Abstract
本发明公开了一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉、紫苏、麦芽、槟榔、维生素A、维生素、维生素E、烟酸、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化钴、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾、载体。本发明属于肉羊饲料技术领域,在遵照羊基本生理习性基础上,科学调配出了一套安全、高效的肉羊饲料配方,用该配方生产的饲料专门用于饲喂育肥期肉羊,可促进健康,提高饲料转化效率,简便易行。另外,对提升羊肉品质和风味都有显著效果,经济效益好,推广价值高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于肉羊饲料技术领域,具体是指一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂及其使用方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高以及消费观念的不断变化,羊肉逐步成为我国居民消费的重要肉产品之一,同时也逐渐由地区性季节性消费向全国全年性消费转变。羊肉具有蛋白质含量较高、胆固醇、脂肪的含量低等多种优点,尤其是羔羊肉具有瘦肉比例大、味美多汁、肌肉纤维细嫩、易能被人体消化和富有保健作用等特点,羊肉越来越被更多的人接受。目前市场对羊肉,特别是高档需求一直呈上升趋势,为养羊业的升级发展提供了条件。另外,养羊产业也是农民脱贫致富奔小康的最佳项目之一,因羊是草食节粮型家畜,可转化大量秸秆,发展养养产业可有效解决秸秆焚烧问题,保护生态环境。并且饲料配制技术仍是制约养羊产业发展的关键,因其费用占据总成本70%以上,所以谁掌握了安全高效饲料利用技术,就等于掌握了养羊产业的核心竞争力。
现阶段广大养殖户为了缩短羊的生产周期,获得更多的羊肉产品,往往在饲养过程中过分添加精饲料,这种急功近利的行为,不但改变了羊的草食家畜的经济属性,还会经常导致羊消化功能异常(如前胃迟缓等),严重的影响了羊的健康,发病死亡比例上升,容易带来食品安全风险,成本也高。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,发明人经多年生产实践,在遵照羊基本生理习性基础上,科学调配出了一套安全、高效的肉羊饲料配方,用该配方生产的饲料专门用于饲喂育肥期肉羊,可促进健康,提高饲料转化效率,简便易行。另外,对提升羊肉品质和风味都有显著效果,经济效益好,推广价值高。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉250~270份、紫苏53~57份、麦芽38~42份、槟榔23~27份、维生素A 1.1~1.5份、维生素D3 2.2~2.8份、维生素E 0.8~1.2份、烟酸2.3~2.7份、硫酸亚铁90~110份、硫酸锌84~88份、硫酸锰50~52份、硫酸铜14~18份、氯化钴18~22份、亚硒酸钠48~52份、碘化钾78~82份、载体208~212份。
进一步地,一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉260份、紫苏55份、麦芽40份、槟榔25份、维生素A 1.3份、维生素D3 2.5份、维生素E1.0份、烟酸2.5份、硫酸亚铁100份、硫酸锌86份、硫酸锰51份、硫酸铜16份、氯化钴20份、亚硒酸钠50份、碘化钾80份、载体210份。
进一步地,各组分中每千克有效成分的含量为:维生素A为400000IU,维生素D3为100000IU,维生素E为500IU;烟酸为250IU,硫酸亚铁为3000mg,硫酸锌为3000mg,硫酸锰为1600mg,硫酸铜为400mg,氯化钴为100mg,亚硒酸钠为50mg,碘化钾80mg。
作为优选地,所述维生素E中含有50%的重量分数的dl-a生育酚乙酸,硫酸亚铁中Fe重量含量为30%,硫酸亚铁中Zn重量含量为35%,硫酸锰中Mn重量含量为31.8%,硫酸铜中Cu重量含量为25.06%,氯化钴中Co重量含量为1%,亚硒酸钠中Se重量含量为1%,碘化钾中I重量含量为1%。
进一步地,所述饲料添加剂2%的重量比例添加至精料补充料中。
进一步地,与所述饲料添加剂配套的基础日粮成分为:高纤维类饲料、玉米、麦麸、棉粕、DDGS、豆粕、磷酸氢钙、石粉、食盐、专用饲料添加剂。
