Abstract
本发明涉及一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液及其制备方法,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质3.0~7.0g、脂肪1.6~5.6g、碳水化合物7.72~17.72g、膳食纤维0.6~2.6g、维生素100~200mg、无机盐325~725mg,特异性营养补充剂10~30mg、水65~85g;本发明产品特点是:包含人体所需的各种营养素,含多种膳食纤维,通过多种人体所需维生素和特异性营养补充剂的复配,各成分的比例适当,能够提供安全均衡、符合生理需要的各种营养素和微量元素,并且具有突出的降血糖作用,尤其适用于糖尿病患者,能够改善患者的营养状况和生活质量。本发明产品的生产工艺简单,原料来源广泛,携带方便,食用简便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及药食同源类特殊医学用途配方食品领域,具体涉及一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种由于胰岛素分泌缺陷和/或胰岛素作用障碍所致的,以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。持续高血糖与长期代谢紊乱等可导致全身组织器官,特别是眼、肾、心血管及神经系统的损害及其功能障碍和衰竭。严重者可引起失水,电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等急性并发症酮症酸中毒和高渗昏迷。世界卫生组织2011年的的报告指出全世界有3.46亿人患有糖尿病,2004年估计有340万人死于高血糖引起的后果,超过80%的糖尿病死亡发生在低收入和中等收入国家,近30年来,我国糖尿病患病率显著增加。1980年全国14省市30万人的流行病学资料显示,糖尿病的患病率为0.7%。2007-2008年,在中华医学会糖尿病学分会组织下,全国14个省市进行了糖尿病的流行病学调查。结果显示我国20岁以上的成年人糖尿病患病率为9.7%。
糖尿病的成因大致有以下两种:(1)遗传因素,1型或2型糖尿病均存在明显的遗传异质性,糖尿病存在家族发病倾向,1/4~1/2患者有糖尿病家族史;(2)环境因素,进食过多,体力活动减少导致的肥胖是2型糖尿病最主要的环境因素,使具有2型糖尿病遗传易感性的个体容易发病。
糖尿病的治疗包括糖尿病教育、饮食治疗、运动治疗、药物治疗、血糖监测、以及其他心血管疾病危险因子的检测和控制几个方面。
饮食治疗是各种类型糖尿病基础治疗的首要措施。饮食治疗的原则是:控制总热量和体重。减少食物中脂肪,尤其是饱和脂肪酸含量,增加食物纤维含量,使食物中碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质的所占比例合理。控制膳食总能量的摄入,合理均衡分配各种营养物质。维持合理体重,超重/肥胖患者减少体重的目标是在3-6个月期间体重减轻5%-10%。消瘦患者应通过均衡的营养计划恢复并长期维持理想体重。“药食同源”是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一;中医历来强调“药疗不如食疗”,食疗成为现代人追求返璞归真、健康饮食的最佳选择;让人们在享受美食的过程中祛除病痛,避免了打针、吃药,甚至手术之苦。
特殊医学用途配方食品(foods for special medical purposes,FSMP)是指为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。在营养支持产品中,全营养配方产品是可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。
目前,国外一些公司的相关产品在中国已申请专利或上市。比如美国雅培公司的安素,荷兰纽迪希亚公司的能全力,德国的瑞素和瑞能,日本的味之素等。由于人种、饮食结构、地理位置等的不同,中国人与其它地域人群的膳食营养存在一定差异,上述国外公司研发的配方不能有效的解决中国人的营养支持问题。特别地,对于糖尿病患者来说,上述产品可能仅能提供有效的营养支持,单不能有效控制血糖水平。
中华人民共和国国家卫生与计划生育委员会与2013年12月26日发布、2014年7月1日实施的《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》(GB29922-2013)以及后续发布的相应问答中规定:糖尿病患者由于遗传因素、内分泌功能紊乱等原因引发糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱。针对上述情况,糖尿病类产品调整了宏量营养素的比例和钠的含量,强调产品的低血糖生成指数(低GI),为患者提供全面而均衡的营养支持,强调糖尿病病人用全营养配方食品应满足如下技术要求:
1)应为低血糖生成指数(GI)配方,GI≤55;
2)饱和脂肪酸的供能比应不超过10%;
3)碳水化合物供能比应为30-60%,膳食纤维的含量应不低于0.3g/100kJ(1.4g/100kcal);
4)钠的含量应不低于7mg/100kJ(30mg/100kcal),不高于42mg/100kJ(175mg/100kcal)。
上述规定为糖尿病病人用全营养配方食品的研究开发奠定了基础。
