本发明提供了一种高效双层烙饼机，包括机架，机架上方设有面板，面板中间设有开口，机架内设有火灶支架，所述火灶支架上部设有火灶Ⅰ，下部设有火灶Ⅱ，火灶支架外部设圆柱状滚动总承，所述滚动总承内设有支撑架，滚动总承两端设有轨道轮，支撑架上方设有饼铛Ⅰ，饼铛Ⅰ位于面板的开口内，饼铛Ⅰ位于火灶Ⅰ的上方，支撑架下方设有饼铛Ⅱ，饼铛Ⅱ位于火灶Ⅱ的上方，所述滚动总承下部两侧各设有两个支撑滑轮，每侧的两支撑滑轮之间通过滑轮轴相连，支撑滑轮均与轨道轮上的轨道相配合。本发明通过设置滚动总承和双层饼铛，通过滚动总承的不停转动，烙出的饼松软可口，外焦里嫩，同时大大提高了生产效率，降低了能耗。

背景技术
目前在食品行业中，饼类产品一般都是通过烙制、烤制或者炸制而成，烤或炸都有成型的生产线，而烙制通常采用常规的电饼铛双面烙制，工作效率低、能耗高，且烙制的饼僵硬，口感差。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：高效双层烙饼机，包括机架，机架上方设有面板，面板中间设有开口，机架内设有火灶支架，所述火灶支架上部设有火灶Ⅰ，下部设有火灶Ⅱ，火灶支架外部设圆柱状滚动总承，所述滚动总承内设有支撑架，滚动总承两端设有轨道轮，支撑架上方设有饼铛Ⅰ，饼铛Ⅰ位于面板的开口内，饼铛Ⅰ位于火灶Ⅰ的上方，支撑架下方设有饼铛Ⅱ，饼铛Ⅱ位于火灶Ⅱ的上方，所述滚动总承下部两侧各设有两个支撑滑轮，每侧的两支撑滑轮之间通过滑轮轴相连，支撑滑轮均与轨道轮上的轨道相配合；
优选的，所述机架下方设有手刹，手刹与轨道轮相接触；
优选的，所述饼铛Ⅰ和饼铛Ⅱ一侧均设有把手；
优选的，所述轨道轮上设有散热孔。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过设置滚动总承和双层饼铛，通过滚动总承的不停转动，烙出的饼松软可口，外焦里嫩，同时大大提高了生产效率，降低了能耗。

将面糊倒入上部的饼铛Ⅰ7内，盖上盖子，转动滚动总承6，将下部的饼铛Ⅱ8转到上部，同样倒入面糊，上下饼铛同时受热，再转动滚动总承6，饼两面均匀受热，在很短的时间内两张饼即可做好，外焦里嫩，方便快速。
本发明通过设置滚动总承和双层饼铛，通过滚动总承的不停转动，烙出的饼松软可口，外焦里嫩，同时大大提高了生产效率，降低了能耗。