本发明所述的添加剂中含有松针粉、麦芽、槟榔、紫苏成分,利用这种饲料喂养育肥期肉羊,饲料转化率可提高15%以上,且肉的风味更好。该天然植物成分能够促进羊的体质健康,提高胃动力,促消化等功能。另外饲料中的松针粉和紫苏搭配,既能调节羊的生理功能,又属芳香型天然植物调味剂,富含不饱和脂肪酸等多种植物组分,具有去膻调味等功效。
具体效能作用如下所述:
(1)松针粉:是由多年生的古松叶采集后晾干、粉碎加工而成,其具有安神、止痒、解毒、祛风、通络等作用,新鲜的松叶羊不愿采食,但制干后磨成粉,羊非常喜食,具有镇静作用,减少能量消耗,改善肉质,且肉味鲜美;
(2)槟榔:槟榔是南方的一种植物,内涵槟榔碱,有驱虫、消食、倾泻、抗菌、抗病毒等功能,提高羊的抗病能力,麻痹体内寄生虫,进而减少营养消耗,提高饲料利用率等功能;
(3)麦芽:是用禾本科的大麦成熟果实,经发芽、干燥、炮制加工而成,有糊香味,羊喜食,具有健脾开胃、行气消食的作用,提高羊的健康,促进消化等功能;
(4)紫苏:长白山地区的一种芳香类植物,有诱食效果和调节羊肉风味功能;同时也具有宜脾开胃、促进胃肠蠕动及抗菌消炎等功能;
(5)镇静保健作用,羊摄取该饲料后特别安静自然,皮毛白净,体质健壮,患病少,成活率高,是理想的保健型功能性饲料;
(6)驱虫作用,有效地杀灭各种体内寄生虫作用显著,也能有效抑制蚊蝇叮咬,减少养殖场的蚊蝇危害,改善饲养环境;
(7)改善羊肉的品质和风味作用,羊摄取该饲料后,其肉的品质和风味都能得到显著改善,膻味降低,味道更加鲜美;
(8)无毒、无副作用,无药物残留,无耐药性,是减少或替代抗生素、驱虫药的手段之一,是无公害产品,促进健康。
本发明还公开了一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)专用饲料添加剂的配制;
先将松针、麦芽、槟榔、紫苏四味特种植物添加剂按上述比例粉碎成1mm以下的粉末后,混合均匀待用;然后将维生素添加剂与载体充分混合后待用;最后将加工好的特种植物预混剂再与各种维生素添加剂、矿物质添加剂一同放入混合机内充分混合均匀后定量包装后待用;
(2)精料补充料的配制;
所述精料补充料包括如下重量份组分:玉米粉57.5份、麦麸10份、棉粕17份、DDGS8份、豆粕3份、磷酸氢钙0.8份、石粉1.3份、食盐0.35份、专用饲料添加剂2份;
先用粉碎机将玉米粉、豆粕、棉粕大颗粒原料粉碎成直径≤3mm的粉粒,然后按步骤(3)重量比例配置,将上述各组分一起加入混合机中进行充分的拌和后进行分量包装待用;
(3)精料补充料与饲草的在各阶段的重量分数配合比例如下;
①育肥期第一个月每日饲喂玉米秸秆粉65%,精料补充料35%;第二个月起每日饲喂玉米秸秆粉比例减少至55%,精料补充料增加至45%;最后一个月每日饲草比例减少至45%,精饲料增加至55%;②上述饲草和精料补充料湿拌混合饲喂,每日饲喂2次,每次采食2小时;③全天保证充足干净饮水。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明是在育肥羊的饲料中添加特种天然植物性功能组分,通过调节羊的生理消化机能,增强体质,降低营养消耗、科学合理搭配精粗饲料比例,使各种营养成分在体内相互促进,协同作用等综合措施提升羊对饲料的利用率,同时改善羊肉品质和风味,促进环保,降低成本等多重目标的实现。利用本发明所述的专用饲料喂养的肉羊,饲料转化效率可提高15%以上,出栏期可缩短10-15天,成活率提高3.2%,屠宰率提高2-3%,经济效益好。利用本发明所述的专用饲料喂养的羊屠宰后,肉质好、大理石状花纹明显、膻味小,鲜嫩多汁、香而不腻,可专门用于生产高档的肥羔羊肉,产品附加值高,市场前景广阔。本饲料添加剂属天然植物有效成分,肉中没有化学残留,食用安全可靠。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1,本发明安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉260份、紫苏55份、麦芽40份、槟榔25份、维生素A 1.3份、维生素D3 2.5份、维生素E 1.0份、烟酸2.5份、硫酸亚铁100份、硫酸锌86份、硫酸锰51份、硫酸铜16份、氯化钴20份、亚硒酸钠50份、碘化钾80份、载体210份。
本发明安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)专用饲料添加剂的配制;
先将松针、麦芽、槟榔、紫苏四味特种植物添加剂按上述比例粉碎成1mm以下的粉末后,混合均匀待用;然后将维生素添加剂与载体充分混合后待用;最后将加工好的特种植物预混剂再与各种维生素添加剂、矿物质添加剂一同放入混合机内充分混合均匀后定量包装后待用;