关于糖尿病病人用全营养配方食品,华瑞制药有限公司在国家食品药品监督管理局注册了瑞代牌乳剂产品,其主要以木薯淀粉和谷物淀粉为碳水化合物来源为特征。相关中国专利文献有:CN1553805A涉及一种液体控制血糖水平的营养组合物,其主要以异麦芽酮糖为碳水化合物来源为特征,口服或管饲用于糖尿病患者或防治肥胖;CN102783636A涉及一种防治糖尿病食品的营养补充剂及其应用,其主要以微量元素铬、硒、锌、钙、钒并添加中药提取物为特征;CN105533704A涉及一种含有食药两用菌的抗糖尿病食品,其主要以药食两用食用菌粉以及中药粉为特征;CN101933630A涉及一种中药强化的糖尿病食品及其制备方法,其主要以中药提取物强化为特征;CN1515186A涉及一种适用于糖尿病人的全营养素液体食品及其制造方法,具体限定了碳水化合物的成分含有直链淀粉量为70±10%且经过α-淀粉酶轻度水解的食用淀粉以及蛋白质中豆基蛋白质占蛋白质总质量的50-100%。
糖尿病人用全营养配方食品是糖尿病人的饭,不是保健食品或降血糖药品。以上技术均存在一定的缺点,如各种营养素和微量元素搭配不够均衡,影响患者营养吸收,导致患者营养不良;为达到快速降糖目的大量添加中药提取物,这是国家标准中不允许添加的;制备方法过于复杂;产品口感和风味不佳等。
技术内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
第一方面,本发明涉及一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质3.0~7.0g、脂肪1.6~5.6g、碳水化合物7.72~17.72g、膳食纤维0.6~2.6g、维生素100~200mg、无机盐325~725mg,特异性营养补充剂10~30mg、水65~85g;
其中,所述蛋白质包含:酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和大豆蛋白;
所述脂肪包含:芥花油、红花籽油,但不含反式脂肪,并且饱和脂肪的含量为总脂肪的5%~25%;
所述碳水化合物包含:麦芽糊精;
所述膳食纤维包含:大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖;
所述维生素包含:维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、生物素、胆碱、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸和肌醇;
所述无机盐包含:泛酸钙、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、磷酸氢二钾、氯化钾、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硒酸钠、钼酸钠和碘化钾。
所述特异性营养补充剂包含:牛磺酸和肉碱。
作为优选技术方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质4.0~6.0g、脂肪2.6~4.6g、碳水化合物10.22~15.22g、膳食纤维1.1~2.1g、维生素125~175mg、无机盐425~625mg,特异性营养补充剂15~25mg、水70~80g。
作为优选方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质4.5~5.5g(优选为5.0g)、脂肪3.1~4.1g(优选为3.6g)、碳水化合物11.72~13.72g(优选为12.72g)、膳食纤维1.4~1.8g(优选为1.6g)、维生素135~165mg(优选为150mg)、无机盐475~575mg(优选为525mg),特异性营养补充剂18~22mg(优选为20mg)、水73~77g(优选为75.5g)。
作为优选方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述蛋白质包含:酪蛋白4.5~6.5g(优选为5.5g)、乳清蛋白0.25~0.45g(优选为0.35g)和大豆蛋白0.3~0.5g(优选为0.4g)。
作为优选方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述脂肪包含:芥花油1.4g~3.4g(优选为2.4g)、红花籽油0.6~1.0g(优选为0.8g),其中,饱和脂肪的含量为总脂肪的10%~20%(优选14.4%)。
作为优选方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述膳食纤维包含:大豆纤维0.12~0.32g(优选为0.22g)、抗性淀粉0.32~0.72g(优选为0.52g)、菊糖0.32~0.72g(优选为0.52g)和果寡糖0.23~0.63g(优选为0.43g)。

作为优选方案之一,所述全营养配方液还包含调味品,其选自香料和甜味剂中的一种或两种,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,香料用量为0.1~1.0g(优选0.5g),甜味剂用量为0.001~0.01g(优选0.008g),优选地所述甜味剂选自三氯蔗糖。
