本发明涉及一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，属于护理用品技术领域。
背景技术
如今，全球数百万的成年人因各种因素而罹患尿失禁病症，包括糖尿病、怀孕、分娩、更年期、前列腺问题等，失禁人群已经不仅仅出现在老年人中，在上班族中也越来越常见，无论是男性还是女性可能都会出现这种情况。失禁除了会造成尴尬的情境，还可能会影响身体健康。
专利CN201692164U是一种男性尿失禁垫，垫体是由木浆和高分子混合构成的棉芯层，棉芯层的正面是无纺布，背面为防水膜层，虽然吸液量很大，但不具备抗菌除臭的特性，经长时间使用后，容易滋生细菌，影响身体健康。
专利CN102076241A是一种既具有纸失禁裤功能，又具有外穿短裤功能的短裤式外穿纸失禁裤，其吸收层中置有高分子树脂，说明此失禁裤为一次性产品，不可重复使用，当尿湿更换时必须将整个失禁裤更换，使用成本比较高，这对于一大批中老年低收入者来说在经济上是个极大的负担。
综上所述，为了克服失禁产品现有的缺陷，研发在抗菌、高吸水、防漏等情况下成本又相对较低的技术方案，仍是目前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种集多种功能于一身的失禁垫，其除了具有防漏、防侧漏、吸水性强等特性外，还具有抗菌除臭、面层可洗涤、内胆可更换的优良特性，满足健康、经济、环保、美观的要求。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，包括面层，面层内设有由导流层、吸收层、底膜依次覆合一体成型构成的内胆；所述面层由卡普龙铜离子纤维和涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成；所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布；所述吸收层由高分子吸水树脂和木浆纤维组成；所述底膜采用PE透气膜。
优选地，所述面层由以质量百分比计的20％卡普龙铜离子纤维和80％涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成，面密度为210g/m2，纱线支数为40S；卡普龙铜离子纤维的纤维长度为38mm，细度为2.5D；涤纶纤维的纤维长度为51mm，细度为2D。
优选地，所述香味涤纶机织布由涤纶香味纱线机织而成，面密度为37g/m2，涤纶香味纱线是将艾叶植物精油复合在纤维芯内的涤纶纤维混纺而成，其纤维长度为40mm，纤维细度为5D；香味涤纶机织布为平纹结构，经纱细度为75D，纬纱细度为60D，经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm。导流层这种特殊的纤网结构设计，使得纱线沿纵向排列比横向排列要多，从而有利于液体沿纤网纵向扩散，大大增加了吸收层的利用效率。另外，采用香味纱线使该失禁垫具有抗菌、除臭的功效，即使在洗涤30～50次后仍保持该功能。
优选地，所述吸收层由以质量百分比计的30％～35％高吸水树脂和65％～70％木浆纤维采用干法造纸成型技术制成，面密度为100g/m2～140g/m2；高吸水树脂的粒径为110mesh，pH＝7，粘度为99S；木浆纤维采用针叶短纤维，长度为3mm，宽度为45μm，白度高，纯度为100％。
优选地，所述PE透气膜厚度为0.021mm，面密度为35g/m2。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：
(1)采用卡普龙铜离子纤维，可强力持久地抗菌、除臭、自洁，反复洗涤50次后对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率仍然达99％；
(2)导流层采用独特的网状结构，使尿液快速扩散、渗透；
(3)通过在涤纶纤维芯内添加植物精油，从而达到抗菌、除臭的效果；
(4)采用高吸水树脂SAP和木浆纤维，增加尿液的吸收，加快尿液的扩散；
(5)采用高分子吸水树脂，吸水性极强，吸收尿液后形成凝胶，可有效避免异味及渗漏发生，延长使用寿命，减少皮肤刺激；
(6)通过在高吸水树脂中混入木浆纤维，目的在于保持失禁垫的平整和柔软性，防止因SAP吸水膨胀后形成过多的凝胶，从而起坨；
(7)采用PE透气膜，既防水透气，又能因为PE透气膜柔软的特性避免人们在行走过程中发出“吱吱吱”的声音。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂，兹以优选实施例，作详细说明如下。
实施例1-3所使用的原料均为市售。卡普龙铜离子纤维由上海正家牛奶丝科技有限公司提供，涤纶纤维由杭州莫斯力化纤有限公司提供；香味涤纶纤维由深圳市洋仟材料应用技术有限责任公司提供；SAP由复纳新材源头厂家提供；木浆纤维由上海凯昌国际贸易有限公司提供；PE透气膜由佛山市益昌塑胶实业有限公司提供。
实施例1-3所制得的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫的性能测试方法具体如下：
1、单位面积质量的测定按GB/T 24218.1-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第1部分：单位面积质量的测定”；
2、厚度测定按GB/T 24218.2-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第2部分：厚度的测定”；
3、透气性测试按GB/T 5453-1997“纺织品织物透气性测试”；
4、吸液量测定按GB/T 24218.8-2010“纺织品非织造布试验方法第6部分：吸收性的测定”；
5、抗菌性测试按GB/T 20944.3-2008“纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分：振荡法”。
实施例1
将导流层、吸收层、底膜采用干法造纸技术一体成型构成内胆，置于枕头套状的面层中，其具体工艺为：
(一)面层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20％：80％的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布，面密度为210g/m2；