(2)精料补充料的配制;
所述精料补充料包括如下重量份组分:玉米粉57.5份、麦麸10份、棉粕17份、DDGS8份、豆粕3份、磷酸氢钙0.8份、石粉1.3份、食盐0.35份、专用饲料添加剂2份;
先用粉碎机将玉米粉、豆粕、棉粕大颗粒原料粉碎成直径≤3mm的粉粒,然后按步骤(3)重量比例配置,将上述各组分一起加入混合机中进行充分的拌和后进行分量包装待用;
(3)精料补充料与饲草的在各阶段的重量分数配合比例如下;
②育肥期第一个月每日饲喂玉米秸秆粉65%,精料补充料35%;第二个月起每日饲喂玉米秸秆粉比例减少至55%,精料补充料增加至45%;最后一个月每日饲草比例减少至45%,精饲料增加至55%;②上述饲草和精料补充料湿拌混合饲喂,每日饲喂2次,每次采食2小时;③全天保证充足干净饮水。
实施例2,本发明安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉250份、紫苏54份、麦芽39份、槟榔24份、维生素A 1.2份、维生素D3 2.3份、维生素E 1.1份、烟酸2.4份、硫酸亚铁95份、硫酸锌86份、硫酸锰50份、硫酸铜16份、氯化钴19份、亚硒酸钠49份、碘化钾79份、载体209份。
具体使用方法同实施例1。
以实施例1为例,本发明所述的安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂配方见表1所示:

1.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉250~270份、紫苏53~57份、麦芽38~42份、槟榔23~27份、维生素A 1.1~1.5份、维生素D3 2.2~2.8份、维生素E 0.8~1.2份、烟酸2.3~2.7份、硫酸亚铁90~110份、硫酸锌84~88份、硫酸锰50~52份、硫酸铜14~18份、氯化钴18~22份、亚硒酸钠48~52份、碘化钾78~82份、载体208~212份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:松针粉260份、紫苏55份、麦芽40份、槟榔25份、维生素A 1.3份、维生素D3 2.5份、维生素E 1.0份、烟酸2.5份、硫酸亚铁100份、硫酸锌86份、硫酸锰51份、硫酸铜16份、氯化钴20份、亚硒酸钠50份、碘化钾80份、载体210份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,各组分中每千克有效成分的含量为:维生素A为400000IU,维生素D3为100000IU,维生素E为500IU;烟酸为250IU,硫酸亚铁为3000mg,硫酸锌为3000mg,硫酸锰为1600mg,硫酸铜为400mg,氯化钴为100mg,亚硒酸钠为50mg,碘化钾80mg。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述维生素E中含有50%的重量分数的dl-a生育酚乙酸,硫酸亚铁中Fe重量含量为30%,硫酸亚铁中Zn重量含量为35%,硫酸锰中Mn重量含量为31.8%,硫酸铜中Cu重量含量为25.06%,氯化钴中Co重量含量为1%,亚硒酸钠中Se重量含量为1%,碘化钾中I重量含量为1%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂2%的重量比例添加至精料补充料中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,与所述饲料添加剂配套的基础日粮成分为:高纤维类饲料、玉米、麦麸、棉粕、DDGS、豆粕、磷酸氢钙、石粉、食盐、专用饲料添加剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述高纤维类饲料为秸秆粉。
8.一种安全高效的肉羊育肥期专用饲料添加剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)专用饲料添加剂的配制;
先将松针、麦芽、槟榔、紫苏四味特种植物添加剂按上述比例粉碎成1mm以下的粉末后,混合均匀待用;然后将维生素添加剂与载体充分混合后待用;最后将加工好的特种植物预混剂再与各种维生素添加剂、矿物质添加剂一同放入混合机内充分混合均匀后定量包装后待用;
(2)精料补充料的配制;
所述精料补充料包括如下重量份组分:玉米粉57.5份、麦麸10份、棉粕17份、DDGS 8份、豆粕3份、磷酸氢钙0.8份、石粉1.3份、食盐0.35份、专用饲料添加剂2份;