作为优选方案之一,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述无机盐包含:泛酸钙0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.0012g)、碳酸钙0.01~1.0g(优选为0.2g)、柠檬酸钠0.01~1.0g(优选为0.2g)、氯化镁0.001~0.1g(优选为0.04g)、氧化镁0.001~0.1g(优选为0.05g)、磷酸氢二钾0.001~0.1g(优选为0.04g)、氯化钾0.01~1.0g(优选为0.1g)、氯化钠0.01~1.0g(优选为0.12g)、柠檬酸钾0.01~1.0g(优选为0.1g)、硫酸锌0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.0035g)、硫酸亚铁0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.006g)、硫酸锰0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.002g)、硫酸铜0.00001~0.001g(优选为0.0004g)、氯化铬0.00001~0.001g(优选为0.00015g)、硒酸钠0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.000015g)、钼酸钠0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.00003g)和碘化钾0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.00002g)。
作为优选方案之一,所述全营养配方液还包含乳化剂(优选卡拉胶0.02g)及乳化稳定剂(优选卵磷脂0.2~0.6g和脂肪酸甘油酯0.2g),以上重量均以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计。
第二方面,本发明提供一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液的制备方法,包括将上述各成分混合均匀;
优选地,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备以下溶液:
溶液A:由脂肪(芥花油、花红籽油)、乳化剂(卡拉胶)、卵磷脂和脂溶性维生素预混料组成,其中脂溶性维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K组成;
溶液B:由蛋白质(酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和大豆蛋白)和水组成;
溶液C:由水、碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)、膳食纤维(大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖)、和浓度为35%的氢氧化钾组成;
溶液D:由非脂溶性维生素(维生素C、胆碱、烟酸、维生素B12、泛酸、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、叶酸、生物素、肌醇)和水组成;
溶液E:由无机盐(泛酸钙、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、磷酸氢二钾、氯化钾、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硒酸钠、钼酸钠和碘化钾)和水组成;
溶液F:由水、特异性营养补充剂和调味剂组成,优选由水、牛磺酸、肉碱、香料和三氯蔗糖组成;将溶液A、B、C、D、E和F混合后在55-65℃下搅拌,调节pH至6.5-6.8;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加热至70-75℃,0.1-0.2MPa下脱气,后于8-10MPa下乳化后加热至98-102℃,后加热至146-147℃,保持3-8秒;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物冷却至98-102℃;后基板散热降温至70-75℃,
(4)在氮气的保护下,将步骤(3)得到的混合物在30-50MPa压力下均质,后在70-80℃下保持13-20秒,后冷却至2-6℃,即得。
技术效果
本发明所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液中,包含人体所需的各种营养素,即蛋白质、脂类、碳水化合物、维生素、无机盐和膳食纤维。
本发明的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液中通过多种人体所需维生素和特异性营养补充剂的复配,不仅提供全面的营养支持,并且可达到提高提高机体免疫力、改善人体代谢,尤其是对于人体的血糖代谢以及促进脂肪转化起到突出的效果。作为特异性营养补充剂的牛磺酸是人体不可缺少的氨基酸,具有维持正常视觉功能、维持渗透压平衡、维持细胞膜温度、降血糖、保护组织缺血再灌注损伤、提高机体免疫力、调节脂类分泌、保护心肌细胞等广泛的生物学作用。此外,牛磺酸还有助于帮助细胞膜形成及胆酸进行脂肪乳化。肉碱的主要生理功能是促进脂肪转化成能量,利于减少人体脂肪堆积。
本发明产品包含多种膳食纤维,包含大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖,能够有效促进消化、调节血糖并减少消化过程中对脂肪的吸收。