(二)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm、纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成失禁垫的导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(三)吸收层的制备：采用粒径为110mesh，pH＝7，粘度为99S的高分子吸水树脂SAP和长度为3mm，宽度为45μm的木浆纤维以30％：70％的比例构成吸收层，面密度为100g/m2；
(四)底膜的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜构成失禁垫的底层。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，经测试，其厚度为4.13mm，克重为382g/m2，饱和吸液量为350mL，透气率为16.84mm/s，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。
实施例2
将导流层、吸收层、底膜采用干法造纸技术一体成型构成内胆，置于枕头套状的面层中，其具体工艺为：
(一)面层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20％：80％的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布，面密度为210g/m2；
(二)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm、纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成失禁垫的导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(三)吸收层的制备：采用粒径为110mesh，pH＝7，粘度为99S的高分子吸水树脂SAP和长度为3mm，宽度为45μm的木浆纤维以32％：68％的比例构成吸收层，面密度为120g/m2；
(四)底膜的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜构成失禁垫的底层。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，经测试，其厚度为4.65mm，克重为402g/m2，饱和吸液量为480mL，透气率为16.09mm/s，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。
实施例3
将导流层、吸收层、底膜采用干法造纸技术一体成型构成内胆，置于枕头套状的面层中，其具体工艺为：
(一)面层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20％：80％的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布，面密度为210g/m2；
(二)导流层的制备：采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线，采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm、纬密为90根/10cm的机织布，构成失禁垫的导流层，面密度为37g/m2；
(三)吸收层的制备：采用粒径为110mesh，pH＝7，粘度为99S的高分子吸水树脂SAP和长度为3mm，宽度为45μm的木浆纤维以35％：65％的比例构成吸收层，面密度为140g/m2；
(四)底膜的制备：采用面密度为35g/m2，透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜构成失禁垫的底层。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，经测试，其厚度为4.13mm，克重为422g/m2，饱和吸液量为570mL，透气率为15.48mm/s，对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98％，对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70％。

Claims (7)

1.一种带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，包括面层，面层内设有由导流层、吸收层、底膜依次覆合一体成型构成的内胆；所述面层由卡普龙铜离子纤维和涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成；所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布；所述吸收层由高分子吸水树脂和木浆纤维组成；所述底膜采用PE透气膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述面层由以质量百分比计的20％卡普龙铜离子纤维和80％涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成，面密度为210g/m2，纱线支数为40S；卡普龙铜离子纤维的纤维长度为38mm，细度为2.5D；涤纶纤维的纤维长度为51mm，细度为2D。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述香味涤纶机织布由涤纶香味纱线机织而成，面密度为37g/m2，涤纶香味纱线是将艾叶植物精油复合在纤维芯内的涤纶纤维混纺而成，其纤维长度为40mm，纤维细度为5D；香味涤纶机织布为平纹结构，经纱细度为75D，纬纱细度为60D，经密为100根/10cm，纬密为90根/10cm。
4.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述吸收层由以质量百分比计的30％～35％高吸水树脂和65％～70％木浆纤维采用干法造纸成型技术制成，面密度为100g/m2～140g/m2；高吸水树脂的粒径为110mesh，pH＝7，粘度为99S；木浆纤维采用针叶短纤维，长度为3mm，宽度为45μm，纯度为100％。
5.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述PE透气膜厚度为0.021mm，面密度为35g/m2。
6.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述内胆采用干法造纸技术一体成型。
7.如权利要求1所述的带有可拆卸内胆的失禁垫，其特征在于，所述面层呈枕头套状。
