本实用新型的目的，是要提供一种节能烧烤装置，它采用不锈钢板制作，密封型，烧烤时滴下的油经接油盘回收，不会产生油溅火里带来的烟雾。

本实用新型与传统的烧烤装置相比较，具有以下优点：密封热回流，节能近半，环保卫生，无烟健康，可一边在煎盘煎食物，一边在网式烤屉烧烤食物，非常方便。