本发明产品还含有特定含量的卵磷脂,除了作为乳化稳定剂外,作为被誉为与蛋白质、维生素并列的“第三营养素”,其能够保护肝脏、清洁血管、调整血糖。
本发明产品中的蛋白质100%来源于优质蛋白质,其中富含精氨酸和支链氨基酸,有助于增加蛋白质合成、预防分解代谢,促进细胞与组织的修复,有利于增强机体免疫力,降低术后感染风险。
本发明产品中还包含香料、甜味剂等调味品,能够改善口感。

实施例1:本发明的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液的制备

2、制备方法
(1)制备以下溶液:
溶液A:由脂肪(芥花油、花红籽油)、乳化剂(卡拉胶)、卵磷脂和脂溶性维生素预混料组成,其中脂溶性维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K组成;
溶液B:由蛋白质(酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和大豆蛋白)和水组成;
溶液C:由水、碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)、膳食纤维(大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖)、和浓度为35%的氢氧化钾组成;
溶液D:由非脂溶性维生素(维生素C、胆碱、烟酸、维生素B12、泛酸、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、叶酸、生物素、肌醇)和水组成;
溶液E:由无机盐(泛酸钙、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、磷酸氢二钾、氯化钾、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硒酸钠、钼酸钠和碘化钾)和水组成;
溶液F:由水、特异性营养补充剂和调味剂组成,优选由水、牛磺酸、肉碱、香料和三氯蔗糖组成;将溶液A、B、C、D、E和F混合后在55-65℃下搅拌,调节pH至6.5-6.8;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加热至70-75℃,0.1-0.2MPa下脱气,后于8-10MPa下乳化后加热至98-102℃,后加热至146-147℃,保持3-8秒;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物冷却至98-102℃;后基板散热降温至70-75℃,
(4)在氮气的保护下,将步骤(3)得到的混合物在30-50MPa压力下均质,后在70-80℃下保持13-20秒,后冷却至2-6℃,即得。
需要说明的是,最终产品中的水为上述溶液B~F配制中使用的水的用量的总和,关于溶液B~F中各自使用的水量,以能够将相应的营养物质全部均匀地溶解为原则进行分配。
本实施例制备得到的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液的检测结果如表2:

以实施例1和2得到的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液为例,将其与《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途配方食品通则》GB 29922-2013规定的各项指标逐一对照,发现均符合要求。
效果例2、本发明的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液的升糖指数试验
(1)研究对象
招募志愿者,由志愿者自述无肠胃道方面的疾病、食物过敏、新陈代谢或其他健康问题者,并佐以口服葡萄糖耐量试验(Oral Glucose Tolerance Test,OGTT)以测试受试者对于血糖的敏感性作筛选条件,通过筛检后的正常血糖反应者作为研究对象,共计30名。共计受试者年龄约在20~25岁之间,体重正常,BMI在18.5~25kg/m2之内;无碳水化合物不耐受症。在试验期间,试验对象未服用任何会影响血糖变化或是荷尔蒙分泌的药物。
(2)试验材料
以葡萄糖水溶液作为试验的标准食品,试验品:本发明实施例1或2的全营养配方液。
(3)试验步骤
标准试验食品:给予受试者1份200毫升含25g葡萄糖水溶液的试验品,并于食用后第0、30、60、90、120min时进行微血管血样采取以血糖机检测血糖值,每次固定从受试者同一侧手的指尖采微血管血样以检测血糖。
试验品:给予受试者1份含25g可利用糖类的本发明的全营养配方液作为试验品,并于食用后第0、30、60、90、120min时进行微血管血样采取以血糖机检测血糖值,每次固定从受试者同一侧手的指尖采微血管血样以检测血糖。
(4)参数说明及处理
升糖指数:测得标准试验食品和试验品(本发明的全营养配方液)每个时间点的血糖浓度与变化,绘出曲线。以葡萄糖水溶液作为标准试验食品时其GI值为100,计算葡萄糖和试验品曲线下面积,求出比值×100。
GI=受测食物血糖面积/参考食物血糖面积×100
经上述公式计算受试者所测得各产品GI值后,再将所有受试者的数值求出算术平均值。
(5)统计分析
使用统计软件SAS for Windows 9.01版,利用paired t-test进行分析,使用Scheffe进行事后测定,当p<0.05具有统计上的差异。
