveyor (the distance between tea leaves in discharging is increased, and the damage of the tea leaves is avoided). The quantity of the discharging pipes is the same with that of the discharging holes, the discharging pipes are L-shaped, the inlets of the discharging pipes horizontally extend and are connected with the discharging holes, the outlets of the discharging pipes vertically extend downwards, and a discharging conveying mechanism is arranged below the outlets of each discharging pipe. The number of the discharge holes is generally 2-6 (preferably 4), and the number of the discharge holes, the cross flow fan, the discharge pipe and the discharge conveying mechanism is the same.

When sorting, the sorting baffle moves downwards to block all the discharge holes, the sorting baffle stays outside the sorting pipe, and different types of tea leaves are layered in the sorting pipe due to weight difference under the blowing of the layering fan, so that the sorting pipe is sequentially divided into: one bud with leaves and stems, one bud with two leaves, one bud with one leaf and broken leaves; after the tea leaves are layered in the sorting pipes, the lifting air cylinder drives the sorting baffle to move upwards, the notch of the sorting baffle is aligned with the discharge hole, so that the sorting pipes are communicated with the discharge pipe, meanwhile, the translation air cylinder horizontally pushes the sorting baffle into the sorting pipes, inner cavities located at the positions of the discharge holes in the sorting pipes are mutually isolated, under the blowing of the cross-flow fan, one bud, multiple leaves and stems are discharged through the discharge pipe 44, one bud, two leaves are discharged through the discharge pipe 43, one bud, one leaf is discharged through the discharge pipe 42, and broken leaves are discharged through the discharge pipe 41.
The outside of sorting tube and discharging tube bottom all set up can supply the gliding spout of baffle (omitting in the figure), set up certain interval in order to select separately the baffle to slide between sorting tube and the discharging tube import, and the bottom border of discharge gate slightly is less than the bottom of discharging tube import in order to be convenient for layering baffle to slide, and the breach width of selecting separately the baffle is suitable for with layering baffle's width in order to pass through. The stroke of the lifting cylinder is matched with the height of the discharge hole, and the stroke of the translation cylinder is matched with the width of the cross section of the sorting pipe. The control module is used for controlling the layering blower, the cross flow blower, the lifting cylinder, the translation cylinder and the conveyors to work.
The power and the wind speed of the layering fans and the cross flow fans are selected through theoretical analysis and experiments, and then the position and the size of the discharge hole are determined according to layering conditions of the tea leaves in the sorting pipes under the corresponding wind speeds.

The working steps of the invention are as follows:
1) The device is in a static state when the device is not electrified in the initial state;
2) Throwing unsorted tea leaves into a feeding box, and starting a feeding conveying mechanism and a layering fan;
3) The feeding and conveying mechanism is closed after the unsorted tea leaves are fully put into the feeding port of the sorting pipe;
4) The tea leaves fall into the sorting tube under the action of gravity, and as the layering fans generate ascending air flow in the sorting tube, the tea leaves of different types stay at different heights of the sorting tube, so that suspension layering is realized;
5) Starting a sorting baffle mechanism and a layered sorting baffle mechanism, opening a discharging pipe after the sorting baffle moves upwards, enabling the layered baffle to extend into the sorting pipe to separate layered tea leaves, and enabling the tea leaves to fall on the layered baffle;
6) Closing the layering fans, and starting the cross flow fans and the discharging conveying mechanism;
7) The tea leaves are blown out by the cross flow fan through the discharging pipe and then collected by the discharging conveying mechanism;
8) The components are reset.
