本实用新型涉及电烤肉柜，尤其是节能电烤肉柜。 
背景技术：
目前，公知现有电烤肉柜是没有柜罩，这样在没有柜罩烤制肉，高热度的电阻丝管热量会大大散失掉。 
发明内容：
为了克服现有烤肉柜热量大大散失的不足，本实用新型提供的电烤肉柜，该柜是将全露在外烤肉框，装上双层真空状的柜罩烤肉，这样不仅节能而且烤熟的快。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在柜门里中间是下部电阻丝管和上部电阻丝管，烤少量肉时用下部电阻丝管烤肉多时用上部电阻丝管，烤肉放在转轴下转盘上，电转轴装置在烤肉柜下部，用钢板在柜里、上、下、左、右部，均制出双层真空状，柜门框和框门玻璃均制出双层真空状，电开关在柜台侧面。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以大大节能电能，而且烤肉熟得快。