(6)试验结果
受试者摄食试验食品(本发明实施例2的全营养配方液)后,根据第30、60、90、120分钟的平均血糖值(mg/dL)绘制的血糖曲线的曲线下面积经与摄取葡萄糖水溶液的标准品的血糖曲线下面积比对之后的GI值为35.8,符合GI≤55的标准,结果较为优异。
效果例3、糖尿病患者服用效果试验
随机选取120名志愿者,志愿者年龄20~49岁,皆为糖尿病患者。将志愿者随机分为4组,每组30人。各组志愿者分别给予实施例1、2及专利申请CN106490614A的实施例2配方食品的水溶液(对比例1、对比例2)。
对比例1
按照CN106490614A实施例2的配方制备获得颗粒状全营养配方食品,经计算其中碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)的重量比为51.06%,按照本申请实施例1配方液的碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)的重量比11%配置成相应的水溶液,即按照CN106490614A实施例2的配方食品∶水=1∶3.64的重量比进行配置,即得对比例1的配方液。
对比例2
将CN106490614A实施例2的颗粒状全营养配方食品按照本申请实施例2配方液的碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)的重量比14%配置成相应的水溶液,即按照CN106490614A实施例2的配方食品∶水=1∶2.65的重量比进行配置,即得对比例2的配方液。
服用方法:各组志愿者每天服配方液100g,服用一个月,其他血糖的影响因素(如其他进食物、活动量、药物摄入)控制等比相同,比较空腹血糖、餐后血糖以及降糖幅度情况,调查有效率,结果如表5:

Claims (12)
1.一种适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质3.0~7.0g、脂肪1.6~5.6g、碳水化合物7.72~17.72g、膳食纤维0.6~2.6g、维生素100~200mg、无机盐325~725mg,特异性营养补充剂10~30mg、水65~85g;
其中,所述蛋白质包含:酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和大豆蛋白;
所述脂肪包含:芥花油、红花籽油,但不含反式脂肪,并且饱和脂肪的含量为总脂肪的5%~25%;
所述碳水化合物包含:麦芽糊精;
所述膳食纤维包含:大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖;
所述维生素包含:维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、生物素、胆碱、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸和肌醇。
所述无机盐包含:泛酸钙、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、磷酸氢二钾、氯化钾、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硒酸钠、钼酸钠和碘化钾。
所述特异性营养补充剂包含:牛磺酸和肉碱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质4.0~6.0g、脂肪2.6~4.6g、碳水化合物10.22~15.22g、膳食纤维1.1~2.1g、维生素125~175mg、无机盐425~625mg,特异性营养补充剂15~25mg、水70~80g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,其包含:蛋白质4.5~5.5g(优选为5.0g)、脂肪3.1~4.1g(优选为3.6g)、碳水化合物11.72~13.72g(优选为12.72g)、膳食纤维1.4~1.8g(优选为1.6g)、维生素135~165mg(优选为150mg)、无机盐475~575mg(优选为525mg),特异性营养补充剂18~22mg(优选为20mg)、水73~77g(优选为75.5g)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述蛋白质包含:酪蛋白4.5~6.5g(优选为5.5g)、乳清蛋白0.25~0.45g(优选为0.35g)和大豆蛋白0.3~0.5g(优选为0.4g)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述脂肪包含:芥花油1.4g~3.4g(优选为2.4g)、红花籽油0.6~1.0g(优选为0.8g),其中,饱和脂肪的含量为总脂肪的10%~20%(优选14.4%)。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述膳食纤维包含:大豆纤维0.12~0.32g(优选为0.22g)、抗性淀粉0.32~0.72g(优选为0.52g)、菊糖0.32~0.72g(优选为0.52g)和果寡糖0.23~0.63g(优选为0.43g)。