本发明是一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板;(2)辊涂正面;(3)转印;(4)覆膜。本发明无甲醛、笨等有害气体释放,为绿色环保产品;采用无机和氟碳涂层的产品,大大的提高了产品在外墙应用中的抗紫外线性能;表面光滑并覆涂特殊抗菌涂料,使得细菌不易繁殖,体现出优异的抗菌性能;板材面密度高,有良好的隔音性能,安装系统形成空腔达到吸声效果;采用特殊防静电的涂料,产品表面具有防静电功效;受冷热膨胀收缩系数小,随温度的变化板材尺寸几乎无变化。本发明耐久性好、轻质、易清洁、节能环保、已加工、防水、耐药性优。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种转印技术领域,特别是一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺。
背景技术
热转印就是将花纹图案印刷到耐热性胶纸上,通过加热、加压,将油墨层的花纹图案印到成品材料上的一种技术。即使是多种颜色的图案,由于转印作业只是一个流程,故顾客可缩短印刷图案作业,减少由于印刷错误造成的材料(成品)损失。利用热转印膜印刷可将多色团一次成团,无需套色,简单的设备也可印出逼真的图案。但是现有的转印技术成品在耐久性、防水、防腐、抗菌、抗紫外线均存在不用成都的缺陷,不能满足现有客户的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种可制出成品耐久性好、轻质、防水、抗菌、抗紫外线、节能环保的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的。本发明是一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺,其特点是,包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板:将基板背面用用UV渗透进行封闭,采用40-120目的砂光机对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证基本厚度,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV渗透并固化,用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;再辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步骤(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化;(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。
本发明一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺技术方案中,进一步优选的技术方案特征是:所述基板为100%无石棉。

实施例1,一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板:将基板背面用用UV渗透进行封闭,采用40-120目的砂光机对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证基本厚度,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV渗透并固化,用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;再辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步骤(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化;(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。所用原材料均为UV光固化涂料,不含任何有机溶剂,环保无污染。
实施例2,实施例1所述的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺中:所述基板为100%无石棉。所述基材中100%无石棉成分,是新型绿色环保产品。
实施例3,实施例1或2所述的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺中:包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板:背面用UV渗透进行封闭,防止吸潮;正面用40目的砂带对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证同一批基板的厚度一致,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV渗透并固化(作用是封闭,提高漆膜的附着力),用240目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用240目的砂带砂光(作用是保证表面光滑、进一步提高后序漆膜的附着力,并对基板表面进行二次封闭),粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步奏(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化。根据客户需求,辊涂UV氟碳罩光面漆或淋涂(辊涂)UV高光面漆,通过加温流平后完全固化;(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。
实施例4,实施例1或2或3所述的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺中:包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板:将基板背面用用UV渗透进行封闭,采用120目的砂光机对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证基本厚度,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV渗透并固化,用320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;再辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步骤(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化;(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。
实施例5,实施例1-4任一项所述的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺中:包括以下步骤:(1)处理基板:将基板背面用用UV渗透进行封闭,采用120目的砂光机对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证基本厚度,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,然后辊涂UV渗透并固化,用300目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;再辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用300目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步骤(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化;(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。

Claims (2)

1.一种墙体装饰板UV转印工艺,其特正在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)处理基板:将基板背面用UV渗透进行封闭,后采用40-120目的砂光机对基板表面进行定厚砂光,保证基本厚度,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘,再辊涂UV渗透并固化,用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;再辊涂UV底漆,UV固化,采用240-320目的砂带砂光,粉尘清扫机去除粉尘;
(2)辊涂正面:在基板的正面辊涂UV板上胶,UV半固化,辊涂膜下胶,送入转印机;
(3)转印:根据转印膜颜色深浅,确定开UV固化灯的开灯数量,将转印膜通过转印机附着在步骤(2)后的基板上,然后辊涂UV附着底,并UV半固化;
(4)覆膜:将薄膜通过覆膜机附着于步骤(3)后的基板上,完成包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的墙体装饰板UV转印工艺,其特征在于:所述基板为100%无石棉。