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述维生素包含:维生素A 30~90μg(优选为60μg)、维生素B1 0.05~0.252mg(优选为0.152mg)、维生素B2 0.08~0.28mg(优选为0.18mg)、维生素B6 0.012~0.412mg(优选为0.212mg)、维生素B12 0.1~1.0μg(优选为0.3μg)、维生素C 2~22mg(优选为12mg)、维生素D 0.1~10μg(优选为1μg)、维生素E 0.1~5mg(优选为1.88mg)、维生素K 5~15μg(优选为10μg)、生物素1~20μg(优选为6μg)、胆碱28~68mg(优选为48mg)和烟酸1~5mg(优选为1.72mg)、叶酸12~52μg(优选为32μg)、泛酸0.3~1.3mg(优选为0.8mg)和肌醇35.2~135.2mg(优选为85.2mg)。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述特异性营养补充剂包含:牛磺酸3~20mg(优选12mg)和肉碱2~15(优选8mg)。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,所述全营养配方液还包含调味品,其选自香料和甜味剂中的一种或两种,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,香料用量为0.1~1.0g(优选0.5g),甜味剂用量为0.001~0.01g(优选0.008g),优选地所述甜味剂选自三氯蔗糖。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,以全营养配方液的总量为100ml计,所述无机盐包含:泛酸钙0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.0012g)、碳酸钙0.01~1.0g(优选为0.2g)、柠檬酸钠0.01~1.0g(优选为0.2g)、氯化镁0.001~0.1g(优选为0.04g)、氧化镁0.001~0.1g(优选为0.05g)、磷酸氢二钾0.001~0.1g(优选为0.04g)、氯化钾0.01~1.0g(优选为0.1g)、氯化钠0.01~1.0g(优选为0.12g)、柠檬酸钾0.01~1.0g(优选为0.1g)、硫酸锌0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.0035g)、硫酸亚铁0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.006g)、硫酸锰0.0001~0.01g(优选为0.002g)、硫酸铜0.00001~0.001g(优选为0.0004g)、氯化铬0.00001~0.001g(优选为0.00015g)、硒酸钠0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.000015g)、钼酸钠0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.00003g)和碘化钾0.000001~0.0001g(优选为0.00002g)。
11.根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液,所述全营养配方液还包含乳化剂(优选卡拉胶0.02g)及乳化稳定剂(优选卵磷脂0.2~0.6g和脂肪酸甘油酯0.2g)。
12.权利要求1-11任一项的适用于糖尿病患者的全营养配方液的制备方法,包括将上述各成分混合均匀;
优选地,所述肠内营养剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备以下溶液:
溶液A:由脂肪(芥花油、花红籽油)、乳化剂(卡拉胶)、卵磷脂和脂溶性维生素预混料组成,其中脂溶性维生素预混料由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K组成;
溶液B:由蛋白质(酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和大豆蛋白)和水组成;
溶液C:由水、碳水化合物(麦芽糊精)、膳食纤维(大豆纤维、抗性淀粉、菊糖和果寡糖)、和浓度为35%的氢氧化钾组成;
溶液D:由非脂溶性维生素(维生素C、胆碱、烟酸、维生素B12、泛酸、维生素B1、维生素B6、维生素B2、叶酸、生物素、肌醇)和水组成;
溶液E:由无机盐(泛酸钙、碳酸钙、柠檬酸钠、氯化镁、氧化镁、磷酸氢二钾、氯化钾、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、硫酸锰、硫酸铜、氯化铬、硒酸钠、钼酸钠和碘化钾)和水组成;
溶液F:由水、特异性营养补充剂和调味剂组成,优选由水、牛磺酸、肉碱、香料和三氯蔗糖组成;将溶液A、B、C、D、E和F混合后在55-65℃下搅拌,调节pH至6.5-6.8;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的混合物加热至70-75℃,0.1-0.2MPa下脱气,后于8-10MPa下乳化后加热至98-102℃,后加热至146-147℃,保持3-8秒;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的混合物冷却至98-102℃;后基板散热降温至70-75℃,
(4)在氮气的保护下,将步骤(3)得到的混合物在30-50MPa压力下均质,后在70-80℃下保持13-20秒,后冷却至2-6℃,即得。
